I love these burgers but I was really disappointed in the milkshake it was very watery and they didn't know how to make an oreo shake but they knew how to make an oreo frappuccino. But maybe someone will show them. But over all food was good

It's open almost every day of the year and rarely closes. The menu is varied and the food is good. They offer delivery service, but on several occasions, delivery is delayed or something you didn't order arrives, but that's because they have few delivery drivers and they serve people on-site.

Unfortunately, it's lost its former charm. The food was terrible; the meat was very dry and had a strange smell. The only redeeming feature was the frappé I bought. I don't think it's worth making you wait almost an hour for poorly prepared food.

The employees are very lazy; sometimes there are five of them and none of them will serve you because they're all chatting amongst themselves. The hamburgers have super thin meat and are expensive for what they offer.

The pizza is good, but the delivery service is terrible, and they don't even bother to call to verify the address. I ordered my pizza at 4:00 p.m., and an hour later I called to see what was happening. Apparently, they couldn't find my address, even though I gave them the exact location and landmarks. The pizza arrived five minutes after I called, and it was cold and soggy. If I order pizza, it's because I want it hot and ready to eat as soon as it arrives. If they can't offer quality delivery service, they shouldn't do it.

They should be more responsible, I made a home delivery order and it took a long time to arrive, I called to see what was happening and a lady told me that there was no order with the address I gave, in the background there was a scandal of laughter and relaxation so the lady didn't even listen to me, the food is good I just ask for respect and more responsibility towards the customers

Demaciado lentos tienen a puro puerto trabajando ! No atienden , lo peor es que uno hace 8 o 10 llamadas y cuando contestan ya no tienen servicio ! Así que pensaré seriamente si volveré a comprarles, ya que los chamacos es puro desmadre y nada de buena atención

No son higiénicos a la hora de preparar los platillos. Y los niños que atienden (porque son menores de edad) siempre están usando el celular.

Muy muy muy pero muy lento el servicio, hasta para llevar una caguama son lentos, luego vas a ver q paso y están en el chisme la mesara y la mujer de la barra.... Muy mal!

I asked for home delivery and they refused to deliver it to me despite paying more. They were very rude. Not recommended for the service. A disgraceful service.

It used to be a good place to go for lunch. Now, its decline is increasingly noticeable at this location. Since they've lowered the quality of their products, they now have a skinny young man with glasses who serves you very reluctantly, so much so that when he charges you, he even takes your money. But the worst part is that there was a cockroach in the vegetables, and none of the workers noticed.
