Jimmy Johns has the best sandwiches, although I LOVE their bread, the unwich is better for my hips!!! I love their crispy pickles in place of chips too! Helps me eat delicious and healthy. Great delivery service, friendly staff. Love Love Love Rockwall Jimmy Johns!

The staff here is always great. I popped in at 9:59 right before they closed and they still served us with a smile. They are always friendly and helpful even though I am a smartass all the time. And they have the best tuna sandwich around.

I came by around 10:45am today. The guy unlocked the door and apologized for it being locked. They made feel welcomed and thanked me for coming by. I was curious for why they still had the door locked so I looked it up. They don’t open until 11am. I was a fool yet they still helped me.

Well I must say I never actually been inside of the store but I will tell you the sandwich that I just had the Tuscan wrap was delicious I haven't been to Jimmy John's in quite a few years not because of anything bad just because there's other sandwich places and it seems Jimmy John's has really stepped up their game and added new sandwiches with a long these new peppers they have and let me tell you they are in the ballgame now delicious!!!!!!! I can't wait to try some of the other new sandwiches

I haven't eaten in a Jimmy John's since I moved from Terre Haute in 2005. Not surprisingly the menu has not changed much. I ordered exactly what I used to get- an Italian sub all the way. The service was extra quick and it was nice not to have to build the sandwich with answers (ala Subway). The sandwich was quite good, tasting exactly as I remembered. The bread was fresh and the sandwich had plenty of meat and veggies, with a nice tang of vinegar. Always reminded me of Great Outdoors sub dressing. Anyway, if I'm hungry and need a quick bite, Jimmy John's in Rockwall is a nice choice.

I order JJ's all the time. Its super convenient to order online and its consistently delivered to my office in less than 30 min. I do have a couple of complaints though... I love turkey on a sandwich, but for some reason, their turkey always tastes funny to me. Maybe Im weird and its totally me, but its not pleasant. On that note, the other meat options are just fine. My second complaint is, they NEVER put napkins in the bag! I know that's a minor detail, but I have to then track down napkins for lunch. Overall, I enjoy JJ's.

Went into store to pick up mobile order. Walked over to big “pick up” sign. Stood there waiting while worker put napkins in a bag and stapled receipt then walked off without any acknowledgment. I looked around then noticed a shelf in the corner where mobile orders were placed, NO SIGNAGE! How hard is it to put a “mobile orders” sign up?? Place was busy so initially didn’t see the shelf when I walked in. How hard is it for an employee to look up while Stuffing napkins in a bag and simply say “May I help you?” Sandwiches are not THAT good to put up with such rude service.

The 10 buck sandwich just didn't taste good. Not worth it in my opinion. I couldn't hear the person at the register very well but he was nice. This was my first time and probably my last.

Delivery consistently takes 30-45 minutes. They always have excuses when I call after wondering what happened to my order. Their sandwiches are good but NOT cheap. When I told them I'm willing to pay more because they're supposed to be fast, I was told that's corporate advertising, and they have nothing to do with that claim. I won't be ordering from this Jimmy John's again.

My boyfriend and I went in to get his birthday sandwich. Lady at the front said the rewards changed and she couldn’t tell us how to obtain. She said “I’m not familiar with the app”. We were also purchasing a bag of chips and a drink. He showed the regular email where it showed he had 30 days to collect. She said “ I don’t know what to do?” We decided to walk out after they made the sandwich. I felt this was unprofessional. We are loyal customers or should I say we were loyal customers.

1 star is definitely 1 star too many for this location. Avoid this place at all costs. Customer service is despicable. I have never been treated this way at an establishment that I came to spend significant amount of money.

I’m not sure if someone overcooked the bread or if it has sat out for days or a combination of both but the bread was very hard for both my fiancé and I’s sandwiches. You could literally knock on it. Not usually disappointed with my sandwiches at JJ, but definitely was today.

There is a guy named Colton at the rockwall location that was rude to me and my fiance one time. He went off on us while we were waiting for our food and he raised his voice so everyone in the store can hear him.

I called to order my lunch today which I do several times a week and was told they don’t deliver here when corporate said that they don’t know why they would say that when this location is in their delivery area. If you want to be lied to and terrible customer service definitely contact them.

