Food was good and employees were great! Friendly and efficient. My only issue was that the ice in my MT Dew tasted like dishwater. I have noticed weird tasting ice in shops all over Rockwall so it's likely a city water quality issue and nothing to do with Taco Bell.

I placed a large order at lunchtime. When I got to the window, I realized there was an error. I am not sure if it was the employee's fault or if I accidentally ordered the wrong burrito. I explained this to the employee taking the money, but, he didn't understand what I meant. The guy who had taken my order, Robert, was standing beside him and explained what I needed. I got my original order, plus the 7 correct burritos I needed. I thanked Robert and told him I really appreciated it. My order was made correct, no questions asked, thanks to Robert! We will definitely be back

Taco Bells can sometimes be hit or miss, but this one is always a hit! Very friendly staff, they seem like super nice people. I always come here for a quick breakfast crunch wrap or a late night $5 box. 👍👍

This location is good but was way better when Joy was managing! She was so friendly and you could tell she truly cared about her customers! The kid with the super curly hair at the window is adorable and super friendly!

Tonight we picked up some food for the movies and had gotten the wrong order. Before the movie, called and spoke to Robert who immediately knew the reason for my call. He said to come and he would fix it and HE DID. I am an AGM for a restaurant and he was absolutely amazing. Even offered some coupons for the future. We often hear the negative comments but rarely the positive comments. Robert should be praised for his handling of this issue, it’s refreshing.

We came to this Taco Bell strictly for the chili cheese burritos, which aren't available in most Taco Bells. They were great. Service was quick and we received what we ordered. Can't really comment on atmosphere because we did dive through. I downgraded service because we only received 3 sauce packets even though we ordered 4 items.

This Taco Bell is what a Taco Bell should be like. My tacos had meat, cheese and lettuce in them and were full. Most Taco Bell locations give me half full tacos. My burritos were made well, filled nicely and evenly and tasted fresh (not a half stale tortilla like some places have). I would have spoken to the manager and told them this Taco Bell is exemplary, but I received a call that had my head deep in thought and I didn't get around to it. I live 45 minutes from this Taco Bell or I would make it my go to. GREST JOB!!!!

First I'd like to say that every time I come to this Taco Bell when the night shift is working, the food and service is ALWAYS good. If you come in earlier in the day, I've noticed multiple times that the food and service is no where near as good, but still acceptable. On this particular day that I came in on 08/03/25 at around 10:30pm (I think), I had the best food I've ever had here along with the best service. Notably, Alex Johnson was excellent at taking my order, speaking to me at the window, and was really great at his job in every aspect. This man NEEDS a raise and at the very least some extra respect. Not to mention the awesome cooks on this night that made such excellent food. Thanks guys!

What can you say, it's a Taco Bell with the standard Tact Bell menu. The difference in this Taco Bell it's a older location and could use a much needed update to the whole store. Staff were friendly, smiling, and willing to help. I visited the location dozens of times, mostly eating my order at the location. The wait time for your order at times can be slower than the norm. Mostly I think this is due to the fact they may favor drive-thru customer or walk-ins, but that is more of thought than I fact I could state flatly. Food was great for a Taco Bell. If it wasn't for the need for a update in appearance for the store, I would given it a 5 Star rating.

This Taco Bell is decently fast despite being understaffed. I've been stopping by this Taco Bell on my way home from work to utilize the Taco Lover's Pass & their food is very consistent & satisfying. The main problem with this location is that it usually has to close early around 10PM due to being understaffed, fingers crossed they find some good help.

I frequently dine on Taco bell's treats. I Loved the Nacho 🍟 Fries! Too bad they were only short term. And They Only Carry Pepsi products 😜not even Diet Dr. Pepper! But the staff are always polite and helpful. And the food is good.

Good selection of typical Mexican style fast food. I ordered a 'Combination' which came with burrito supreme, taco supreme and soft drink. The food was warm and tasty; The service was prompt & courteous and the facility looked clean. If I'm in the area and have a Taco Bell want, this will be the place to go.

They forgot the spicy ranch sauce that I ordered on the wild chicken chalupa but it was almost closing time for them so I'll give them a mulligan for that. Otherwise, fast and reliable service. Very friendly and understanding staff that will get your order right 99% of the time.

This is a great Taco Bell. I go here every other day during my lunch break and I have noticed a pretty good consistent quality with the food. Sometimes its not the best, but I think that really depends on a lot of factors they can’t always control. It’s a good place!

