On a rare short business trip to San Jose, I told myself I had to visit Hooters in its homeland, just to see how it compared to the Taiwan branches—purely for research purposes, of course. Sadly, Google Maps broke my heart: every Hooters south of San Francisco had gone extinct, leaving the Rohnert Park location as the last survivor in the Bay Area. Tragic. Naturally, I drove an hour and a half from Fremont to pay my respects. Our server that day, Amber, was fantastic—super friendly, patient with all our menu questions, and quick with recommendations. Thanks to her, I ordered the Hooters Original Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with a sauce she suggested, and it was insanely good. Regret of the day: I forgot to write down the name of that sauce. On my second visit, I tried to freestyle and picked the “Buffalo Medium” sauce myself. Huge mistake. Way too salty, weirdly spicy—total flavor disaster. Even so, both visits were relaxed and genuinely enjoyable. I just hope the Rohnert Park Hooters keeps going strong. Wouldn’t mind coming back someday…for more “research.”

First time coming to this location as it’s the only Hooters left in the SF Bay Area. Drove all the way from SF and it was worth it. The ending total price for my food and drink was a tad high but it’s Hooters. Service was excellent by the bartender and staff esp. by the AGM who went out of his way to help me. I bought merchandise before I left too. My buffalo wings were perfect! I got amber beer on draft. I had a great experience and will try to return when I can. Thanks everyone!

Went with a Birthday group of 19 guys after racing go carts at Sonoma Raceway. Great service and the food was on point. My wife used to be a Hooters girl mission valley San Diego. I'm a Hooters critic. This spot was on point. Great time after racing all day.

We went here for my mom‘s birthday. My daughter was only about a month old maybe two, and when I tell you how amazing and welcome everyone that made us feel including the manager. Everyone came and talked to us. Everyone came up to our table. The food was amazing. The service was A+. thank you to everyone who made our experience there one of a kind. They were even sweet enough to do a group photo with me and my mom and daughter at the end.

Service was a bit slow but friendly. Glad that they went back to the original recipe for wing sauce. I would imagine that when the word gets out, they might get busier. Why they changed is beyond me, if it's not broken...dont try to fix it!! Sweet tea was spot on...there mix drinks could use a bit more of an alcohol pour, but all in all, very happy. I had the sampler...Great value for the price $20 dollars and I got 6 wings, shrimp and nuggets.

Food: the food is still great from what I remember. I haven’t been at a Hooters Restaurant/Bar in years (a decade to be exact). We basically ordered wings, burgers, fries and beer. They mostly had bar type food. The curly fries is always a hot, fresh and crispy and not so salty. I can say the same about the wings. Service: it was great. Our service was friendly and she was very attentive. Ambiance: My nieces haven’t been to a Hooters at all so we decided to go since we were nearby. The ambiance is a total sports Bart, bright lights, lots of TVs, Booth and high bar seatings and very loud. But it’s a lot of fun.

Went for the bit to see what it was like! I can see it being the right vibe for watching a game with friends. The room is filled with huge tv's and sports fans. I got the classic wings, which were a little too bready for me, so next time I'll have to go with the naked wings! The menu did not lie, the wings are very juicy. Great and attentive service as well.

On a Sunday night it was not too busy. The booths are a tight fit on one side for a larger man. My margaritas was good. The food took so long to come out that I took it to go. It was hot and decent for basic wings and strips. My server was great. She made the trip worth while.

You are there for the experience and adult beverages. Last night, that's gotta be some of the worst chicken tenders I have ever eaten. The waffle fries have a lot to be desired.

I gave my teenage son the option to pick where we would have dinner, he chose Hooters Rohnert Park. My wife got there before us and asked the hostess if they could sing Happy Birthday to my son, she told her they might not be able to because they were short staffed. Even being seated when we got there they didn't acknowledge my sons birthday or say anything

Place was empty and still got horrible service. Had to walk out,Too bad , I’ve been craving those wings for a while.I try a different city.
