Being a west coast boy, we don’t see too many Raising Canes out here, but I was visiting family while on vacation in Texas and they said I couldn’t leave the state without trying out Canes. I was pleasantly surprised. The food tasted fresh as opposed to de thawed frozen chicken. If it is frozen, it didn’t appear to be, which is a win/win. The service was professional, polite, and fast - everything you want when eating out. Also, despite it being noon, the restaurant was clean, a tough task anywhere, much less a fast food establishment. Best part? The food don’t look like it had been stepped on. Anyone that’s eaten at any fast food establishment knows exactly what I mean. It’s refreshing receiving a product that looks EXACTLY like it does on the ordering menu.

This is some of the best chicken you’ll eat, if you like chicken strips! The line is always super long (not their fault!) so I recommend going inside. There was no wait at all inside. A couple of tables we wanted to sit at were dirty so we sat at a clean one elsewhere. They were cleaned while we were eating, so I’m guessing they were just busy with drive thru. Minus one star because the employees aren’t very nice sometimes. They’re not particularly rude, they just seem like us ordering food is an inconvenience to them, which sucks. In particular, on our last visit, Zoe rang us up and was pretty impatient with me when I asked her to repeat herself a couple of times because it was so loud in there, with music on the loudspeakers, that I couldn’t hear her. I was embarrassed enough having to ask her to repeat herself, and her eye roll wasn’t cool. But overall, that chicken was so good I forgot about it pretty quickly. Till review time lol. Fries aren’t great when served lukewarm. I imagine hot they’re pretty good? Great place for good chicken, if you can ignore the other stuff ☺️

Delicious food, I ordered their chicken sandwich and personally enjoyed it, not enough sauce for my liking. There were six of us and all our orders were finished within minutes, would say 10/10 for service! My friends and I had a grand time hanging out there, good place for chilling with friends if you need a quick bite to eat.

Very nice looking inside, also very busy. Despite being busy the service was fast and very professional. Love there meat and the sauce and of course the menu dont disappoint. So if you love chicken and you like dunking your chicken in sauce, this is the place to go. Will visit again.

I ordered a box combo and the visit stayed quick and easy. The staff moved the line fast and the order came out hot. One tender was undercooked, so I checked it and asked for a replacement. The team fixed it right away and stayed polite through the whole interaction. I plan to look over my meal before leaving the drive through on my next visit.

I just got a box combo, and I feel shorted a piece of chicken given how big one is. I can’t help but feel all the chicken tenders have gotten smaller in general. I will be checking before pulling out of the drive-thru next time around.

Had Raising Canes for lunch today and this was my Chicken Finger. My The 3 Finger combo - 3 Chicken Fingers was also missing the bread. Totally lost my appetite.

I was surprised to find that this family oriented establishment does not provide a changing station. Thid was confirmed through a conversation with the manager on shift. During our visit, my infant needed a diaper change, and there were no accommodations available to address this need. I would be happy to return and update my review to a five-star rating once a changing station is installed to better support families with young children.

Called this place asked if they were open as it was bad weather, snow and ice. Guy said yes we are open til 8:00. I walked in the cold storm half a mile from the truck stop. Got there and it was drive through only. Wouldn't even come to the door like I was trash. Looked at me through the glass. Employees seemed like they wanted to open the door. But the guy in all black (looked like management) shut them down. I called asked if was they open. Should have said drive through only. Now I'm froze and hungry

Regular customer here for quick late night dinner and will not return here ever again! I ordered 3 of the box combo and I only received 2 of them. I called and was told they will either replace my meal or give me a refund and I came back there were 3 employees at the front standing and chatting. I walked up explained the situation showed them the receipt and photo as proof then they proceeded to make me a box combo and tried to make me pay for that again ?? Listen y’all stole my money and expect to steal my money again??? I was clearly speaking English not gibberish was it so difficult to understand what i was saying i clearly said that in the easiest way as possible ?? Again i’m usually calm and collective unless you gave me a reason too so i gave them another chance by explaining the whole entire situation again and it seems like they didn’t take my words seriously and still tried to make me pay for the food again and that’s when they touched my last nerve and instead of dealing with the problem they stood there quietly and the manager step in to handle the situation and the employees instead of apologizing for not realizing their mistakes just turned their back away from me like that’s just disrespectful. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY!!!! They are kids and kids are supposed to learn but clearly those kids were straight up disrespectful and unprofessional pleaseeeeeee train them properly!!! The Plano and Fort Worth Cane's locations happily give extra Cane's sauce when I ask for it on your burger, but this branch stubbornly refuses service and is extremely rude. The male staff member in front had three female staff chatting idly at the counter, completely ignoring customer service. If they're this unfriendly, I won't come back anymore. What's so precious about giving a little more sauce? I hope they stop being petty and provide proper service.

We stopped by and all I got for my drink was ice. I wish I was joking. I was in a hurry from an event so didn't notice the pathetic amount of drink I actually got until I left. For what I paid for I was not expecting to get less than HALF of soda and the rest ice. The prices have increased while the portions have actually gotten smaller. Next time do better and learn how much ice to put in because ridiculous doesn't even cover it.
