This is just the best Chili's you could ever hope for. Everyone and everything is done well. Food tastes great and done right. My favorite is the chicken wings. Big and done right. Better that places that specialize in chicken wings. Burgers are my second choice. David, Ozzy, and everyone make this place a real hit. Thank you.

Made an online to go order for my hungry volleyball player on drove home. $15 for an appetizer, burger and fries, and a drink. No way I could have bought the groceries to make that for $15! Value was great, food was great and order was ready fast! We will be back!

They close at 10. We came in at 9:15 and they served us really really well efficiently, fair price, & we always get the three for me because you can add a molten lava cake for 3.99 instead of paying $10 for it. James Helped us out on Sunday night, and he killed it in and out within 30 minutes

David was our server and he was AMAZING! We had a party of 14 which in itself can be overwhelming for a server but he made sure we got all of our drinks and orders quickly and was very attentive throughout the entire dinner! He made sure we all had our refills ahead of time and we all got our food while it was still hot!

Ordered to go the other day. I was so worried by the time we got home the food would be cold or messed up. It wasn't! I had my shy daughter run into get the food, she came back and said the to go person was "so friendly and cool", the food was packaged well and the burgers were so good!

I've been at this chili's dozens of times over the years. Overall, staff is friendly and give good service. Food is amazing. Cleanliness is the only issue here imo. The restrooms don't get attended to enough and the floor is often dirty.

It's Veterans Day. Started out very rainy in Rockwall, wet roads and fast drivers. A little chilly/cold but not cold enough to wear the gloves and snowshoes. Great service at Chili's Bar & Grill. Greeted with a smile. I ordered a 'Oldtimer with Cheese' and fries. Fantastic burger 🍔 real thick, delicious and juicy! Not like the paper thin burgers at McDonalds. I have 2 kids with autism and going out to eat is hard for us. Tonight we decided to stop in at Chilis for dinner. Our waiter David was extremely nice and helpful. He also noticed when my kids ended up switching drinks. He came over and asked if they gave them the wrong drinks and I said no they just like what each other had. My youngest has been attempting new foods and unfortunately the nachos ended up being a no. David was kind enough to take them off our ticket and even asked if there was something else he could add instead. Its reactions like this that will make us come back again. Thank you David for making my night off from cooking a pleasant one.

This was one of the most seamless experiences I've had at this location. The burger was juicy and delicious, with char-grilled flavor, plenty of fixings and they gave me Ranch on the side. The fries tasted good, the waiter was fast, and the diet coke was fresh, crisp and delicious. This is probably one of the smoothest meals I've had it this location, they were even playing women's basketball on the TV which I enjoyed.

Food was good however ribs were cooked too long and the Mac and cheese was watery our waiter exchanged for loaded potatoes which was delicious. We also ordered the triple dipper which is a hit every time. Overall good experience chilis is our favorite spot so we will be back.

This has been the best experience at a Chili's I've ever had and it was because of our waitress named Lisa! I highly recommend you eat here and ask for her! If waitressing was an Olympic category she would bring home the Gold Medal for team U.S.A.! Her timing is quick and precise! This is by far my favorite chilis. James was my waiter and let me start by saying this, he understood the assignment and then some. Chili's in Rockwall is a fantastic spot! From the moment you walk in, the environment is just great—lively, welcoming, and perfect for any occasion. I recently had their 10 oz Ribeye, and it was absolutely cooked to perfection. Seriously, it was delicious! lthough they didn't have my favorite beer 🍻, Modelo Negra, they did have my 2nd choice, Blue Moon. The steak 🥩 here isn't the best, but it's a decent strip at a great price. I love this place. I want to give a shout out to James, the bartender. Very friendly, polite and most important very efficient in his tasks .. Passing out delicious 😋 happiness in a glass.

My daughter and I came here for Sunday after church lunch. It was busy but we didn't have to wait for a table. Our waitress was nice and very attentive. I ordered an alcoholic beverage which I did not finish because it was completely alcohol. It did not taste very good at all. Our food however, was very good. My daughter gos a burger with the queso fries, and I got chicken and shrimp pasta. It was all so good. Definitely no complaints other than the alcoholic beverage. I ended up just drinking sweet tea. Chili's, you can never go wrong. If you download their app and show it to your waitperson, you get free chips and salsa. That's like a free 4 bucks right there. They have new menu items and burgers and smoked brisket and meats. I had the huge Boss burger, it was so big we split it. I was really surprised at the quality of the meats, being from Texas we take our BBQ serious. They have a bar area, where screens of games are on. They also have areas appropriate for a family if you don't like the bar atmosphere. Great music piped in. Just an all around good place to eat from burgers to a steak. Their fajitas are the bomb as well. Check them out.

Decided to try this Chili's Grill & Bar location. We grabbed lunch and got seated as soon as we walked in. We order our drinks frozen margarita and strawberry margarita on the rocks. My main corse was Chicken Cajun Pasta side of garlic bread when received wasn't hot as I anticipated but it was warm. Then, order one of my favorite desserts chocolate molten cake. It was yummy as always. I will be going back and thank you to the gentlemen waiter.

