A restaurant more for locals than tourists... And that's exactly what we were looking for. The food is very good and plentiful, and excellent value for money. The braised beef was excellent, very tender. The place is too spartan, almost bare, and unfortunately very noisy, so much so that, even with just a few friends around us talking in a normal tone, we couldn't hear what the waitress was saying. So, it could improve.

We would rate this restaurant 4.5/5 which is not possible with Google. You would not expect such a delicious cuisine in a restaurant that is part of a sports court. Easy local and authentic dishes, friendly staff, excellent pricing. The wine list offers suitable choices.

Excellent trattoria. Located on a small hill with an excellent bocce court at its side. Convenient parking. An indoor dining area near the bar and a large, very pleasant outdoor area. Simple, modern decor, but traditional Piedmontese, Langhe, and Alba dishes. Appetizers, first courses, and second courses are all meticulously prepared according to Piedmontese recipes. Quality ingredients are used. Professional, courteous, and helpful staff. If you're in the area, it's a must-try.

At December 2021 we had visited this place following a recommendation of a person we had asked on the street. We had been very pleasantly surprised to find a large variety of antipasti (apetisers), as well as by the chef's creativity. Antipasti is a staple of Langhe cuisine and too often we get to see the same ones repeated on the menu of each local restaurant/osteria/Trattoria. The menu written on the blackboard, as a trattoria that offers home made food would have. As we are always in search for something different in an area where the menus are all too repetitive, we loved the place. And based on it being always full we understood it was a consensus. We kept returning, late for lunch, always taking our luck as over the phone we were always told they were full. Such we have done last weekend. This time we could book. Arrived there the menu was no longer written of the board - it had been replaced by the menu book, paper in plastic sleeves, 3-4 dishes on the page and written in 4 languages. Antipasti that we so much loved had been replaced by the same ones to be found in nearly every other place...Management changed and so did the menu, the board and the approach. What a chef had achieved during years of operation had been wiped off. We could not help but feeling overwhelmingly sad.
