I bought an extra pizza and two Crazy Puffs. The service was very fast and excellent. The only thing that surprised me was that the pizza was a little burnt, hard, and dry around the edges. I've never had that happen before. It wasn't good at all. I usually like pizzas a lot, but it's strange. When I got home, it cooled down a bit, but given the previous issues, it looked bad. Please pay attention to that branch. Oh, and the curb is steep, and a family arrived on a motorcycle and fell. The drive-thru entrance is very, very narrow. The store is relatively new, and the wall is all scratched up! These are things that can probably be improved. But the quality of the pizza shouldn't be a problem! Thank you.

They take forever to serve you, whether you order directly from the drive-thru or from the pizza drive-thru. Plus, they never have the 99-peso pizza, sometimes not even the 149-peso one, and the business is supposed to be fast, high-quality, and affordable.

I went to get a pizza but they didn't have any, so I ordered another one and they said it would take a while. I had to eat something else that I didn't really like because I had a food block and I couldn't stand the hunger anymore, but honestly, I was disappointed.

Not always the best quality. I ordered a pizza, and it was dry—literally dry, super flat, so dry you couldn't even taste the pizza. Truly the worst pizza ever. 🍕

They never have the promotions they advertise and they make you wait a long time because they push you to buy the most expensive items. Their employees always seem to be in a rush, and they don't let you look at the menu properly. Even when the branch is empty, they demand to know what you're ordering because they're busy. Out of 10, I give them a 2.

Terrible service and attitude from the girls who work here. Today, December 19th, I arrived when they opened and they got annoyed because I bought 14 pizzas. The manager said, "That's a lot, you have to wait because I don't want any complaints about the wait time." They told me I'd have to wait 45 minutes, then they came up with the fact that there was an order from the previous day and it would take longer to deliver. I understand that demand is high, but if you add to that the employees' attitude, their rudeness to customers, and their sour faces, the result is that you won't be returning to this branch. They should be prepared for any number of orders. I hope my comment reaches the right people. They'll know who's in charge by now. You're better off going to the one on Guerrero; they're much friendlier.
