The service is very good, but sometimes they forgot to ask us what we wanted and then they forgot. We asked for bread and it took a long time for them to send it. The environment is very nice, spacious and clean.

Friendly staff, menu with both local dishes and pizzas. Relatively affordable prices, pizzas around €8. As for local dishes, there's a very limited selection of first and second courses, mostly between €10-15, some €20. A medium beer is €6. The pizza is good and fairly easy to digest. The atmosphere is very simple, with paper tablecloths and napkins and plastic seats. Both indoor and outdoor tables are available. We ate outside; there were few mosquitoes; recommended for a quick bite.

I came to this pizzeria for a friend's birthday. The pizza was excellent, but I didn't like the way they served me. As soon as I was missing a slice of pizza, they asked me to take away the plate. I finished, and they took away the fork and glass. I found myself without a glass and needed a drink. I asked, "Can I have a glass?" Ten minutes later, it didn't arrive. I asked with a more confident tone, and it arrived. When the cake arrived without a fork, I asked, and they gave it to me. I'm satisfied, but I'd like to review the service.

Nice place, generally friendly staff, good pizza. It's a shame that as soon as we arrived, we were rudely asked to move because our table would be served in exactly 2 hours (which I could have been told in advance). There were 20 people in the restaurant, and everyone wanted to leave immediately because they were offended. They also do takeout, and I've always had a good experience. Sorry.

Reviewing a restaurant for Christmas lunch, especially if you're not a regular, is never easy. That said, Alla Padella alla Brace was a pleasant surprise: despite the holiday and the set menu, I ate well. It's a classic village restaurant with an adjoining pizzeria. The atmosphere was quite noisy, probably due to the low ceiling in the room where we were seated. The service, as often happens at holiday lunches, seemed improvised: the dining room staff seemed partly out of role, probably reinforcements brought in to handle the day's rush, with waitresses giving the impression of being on their first day. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, without any particular aesthetic pretensions but absolutely decent. Less convincing, however, was the air circulation, which was practically non-existent. I can't comment on the price, as it's a fixed-menu Christmas lunch.

I don't usually leave negative reviews if the service or food isn't great. I'll make an exception because I was charged €1 per person to cut the birthday cake I brought; I would have overlooked the fact that I ordered prosecco for the toast and they brought me a spritz (which they charged me, and I paid for it, even though it was their mistake).

I had dinner at this restaurant with a group of friends. They sat us down at a table, and while we were chatting, waiting for the waitress, she came to the table and asked if we wanted to order appetizers because we'd have to wait so long for the pizzas (???) (we arrived at 8:00 PM and the room wasn't even half full). Nope, we decided to wait normally, continuing our meal... after a good 30 minutes of waiting, we decided to call the waitress and order ourselves. The pizza was good, nothing special, and the service was also quick, so the initial wait was completely pointless (?????). But the most cringe-worthy and truly annoying moment was at the cash register: the lady, in my opinion, isn't competent to be at the front desk and do the accounts. The bill was split by eight, and each person came to €19.36, and the lady had trouble making payments. So much so that instead of rounding up to €19 as logically dictates, she rounded up to €20 each. And not even a single liqueur was offered. That's not how it's done. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place due to the lady's incompetence. ✨Edit - it only happens to the (un)luckiest - ✨: The cashier then took the liberty of calling one of our friends several times, using a private number (she retrieved it from a previous reservation), after midnight, complaining about the review. Not satisfied, she then continued on WhatsApp with unpleasant audio. Congratulations on your (non)professionalism 🎪🤡🤹🎪🤡🤹🎪🤡🤹🎪🤡🤹

Absolutely avoid this place. Over an hour's wait for raw ravioli!!! 900-gram steak served completely raw!!! This place also serves pizza, but since they ran out of pizza dough, it's out of the question. This is outrageous, and shouldn't happen in a restaurant, especially on a Friday night! I understand that it's a place in the Ligurian hinterland, but here, you're not getting finished rice cake! I strongly suggest that instead of stopping at this magnificent restaurant, you drive a few meters further towards Ronco Scrivia, get on the highway, and immediately stop at the first service station where you'll surely eat better!!! UPDATE: We absolutely didn't threaten anyone; we asked for a discount on the total bill because three dishes were absolutely not good! The negative review is due to the fact that we had a bad experience at your restaurant. Nothing and no one prevents us from reviewing our experience with you.