Typical fast food environment. You get what you pay for. I use the app and get perks, and other specials deals not available at the kiosk, front counter, or drive thru. I just go in the dining room and enjoy my food there just as dine in customers do. This location I hardly ever visit as it's far away from home.

Update: Changed from a 2 Star to a 3. They were able to fix the situation and overall, the food is pretty decent when you need something comfort or just quick. Will go back there again over time after a late night of work. Got charged around $15 for two meals and no receipt. All we got was a single meal of Chilupa Meal and some nacho fries and didn't notice it til we got home, which is late late and we've been tired with work. (Like 2 AM) Got our drinks just fine, sure, but not to even check our order and we got duped out 6-8$ of the missing meal? Meh. Small mishaps are fine and we usually don't care but this isn't a small one anymore. Took pics and depending on how the feedback will be handled, will take it to the bank to dispute with the overcharge/not receiving the proper product. It's taco bell, good food and not too expensive. However for this location, I spoke to someone claiming to be the manager. On different occasions, I've seen the employees pick their nose or wipe away their snot and while making food and they did not wash their hands. Spoke to the manager, and they didn't do anything to resolve the issue. Very disgusting. I no longer go to that taco bell.

I love Taco Bell, but this one always leaves me feeling upset. The employees are always talking, now I don't mind positive conversation or motivational support, but everytime I go in it's the same. Someone is either complaining about their pay, another employee or a customer. Today it was compounded by small portions. A new cheese grilled the size of a dollar or two burrito. The the second one we ordered came out as I assume it should, more like the burrito supreme., Last time I was there it was the burrito supreme that came out small and the dollar burrito came out huge. I know what I like and obviously if you give me more meet on my beef burrito, I like it but, I honestly don't mind that they are as they are supposed to weigh and proportioned correctly not more bean , or more lettuce than it takes.. I must say I like the one in RC better and they, have green sauce.

If there was a separate rating from restaurants to fast food I'd give it a 4 star. Taco bells menu isnt great, let's be honest...but if you want a taco bell that does it right, this is the place. Why is it so hard to read a screen? I said not to put vegetables on any of my order. When I say no vegetables or sour cream, doesn't mean load my burrito up with lettuce. And the chalupa is hard as a rock. I normally don't write reviews, but this has happened more than once. And the chickens cold and the Nacho cheese is cold. And the meat in the taco is cold. Solid Taco Bell, but not the best around. Tonight's visit was good, but have had mixed success. Got a broken taco tonight, but they replaced it promptly. Love their $5 deal boxes, great value and makes each item a $1 each. Quality depends on staff, but management does usually seem good.

I frequent this Taco Bell in Rockwall between 4 and 6 times per month. I normally always go through the drive through and the food is always fine. Today I went in and ate and the food was fine as usual. My issue is with the cleanliness of the dining room and the men’s bathroom. Absolutely unacceptable! Almost every table was dirty, there was black gunk all over their white walls. They clearly don’t do any type of deep cleaning EVER! The only reason they got 3 stars instead of 1 is the food was fine.

This particular store desperately needs the modern remodel, like the ones with the white marquis. Otherwise, standard fare as has been for years which is nothing spectacular. Crunchy taco shells seemed to crack in my hand way more easily than expected. I will NEVER use a kiosk in place of an actual human to place my order. That is the human's job!

Man this was the longest i have ever waited on a drive thru line at a taco bell! I was in line for about 30 mintues!!!! I even called to make sure everything was alright in there!! The food was good since i was extra hungry by the time i got it! But like i said slowest taco bell ever!!!!

They ask you for sit down or take out and if you ask for sit down, they still serve it in a bag because they’re too lazy to clean trays for people to sit down and enjoy their lunch. Also, they were too lazy to clean the tables.

Just had a pretty rough experience tonight. Was charged way too much for putting grilled chicken in our tacos instead of beef. We questioned the charging and the blonde dude with a GIGANTIC hickey on his neck started to get very triggered and angry. He told us “it is the way it is” but i have never been charged so much for grilled chicken soft tacos at taco bell EVER. Basically they were double charging us. He started to get aggressive and began to yell, the girl at the window ended up slamming the window so we wouldn’t have to hear his yelling. The girl at the window was very apologetic for his behavior and was very kind to us. Since they didn’t know how to refund on a credit card, he threw $5 at us & was still very angry. We offered to just not get the tacos. Not sure what triggered him to get so angry, but he blamed it on his fellow employees “knowing nothing.” I felt very bad for the sweet girl at the window. She was very apologetic and kind. She was very embarrassed by his behavior. If it wasn’t for her, we would never ever come back to this location. Disappointed to say the least in the male employee’s behavior.