Went on 4-15-23 and there was only one employee working and the store was filthy. The floor was covered with food debris and all the tables were dirty. I can eat just about anywhere but this day it was pretty bad. The sweet girl working made my sandwich’s and I got out of there as quick as possible. If I owned this restaurant I would want to know.

Store 2563 is a Rockwall community customer service "poor" business. I placed an order mid afternoon online for one 6-sandwich box. I arrive to pick up my order and this chin-beard 160 lbs. slacker tells me he canceled my simple 1box order because they require 24 hours notice for "catering" orders. I've been to this location four times in the past 4 months and was able to pick up the online order the same day no problem. He recites back to me the small print 24hr notification online. Again Rockwall, it was one box= to six sandwiches....and while three associates had their feet kicked up on the seating and scrolling through their phones upon entry...they refused to try and make money for the entrepreneur who depends on them to perform basic customer service. "Freaky Fast" to lose the owner money and deliver poor customer experience is this Rockwall location's mantra!

We called to have a order delivered. Spoke to either a Larry or Marshall, told us that they delivered to our office. Placed our order, paid with 3 different credit cards, all is good. Received a call about 5 minutes later and stated that they could not deliver our order so either Larry or Marshall VOIDED our order from their system. Told us that we would have to re-pay and pick up our order from their location. Told us that it would take 3 days for the first order payment to be returned back to our cards. Spoke to the manager Larry, and told us that there is nothing he could do. He advised us that it was his fault that he told us that he could deliver to us, but still VOIDED our order before contacting us to see if we would still like to have our order and or if we would like to pick it up. HORRIBLE customer service. Will not eat here again.

For a company that prides itself in fast service, they sure are slow to make your sandwich when you are there waiting for it. I waited 10 minutes and the older employee seemed to be overwhelmed training some young guys. Tried to get their attention but was ignored so I ended up leaving without my sandwich and will never be back even though they are one of the few remaining JJ's that carry alfalfa sprouts :(

Ordered lunch from this location today. The French bread was stale and hard as a rock. It was so hard to bite into, I had to throw away the bread and just eat the veggies and lunch meat. So disappointed.. first time I've ever been dissatisfied with a Jimmy John's order. Maybe it's just this store coz I've had positive experiences with other locations.

I placed an online order after an hour the order never came and in the tracker it only showed received so I tried calling them the phone just rang and and rang no one ever answered the phone this went on for over 10 minutes. Now almost 2 hours later we still have no food, it still shows received in tracker and no one is answering the phone. We order from them all the time and I don’t know what the problem is today but after this I will never order from them again. If an employee cannot even answer the phone when they obviously know a person’s order is almost 2 late I don’t care to spend my money there I’ll go to mikes jersey subs.

Very disappointed. Drive out of my way for jimmy johns rockwall on a a Saturday at 6:30 pm. Doors were locked but lights were on inside. There were 3 workers inside and as soon as they saw me at the LOCKED door they walked toward the back. No note on the door. No coming to the door saying they’re closed. Just dipped to “look closed”. Website says they close at 10 pm, not 6:30. Get better management.

Placed an order for pickup at 4:30pm on a Saturday. They call and say they close at 3pm on Saturdays now. Rude manager not willing to accommodate any changes for us to change to a reasonable time. Said they no longer deliver because of short staff situation. Hung up me when asking for a refund. Hope they go out of business.

Why stay open until 10:00 pm if your not going to make more bread at some point? If you have an hour and a half left of business hours, why not make more? It's literally a sandwich store, bread is kinda necessary. 2nd time this has happened in thr past few months.

Update: Corporate addressed and rectified our issue to our satisfaction. Sad that Nolan, the manager, could not. Did not receive what we ordered. When I called to discuss the situation, Nolan the GM, only made excuses and did not want to resolve the major issue. We did not receive what we ordered. We ordered 12 HALF sandwiches, not 18 party pieces! Spent over $130 and received 2 boxes of 18 party pieces! Not what we ordered! Absolutely no willingness to listen to the problem and make our order right! In fact, Nolan stated that WE MUST BE CONFUSED, because he made the boxes up himself! He did not provide what our company paid for and never considered or apologized that they even made the mistake! Actually suggested that if we needed more sandwiches, we could “just order more”. Shame on you! It’s not okay! Here are the photos as proof! They obviously put 18 pieces in a “12 half sandwich” box! So, at minimum, they definitely can’t count!

