This is the only Dunkin location I go to. I spend a lot of time traveling between Rocky Point, Manhattan, and Queens, but this one is always the best!!

The usual items on the menu..donuts, munchkins and they also have a baskin Robbins ice cream inside the store so if you are in the mood for ice cream..all the flavors they have.

Long story short, ordered a birthday cake for my son here and it was a sheet cake with a customized picture on it. I did it and paid on the app and it was simple. I wish that there were more options for just ice cream cake (either cake options with ice cream options or the signature chocolate and vanilla fudge crunch cakes for customized cakes at least, they do have lots of others with different flavors but not the ones he wanted). Anyways, the morning of my cake order (5pm pick up), I got a call from Baskin Robbins and it was a very kind and concerned staff member who said she was doing my order and there was a slight issue with the quality of the picture. I panicked but she reassured me that she would make it perfect. She asked me to text her the picture and she would take care of it. She also asked about my red icing request and said it wouldn't be a problem. I was so grateful for her caring demeanor and that she totally went out of her way to make it perfect for us! She did excellent. We, especially my son, loved the cake! She even followed up on us and I thanked her for her thoughtful and caring attitude. I highly recommend this location and will be back for future events for sure.

Was expecting a product they were advertising but wasn't officially out yet. The kind cashier informed me that they weren't available yet. ( Even though they were putting the window advertisment on on the door, which made me long to try it out.) The store was clean and quick to serve my alternate order.

Not my favorite DD shop. Staff seems to turn over every few weeks. Service is friendly but slow. I have been on line and walked out more than once because the wait was over 5 minutes.

I ordered milkshakes. Too much milk not enough shake (ice cream). Just a milk slushy. It’s annoying.

I ordered a chai latte with sweet cold foam, and i watched her lock eyes with me and put whipped cream when i paid for the foam. I am utterly in disbelief and cannot believe this I don’t think i can spend anymore money at this store after they’ve done this 3 times now.

I’m at Dunkin’ every morning. This is by far the worst. Took them forever for the girl to help me. And then she walks over to my table that was the furthest from where the front was and tells me to lower my phone. Rude girls at this place

I Used to have a good review for this dunkin but that was before my last visit the guy behind the counter was rude and when I got my drinks They were wrong he had to remake them I will never go back to this place again

New young employees, not getting the job done effectively or efficiently. I've been there twice in the last few wks. 1st time for 2 cups of tea, 1 guy ring us up & 3 girls behind the coffee/tea machine giggled & gossiped. We waited in front of pick up area for 2 cups of tea for 8min. Then when served the employee picked up garbage of the floor & with it in his hand covered our tea cups. The 2nd x I ordered an ice cream in a choc.dip cone. The cone was so stall it wasn't edible. I won't be back.

two days in a row i ordered a large hot coffee with 2 milk on the on to go app. i was always less then two minutes away when the order was placed. Both times my coffe was colder then room temp. when i order it fresh elsewhere it stays hot for 80 min in the foam cups. Im never going back.

Their cold brew is hit or miss - more often a miss. Their donut selection is minimal. Corporate should be ashamed if they know how this store is being run. The MP one is almost as bad. I'm going to start driving further to Mt. Sinai.

I have continually had problems with a sour taste in the coffee. It is a complete waste of money. I am not sure if it is a matter of not cleaning out the coffee pots correctly. It simply is jut not worth it to visit this location even though I have given plenty of business to this establishment. Quite the disappointment and waste of my hard earned money.

very disappointed from the costumer service this is the second time that the cashier was extremely rude and looked like she didn’t want to be there, and she answered me with an attitude when i asked for a smoothie. last time it was another lady taking my order and she kept interrupting me while taking my order.

Very poor customer service. I went in to buy a birthday cake and they could not write on the cake. Left and went to Carvel and they had no problem writing "happy birthday" on the cake and at a lower price.

I am not sure what is going on. There is a woman working here by the name of Nicole. I am not sure why she is still working there. She is rude, offensive, and makes people nervous and uncomfortable. I spoke with the manager more than once, more than twice; it doesn't seem to matter that we, as a community, stop there daily and are harassed and made to feel uncomfortable. This establishment thrives on the community, so at the very least, this woman should be evaluated and retrained

If I could I'd give 0 stars due to the way the manager handles her employees. She is extremely unprofessional. Even when told that I have a disability and that the employee that was giving me issues and was clearly instigating the situation. I had to ask the manager to ask her employee to stop speaking over me as I was trying to solve the issue. I also had to repeatedly say that I felt I was being harassed after the employee was becoming hostil. It wasn't until I said that I was going to contact the police and write a review online that they gave me a discount. The problem with the employee continued even as the manager was fixing the issue. Never have I ever encountered such rude employee's and manager at any retail place. The manager had no control over anything and did nothing unless told to. I find it disgusting that people with disabilities get treated like garbage at this location.

To make matters worse, teenagers hang around in the afternoon and harass customers. No one in the establishment does anything about it. I believe because they're young and don't know how to properly deal with the harassment. Additionally, they are often sold out of items with no explanation why. My message to management would be, get it together. Show up and train your staff better. Hire a manager that can be present at least 6 hours a day. If you can't do the bare minimum, then you shouldn't own a business.

Apparently No one checked the phone and customer service is not their priority !