The food is always fine to me, i get it all the time but something that is not up to par is the freeze drinks. And this has been a problem for the past 5 years I’ve lived in rockwall. Every time i get a Baja blast freeze it tastes odd, like moldy or a like a rotten sock and i believe it’s because they don’t clean the machines every day. Please fix that so i can enjoy my Baja blast freeze again.

This location has dramatically gone down hill! Every time I order online my order is messed up and not complete until about 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I will say the manager does come out and corrects my order himself so that’s the only reason for two stars instead of one. The Mexican pizza came back out and the ones I got are the WORST I have ever seen! One part was literally just hard shell. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house and I will definitely be driving out of my way to another location to avoid this sorry excuse for fast food.

Gave us a completely different order. When we informed them of the mistake they said to give them a few minutes and then instructed us to pull up and they would bring it to us. Minutes later, an employee brought us only half of our order and explained there was a computer glitch and that someone else had gotten our order. We asked where the rest of our order was and she informed us that they have been trying to explain to their boss what happened and she's not listening, nor wanting to give us the rest of our order. We eventually go into the store only to be offered coupons for our inconvenience...NOT the rest of our food. We asked for a refund since we didn't get all of our food that we paid for and again was refused. During this whole time the manager on site refused to come out of her office to talk to us, however she had instructed all of her employees to not give us the rest of our order or a refund. Never in my life have I seen such ridiculous behavior and not given something I have paid for. I almost felt bad for the employees that were clearly embarrassed and knew what had happened - but at the end of the day we should have been given our food that we paid for.

Was going to wait in line again for my missing items, but i wasn't really in the mood to wait another 30ish minutes. Tried to call and see if they'd run my missing stuff out to my (the door was locked) but it just rang for a minute or two.

So over the last 5 visits I've paid for extras that I have not received, extra steak three times, extra tomatoes, and extra beef. There is barely any meat to begin with. Explicitly saying NO SOUR CREAM multiple times, yet my meals are incorrect, doused with sour cream, missing items, missing extras, and prepared incorrectly in general. The drive through operators are rude and inattentive, only busy signals while calling. 0/10

If I could give it a 0 star I would. The boy there wasn’t event friendly . No manners and I said Thank you no you’re welcome no anything ! I said to him Happy New Year he completely ignored me the entire time. I checked my food, it was disgusting . So I gave a low score because of what happened the other night. If Alex is working, just walk out. Asked the manager to make Alex change his gloves due to grabbing his rear end 3-4 times & then continued making food. He finally changed them. Then when they ran out of tomato the same pair of gloves touched not only touched the containers, raw tomatoes & a napkin on the floor, he grabbed a napkin to wipe them off to continue making food. When I stopped him & asked he changed them he decided to argue with me over it. He did finally change them. Threw our bag at me AND got the order wrong. So, they had to remake half the order. We were there 20 min before they even got to our order in the first place. Worst experience there ever. Hey, it's Taco Bell, but come on. The afternoon crew is amazing & Forney blows them all out of the water. Just because it is Taco Bell doesn't mean it has to be disgusting.

We waited in line for over 45min. It appears there was only one employee working.... taking orders and cooking. I have never experienced such slow service. There was a five minute or more delay per car receiving orders...the way the restaurant is designed you are unable to leave the line once you are in line. This is appalling.

I’d like to apologize to the cook that was working on the night of January 22nd.. I’m sorry for ordering the double decker I know it’s not on the menu but I can’t help it! This is the worst day shift staff I've ever seen, rude, horrible body language, and simply seems like they want you to leave. You big corporations should really start looking into a way to get better staff, there are plenty of mom and pop shops they treat customers like royalty and actually try and earn their business. Cheap employees and smaller portions is not the answer. You golden parachuters should go work a shift one day like owners use to do.

This is not fast food!!! They take forever to take order and then for you to get it. Drive through is long and they take about 5 min a car. So it you are in line and they are more then four cars in front of you be ready to wait. They need to close down the dining room at 9pm and focus on the drive through till they can staff properly.