First time at Jimmy John's and the last. Folks were great as far as service. It is just plain and simple the food is tasteless and does not measure up. I ordered a 16 inch sub and got maybe an 11 inch sub but in this case size would not have mattered in a tasteless sandwich.

I don’t know why the app set my order for pick up in Plano when I live in Rockwall but it did. I don’t even go or work in that area. Showed up to this location to pick up my sandwich and of course they don’t have it. I realized what happened with the app and I asked them if they could somehow reverse it and they said they couldn’t. I said, what am I supposed to do, and they told me to call the other place and have them cancel the order. I tried doing that, and the phone kept going to voicemail, so I was not able to cancel my order. Then, I try to re-order my food to which I discover they won another $13. I asked him if there was no way they could recoup that somehow and there wasn’t and they didn’t even try. They just expected me to fork out $$ again. I really don’t care if this is an independent shop it still has the Jimmy Johns. Hard to believe they could not resolve the issue at this location (went straight to Lenny’s - not paying again for JJ ever again)

I thought jimmy johns was supposed to be "freaky fast" delivery. My coworkers and I ordered group delivery at 7:30 am for delivery before 11:30 am. 11:35. No food. Called to check. Store said driver would arrive in 1 minute. 10 minutes later. No food. Finally arrived at 11:50, when we only had 5 minutes of our lunch break left. This was the second time it happened.

I have literally never given anyone a bad review, so this is a first. While waiting for my family to get done at the AT&T store, I was starving and decided to give y’all a try. I was totally fine that y’all ran out of your French bread and that it would be a wait, so decided on the wheat bread for the Cubano. Your staff was super friendly and I let them know I had never had a Jimmy John’s sandwich before and the young man told me he hoped my experience was good. I really thought it would be too. I got back to my car and opened it up and was all ready to bite into my sandwich when I noticed it had Mayo on it. I didn’t remember the description including Mayo, so I went back in and checked before saying anything. Sure enough, there was no Mayo on the menu. Still being understanding and wanting that sandwich so bad, I told the young man (different one this time) and he offered to make me another. I thanked him and said yes please and laughed as I explained my hatred towards anything Mayo. There was a young woman also at the front who kind of gave me a dirty look about it, but I was still happy I was going to get my sandwich sans Mayo. They made me another and I thanked them again. Got to my car to find guess what....MAYO! Signed sincerely a Hangry Lady!

The dude that was working at 12/21/25 at 6:40 is so disrespectful, said there was no bread and me just having my normal face he said “I have a stapler I can use to hold those eyebrows up for you”. This is not acceptable walked right out, will not be returning to this location but instead going to Jersey Mikes for way better customer service.

It was very sad that I would give one of my favorite sandwich chains a 1 🌟. I've been eating at JJs for many, many years. Went to this location in Rockwall, TX. They handed me the wrong takeout order. I called, they knew the mistake before I finished because someone else also had complained about the wrong food, We received each others orders. They asked if they could just put a $20 credit in my name under my phone number, which is also my phone number for my JJ rewards program. So, about 2 weeks later, I go to get food and prepared then by telling them of the credit. The person says there is no credit under your number, and I don't even see your order history. HOW CONVENIENT. Very sad they would fail the order, failed at customer service, and they couldn't have cared less. 😕

I ordered a basic catering package to feed family gathered as my grandmother was passing away. I didn't get any notification that my order was ready so I called and he said it had been ready for a while. I picked it up, double checked with them which bags were mine, then got back and realized I was missing half of the food. All the sides and desserts were missing. So I only got about half the food I paid for. Very frustrating at a sensitive time.

The customer service here was not good thanks to Cooper who denied what we, the customers, told him we wanted after we made the purchase. He was rushing the entire order and that is what was the likely reason to not hearing us (even though i said it twice) to be safe on our part. The food was good, as it always is, but the customer service could be a hell of a lot better.

I thought jimmy johns was supposed to be "freaky fast" delivery. My coworkers and I ordered group delivery at 7:30 am for delivery before 11:30 am. 11:35. No food. Called to check. Store said driver would arrive in 1 minute. 10 minutes later. No food. Finally arrived at 11:50, when we only had 5 minutes of our lunch break left. This was the second time it happened.