We usually have great experiences here but we went Thursday night and it wasnt incredibly busy at the time we were there but our food still took almost an hour to come out. By that point our kids were ready for bed so we got it to go. It's unusual for them to take that long honestly.

Okay, first time using Chili’s to go, must say I’m not impressed...we got the 2 for $22 meal, great deal, cool. I should have checked my food before leaving...i got chicken fajitas the vegetables were hardly cooked...i ordered queso for a dollar thinking it would be on the side. Nope just a tiny plop of queso. The service was not good. Our waiter was sweet, but oh my goodness! I was so thirsty for so long, and he didn't bring things and brought things too close together. He was a bit of a mess, but he was still really nice. There were screaming kids( which isn't the restaurants fault) but definitely doesn't make it enjoyable for others. We just got burgers and fries with chips and a salad. The salad was good, the fries were good, the burger was good except for the fact that it was made wrong. And they no longer offer rings of purple onion for their burgers... They give you tiny diced onions. Overall, it was ok.

I really enjoy coming here! The vibe is relaxed, the food is good, and I come because I genuinely like the place. That said, there’s one small but consistent issue I keep running into that I wish could be improved. Whenever I order an appetizer along with my main course, the timing is almost always off. The appetizer either comes out incomplete, at the same time as my entrée, or immediately after my main dish arrives. For me, the whole point of an appetizer is to enjoy it before the main course, so it’s a little frustrating when this keeps happening — especially since it’s been consistent across multiple visits. I know I could technically wait to order my main, but servers are usually very attentive at the beginning of my visit and encourage ordering everything upfront. After the food comes out, though, I rarely see anyone again; refills are hard to get, and I often end up checking myself out on the kiosk anyway. I’ve noticed there’s usually a main manager on the floor, so I’m hoping this is something that can be easily fixed by staggering tickets or sending appetizers separately before the entrée is fired. I really like this spot and want to keep coming back — I just wish the flow of service matched how good everything else is.

This was a mixed bag of experiences at this location. The service was amazing!! David was hustling like nobody’s business and went out of his way to ensure quality service was provided to every table. As for the food…awful!! We had the Fajita Trio dish and this was the worst tasting chicken & beef we’ve ever encountered. They had the texture of something “lab-grown” and didn’t taste natural. The beef had so much pepper seasoning that you never tasted the beef flavor. I don’t believe we’ll be returning to this establishment anytime soon and we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter's family wanted to come over to our house after shopping and offered to bring food from Chili's. I had never been there before and my daughter asked me to order online and they would pick the order up. Ordering online was surprisingly easy and making options for the standard entrees was easy to figure out and change. The order was ready as promised by the stated time. My order was the surf and turf sirloin (with mac and cheese), which was the most expensive item that the family ordered. The mac and cheese was almost inedible because it was too salty. The shrimp were too spicy and the steak was way overcooked. The only good thing was the broccoli. I'm not so sure I would try Chili's again unless choosing something else to see any difference. Not in any hurry to do so however.

We went for dinner couple of days ago. Restaurant was not busy. We were seated as soon as we arrived. But after 20 minutes no one has talked to us to order drinks or food. Waiters walked by and served people who arrived later than us (I wonder why?). We just left and no one even cared.

I've had the worst experience with this location multiple times and will not be going back. I ordered food online and had items missing, which happens all the time. I drive to get my items and was told by the to go kid, who doesn't listen or make eye contact with me, that it's not his fault because he didn't bag it. I understand but the lack of a manger presence with an angry customer shows poor leadership, no wonder items are always missing. If I ordered at the store and my food was wrong, I would expect a manager to come out and address my concerns. I pay for the luxury of having food delivered to my house, it should be just as correct as if I were ordering it in the store.

My husband and I eat here weekly but tonight, while eating with family, our waitress was AWFUL! She got mad after we had to ask another waiter to find her so we could order (it’s a school night so we needed to order). After that, she was mad. She wouldn’t look at us while taking our order and when my sister asked for more salsa (she has a reward for endless chips and salsa), the waitress rudely responded and when my brother in law told her they logged in to use their reward, she tossed the salsa down and walked off without even looking at us. As she was walking off, she was smirking and laughing. I took my complaint to the manager who did absolutely nothing. She stood at our table “apologizing” for the waitress’s behavior while the waitress stood less than six feet away from her SMIRKING AND LAUGHING AT US!! She knew the entire time she wouldn’t get reprimanded. It went on the entire time until we left. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!! Complete disrespect and no one seems to care!

Tried this place again and yuk! One of the worst $9 hamburgers I've had. I ordered the Old Timer cooked medium with mustard and it came out like a hockey puck with mayo! Not going back. When I was a kid Chilli's burgers were handmade, fresh and juicy. Now it's like they come right out of the freezer. Not worth the money. Our waitress was very timid and unattentive, so I didn't even bother asking for a re-do. I even left half of it on my plate and she didn't say a word about it. That sums up the level of concern Chilli's has about they're food.

