Che bella sorpresa questo agriturismo! la cucina é qualcosa di spettacolare, si percepisce la cura e passione di chef Isaia. Penso di non aver mai assaggiato una guancia brasata piú buona, ma anche le animelle, il risotto alle chiocciole e i panificati fatti da loro non erano da meno. Sarò felice di consigliarlo a chiunque passerá per queste zone.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! L’atmosfera è accogliente e il personale gentile e attento. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene: piatti curati nei dettagli, ingredienti freschi e sapori autentici . Ogni portata è stata una piacevole scoperta una combinazione perfetta tra tradizione e innovazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sicuramente torneremo e lo consigliamo a chi cerca una bella esperienza gastronomica! 🍽️😊

Non posso che mettere 5 stelle ⭐️ perché di più non ce ne sono . Servizio ottimo cucina contemporanea ma rivisitata con profumi unici ed inimitabili . Lo chef è super preparato così come tutto lo staff ambiente famgliare e locale elegante ma non troppo per rendere tutto ancor più effetto casa tua . Vino della zona buono e vista sulle colline spendida . Un luogo dove pranzi o ceni in tutta tranquillità con clima suggestivo Bravi bravi bravi continuate così soprattuto nel non fare le classiche ricette che tutti nella Zona fanno e rifanno .

Entri in un piccolo mondo fatti di odori e sapori che si alternano a vicenda e a tratti con esplosioni di gusti inaspettati il tutto accompagnato da ottimi vini del luogo. Non da meno la professionalità, la disponibilità e la simpatia del personale, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo e un personalissimo grazie per la bottiglia di sciroppo "souvenir"

Pranzo in famiglia in questo locale che non conoscevo ma che mi ha piacevolmente stupito. Un cascinale di Langa ristrutturato con gusto, attenzione e molta dedizione. Una cucina attenta alla tradizione che strizza l'occhio all'innovazione: la qualità delle materie prime,la cura e l'attenzione si vedono nei piatti. Servizio attento, cordiale e cortese. Uno Chef con il quale è piacevole intrattenersi,dopo il servizio,per una chiacchierata. Il luogo è tranquillo ed ameno. Decisamente consigliato.

Cibo delizioso in un locale un po' nascosto... Ieri abbiamo scelto il menù "estate" e siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti dall'altissima qualità e le interpretazioni moderne di piatti tradizionali della regione. Siamo stati sulla terrazza con un panorama mozzafiato di vigneti, valli e la vista su Serravalle nella luce del tramonto godendo la cruda, la melanzana, i tajarin, la costoletta e il gelato alla lavendula. I nomi non danno merito ai sapori ed alle interpretazioni di questa equipe giovane, simpatica ed il cuoco giovane e pieno di creatività ed idee. Andateci!

It was an exceptional experience. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented — it truly felt like dining in a Michelin-star restaurant. We started with fried porcini, which were crispy and full of flavor, followed by carpaccio and tagliolini with truffle, both perfectly prepared and paired with an excellent Barolo wine. We also decided to stay overnight in one of their apartments, located in a peaceful area with lovely views. The service was kind and attentive, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay and meal. Highly recommended.

We celebrated New Year's eve here in the restaurant with the full menu. This was without a doubt the best dining experience I have had in Italy!! - All the dishes were super interesting and traditional but in a fine dining experience. That risotto with parmigiano reggiano 36 months, algae, black garlic and gin was to die for! 🤤 We will definitely recommend this to anyone who is searching for a great meal in the heart of Piemonte.

Thank you for such a nice evening. The food was great, I really enjoyed the desert of the white chocolate and the artichokes. The atmosphere was lovely and the service perfect. They homemade the limoncello and the bread. It’s a must to try it.

They squeezed us last minute without a reservation (a greater offer of hospitality than you may expect if you haven’t visited Barolo in the off season) and this was one of the best meals we had on our trip. I will always remember the gnocchi with fonduta and pine. Thank you to the chef and front of house team!

Although the SatNav tried its best to hide this restaurant, we persevered and found this amazing gem of a restaurant. Fine cooking and delicious dishes well-presented. The veal tartare was a stand-out for me in the very reasonably priced set menu (€49 for 5 memorable courses). Service was great though they might suffer if they were busier but this place deserves to be busier.

Located by the end of a narrow road is this magnificient place. We were seated with a fantastic view. The staff was very friendly and speak very good English. They had two set menus, but you could pick and choose from both menues (and we did that). First we got four different starters, and they were really beautiful and tasty. We both started with an amazing tartare, followed by risotto and some local barbeque ribs. Ended with a nice cup og coffee. A really good experience and we will be back for sure.

Great place to visit, young chef with alot of passion , good little twists on the piedmonte kitchen , always some fish available and amazing desserts , a little more expensive then a trattoria but so worth it! ( and compared to Belgian prices its still cheap!)

We came for dinner after calling in advance to request a vegan meal (though with shorter notice than they would have preferred) and still the chef really impressed us with what he whipped up at the last moment. We are so grateful to have found this quiet, beautiful hilltop spot overlooking woods & vineyards. We dined outside and the service was impeccable. Bonus: The price was far more reasonable than we would have predicted after a meal of such a high caliber.

I first visited here three years ago and I was impressed by the young chef. Not only did he run the kitchen singlehandedly, he also grew his own fresh vegetables. As if that wasn't an accomplishment on its own, the dishes were absolutely magnificent! So, time to come back. Was it all just memories, or did I really have such great food? To be conclusive, I would advise anyone not to miss out on the opportunity if in the area! 5 stars our of 5 for me and can't wait to be back again in some time.!

I enjoyed a very lovely lunch here. The quality of the food and presentation is excellent, but for me the most interesting part was the Chef's new interpretation of the classic Piemontese dishes. If you have been in the area more than once, you have likely had the classic dishes several times. While they are of course, delicious, I also crave a bit of variety which is what attracted me to the restaurant in the first place. The Chef is able to incorporate exotic ingredients without it feeling (or tasting) like a gimmick, but rather as a compliment to the local ingredients. The wine pairing was excellent as well and a great value. The chef's mother provided wonderful and welcoming service, and was very patient with my limited Italian. I would not hesitate to return here again. Grazie mille a tutti voi for the wonderul meal!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! From the moment you arrive you can definitely feel how welcoming and sincere the family is that owns this place. The Chef has an undeniable passion for food that you can see and taste in every dish! You can either pick from a menu or let him choose to give you the ultimate experience! They have cozy rooms available for you to sleep in. When you wake up in the morning you are greeted with the gorgeous views of the vineyards on the rolling hills and a delicious breakfast. Ottima esperienza. Collocato in un punto panoramico , tranquillo e silenzioso. Ampio parcheggio. Le camere buone , letto confortevole, bagno riservato ma esterno alla camera. La cucina è di alta classe. Raffinata, inventiva attenta. I tagliolini sono strepitosi, fatti i casa con un ottimo morso. Grande selezione di vini. Colazione ottima con prodotti locali. Gentilezza. Un difetto bisogna trovarlo....manca sapone per le mani in bagno, anche se mettono delle salviette, non è la stessa cosa. Per evitare sprechi, andrebbe bene un sapone liquido. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto.