Very rude service. Noticeably rude the past few times we’ve gone. We noticed the service is especially bad if you request any kind of customization, they seem to take it personally. Last time we went, the person taking our order glared at us through our interaction and didnt reciprocate any kind of normal friendly interaction. I would give it negative stars if I could. We went through the drive thru and order a bean burrito fresco style. I was charged for a beef burrito fresco style. When we got to the window we asked if it was a bean burrito fresco style and even showed a picture of what we wanted. However they still managed to mess it up not once, but twice. So I had to go inside and reorder and pay for the second order. When I got home, I noticed that they made the burrito I order but threw it in the bag without wrapping it. Not one time going to this taco bell have they ever gotten my order right. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and have tried again a few times. There's always something missing or items not prepared the way I asked or both and all cruchy tacos are cracked in half when I get home. I dont normally post reviews, but It has ruined family dinners multiple times, as it has this evening, and I am sick of it. I know this review won't change anything and I know it's just fast food taco bell that you cant really expect quality from, but you would think they would get dinner service right at least. I had the worst costumer service experience at your taco bell in Rockwall, TX yesterday. The lady at the counter wasn’t taking our order nicely, plus she did not give me my receipt, i had to wait for while to ask her for my receipt, she was ignoring the fact i was standing there to ask for something. This is completely unacceptable. Just after moment i left from there, she started taking order so nicely from other customers. Why? Was there a racism?

Forgot both of my avocado chicken tacos and a lot of the hot sauce packets had nothing but air in them. This isn’t the first time recently that my order has had stuff missing and it’s frustrating to find out once you get home.

They closed at 3 tonight, I’m calling them at 2:45 when I got off work to pick up my correct order since they messed up the night before and said they’d remake it the following day, calling calling calling for 15 minutes, they answer literally the minute it turns 3, telling me they won’t make the food they’re already closed, explained to them they haven’t been answering the phone letting it ring for 15 minutes when they were open. He didn’t care, asked for his name, he wouldn’t give it to me. Told me I should’ve called earlier before that. As a manager in food service this team at this location that let the phone ring out forever because they didn’t want to pick it up till they were closed are the punks that give the food industry a bad name. Just a mess up on top of blatant mess up without a care in the world.

Ordered a large drink from this location and didn't receive it in my order. Was not going to head back due to being to far away from the location to begin with. Would like to receive a voucher for a ***free large beverage to be redeemed at anytime instead of having a major corporation keep my money without me being compensated for it. (***The night manager that worked on January 25, 2025 knows the situation.) As I scroll through the other reviews I'm realizing this location is used to one star reviews and there isn't a manager willing to respond to those reviews to rectify the situation nor better this location's business.

I got the chicken quesadilla and there were like 3 hairs stuck to it like it had been dropped then placed into the bag 😭. I also got the strawberry freeze and it tastes like cottage cheese, it must have gone bad. Every other time I’ve been to this Taco Bell it has been ok, but this time was awful. I would recommend going somewhere else for fast food.

Drive through employee today is completely unprofessional. The drink machine inside was throwing soda everywhere and when customers brought this to his attention he just threw his hands up in the air and shrugged his shoulders as if he doesn't work there. If you had your job then just get a new one, minimum wage isn't that deep.

After I waited in line for 20 minutes. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich taco box and an extra chip’s and cheese. When I got to the window I was told the car in front of me had payed for my food and there was a 12 car chain of paying for the next persons order I thought what a cool gesture. My order was 8 and I paid 21 for the next family not a big deal but my box didn’t even have the spicy chicken sandwich in it and that’s the only reason I went was to try it. If I could give a zero, I would. I called the store 5 times to ask where my order was. (Keep in mind I ordered two things 75 minutes prior.) Their hours say they are open until 4. I put my order in on grubhub. I got no response when I called the store, whatsoever. I’m heading to the store now to ask about my order or at least my money back. When the store was unable to break the bill I used to pay for my food, I was treated like it was my fault they couldn’t do it. There was no effort to save the sale when I asked for my money back and told them to cancel my order. This has to be the worst customer service experience I have had recently.

I went through the drive through tonight around 2:45ish and ordered the cantina quesadilla. Its not even cooked. The cheese isnt melted. And the way its wrapped up is like the balled it up in their hand before tossing it in the bag. Usually i dont write reviews unless i have a good reason and this this just ridiculous. And for $18?! Id like a refund please.