My husband and I went for his birthday yesterday, and I let them know it was his birthday, and nothing happened. Whenever we went to pay and leave we were asked to complete a survey. As we were walking out, I let the manager know what happened, and he did not attempt to do anything to make it right. Very disappointed.

NEVER and I Mean NEVER have I walked out after ordering my food. We have come to this location more times than I can count and always recommend it to others. The manager, Chris, (never seen him before) was HORRIBLE! We left after he was very aggressive and rude. I always get the dip trio WITHOUT chips because I am ALLERGIC to corn. I asked for fries instead. Now, some locations do it and others don't. That's PERFECTLY fine. I just ask for a side of fries! He didn't even let me speak. He cut me off in the middle of asking a simple question with a SMIRK on his face! He just came out and had an attitude from the start. Even our server was surprised at how rude and unnecessary he was! The server apologized multiple times for HIS managers behavior! It wasn't his fault to apologize for him! Definitely will not be back to this location. Shame on you sir. You don't speak to anyone that way!

Decided to go to Chili's to hang out and have a meeting. Sat at the bar first, and the bartender was cool. The area was too small so we moved to a table. Our server overall did ok. But it's the food that really brought on this review. The food was just blah. I ordered fajitas. My tortillas were old and stale and just bad. I requested a fresh batch, and they were the same. It's my fault for settling because, honestly, I was tired of complaining. We received so many cold items that, again, it was too much complaining. This Chili's need to really look at the reviews and regroup because it's just not good. We should have good service and good food in the rockwall area.

Where to start..... the hostess was very bland and emotionless. We weren’t even greeted when we came in. Our server was nice and polite but she wasn’t very attentive. It was well about 10 minutes before our drink order was taken. We felt ignored at times and it’s not the first time we’ve had this kind of experience before at this location. There was some kind of mistake/mix up with our food so one of our dishes was forgotten. After getting my food, finally, I asked for a refill which never came. Near the end of our visit we felt a little rushed out. Let me make this perfectly clear too, it was not busy nor were they short staffed. We saw others get excellent and fast service. At the same time we saw a few other customers get treated the same as us. This will more then likely be the last time we come to this Chili’s location. The food was hot and fresh seeing how my was the last one out. The dessert was good at least.

I have a strong suspicion that the liquor here is watered down. I ordered a cocktail from the menu and couldn’t taste the alcohol at all, so I asked for an extra shot to add in. Even after adding it, the drink still had no noticeable alcohol flavor. I tried ordering a different cocktail, but the same thing happened. I even tasted an extra shot on its own, and it was extremely watered down. Overall, the drinks were very disappointing.

I got off work at like 9:45p...had my mouth water for food from chillis rockwall location which was only 7mins away from my job. I called chillis and was told they can't take my order it's too late! I called at like 9:48-9:50p! Says they close at 10p highly annoyed and very unhappy! Being i been at work on a long hard shift all I wanted was food and drinks to go! Smh I need answers and accommodations ! Very unprofessional when trying to spend good money there but didn't since I was turned away! Smh

We were shortchanged. We paid for our $31.36 meal, paid with $100 cash and received $68 back. I know it’s only .64, but still. Also, our waitress was at our table bringing refills when a man brought our food, and stopped behind her. The waitress didn’t see him and turned to walk away, almost bumping into him. And the look he gave her…it was disgusting. I believe he’s in leadership there, and I was disappointed. No wonder she’s making mistakes and acting nervous. It was his fault for stopping behind her and stopping so close — mere centimeters. The restaurant was extremely dirty. I put my arm on the back of the chair next to me and it stuck to some gunk on the chair. Floors and chairs look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. After we received our incorrect change, they came to clean off the table and wipe it down before we left. I still left about a 19% tip, but I had planned on leaving at least a 30% tip or more. We were not rude about anything, we smiled and said thank you and please. We never mentioned the short change, but the service was sub par. We received the wrong drink order as well. Someone might want to do an incognito check on the management. Something appears to be off. Everybody has bad days, none of us are perfect. But in the hospitality business, appearances mean everything. Behaviors and body language tell on you eventually. We will never come back to eat here. Even though the food was alright. I don’t want to sit down in ketchup or sticky, months-old sauce on the chairs. I don’t want to feel like something’s wrong the whole time. I want to experience hard-work, joy, and friendly smiles at restaurants. I experienced exactly zero of those things or anything else positive. In my experience, it starts at the top and works its way down.

We paid for 5 meals, delivery fee, and tip but only received 3 out of 5 meals. When I called and spoke with the manager Angel she said we can pick it up or “she can see if they’ll deliver the other meals that were left”. I told her my husband would just come, but we should definitely get some sort of reimbursement since we paid for delivery, and tip, and now have to pay gas to drive there. She was unwilling to take ownership or help in anyway. She said she could only “call the delivery company to see IF they’d credit us”. She was so rude, and the nerve to say “Do you not understand what I’m saying to you”. I told her I understood clearly but she isn’t giving a definitive response. She stated again she can only call the driver and ask for credit. She was rude, belittling, and unwilling to help. She needs customer service training. I expected better in Rockwall.
