Can never go wrong with Krispy Kreme. We only go once in a while since its in the next city north. Consistent, very sweet lol the coffee is ok...but im a Starbucks guy so Im biased.

It is 4:48 on Tuesday afternoon, January 6. I just went through the drive-through and the guy who helped me was so friendly and nice. It took me less than six minutes to get through the drive-through, and I would like to say everyone should buy donuts from them. It was a great experience, and I’m happy I went today.

The donuts are awesome. However, I was thrown off by the AI drive-thru. Is $20/dozen not enough to be able to order through a person?

So I haven't been to a Krispy Kreme in ages, on a trip to visit my brother stopped at this one in Rohnert Park. They are a drive through only now, I asked and they were picked by corporate to be a test location for this new model to see if this works. It surprised me a bit and you do not have the opportunity to see any donuts this way but Clarissa who helped me was wonderful and very helpful. Thankfully I hit this not at a peak time because they share the parking lot with the Chick-fil-A and so both being drive-throughs could get a bit challenging to maneuver. Super fast and niece and nephew were thrilled.

They are clean and well stocked and ready to help you. We are just passing through so it's a good bathroom break as well. Their bathrooms are always clean.

Donuts were bomb as usual. Girl up front was super nice and picked out the best donuts! They were for employee appreciation day and my boss sent me to get a dozen and I had no idea what to pick so when she asked I said pick whichever are your favorites and everyone at work loved them! Decently priced and fast service!

Great employees, fun donut flavors when the new flavors are in stock. The online ordering app doesn’t always have what is on it and definitely check your order before you leave because I have received a few wrong orders. Crème filled rings are such a delicious invention so those are a must try. Not sure why you cannot go inside lately hopefully that changes soon.

We are excited to know that this place is here now and we hope that next time we come back the donuts are filled properly. I purchased the cookies and cream donut as a gift for my fiance and we were very disappointed to find that it did not have hardly any inside after I drove it four and a half hours north to my home. The filled donuts are a little pricey so it would be nice to get what we pay for.

i’ve gone here twice and the first time they didn’t have any donuts at like 11am and then i went yesterday and the reg glazed was probably old or something idk bc the glaze was completely wet and soaked into the doughnut and the dough itself was extremely dry. expensive doughnuts when you could have better tasting ones at safeway for $1. i’ve had krispy kreme before but this one absolutely sucks. you can even see in the picture that those are not what they’re supposed to look like at all.

The gentleman in the drive thru was extremely rude. The donuts were cold as they were there for days. It seems like they were taken out of the fridge. Reading all the other reviews, I wouldn't doubt these donuts were old. The cinnamon roll donut i got was stale and rancid. So disgusting! The regular donuts tasted so gross too. $25 to receive garbage is ridiculous!

Then I had to reorder on the fly without looking at any pictures. Even then the cashier still got my order wrong after I opened the box. If these people can barely speak English what makes these businesses think they can understand simple English. I will now end up going to the asian owned donut shops.

We ordered in the drive through at the machine and had to reorder at the window. Then no one at the window knew what they were doing. I’m definitely annoyed when I asked for hot and ready just like it said in the window. My kids were very unhappy
