I asked for a small hot chocolate with one quarter of it almond milk and the rest hot chocolate. The server did it perfectly and it was very tasty.

This place is 5 mins from my job. So far they have been great. Drive thru is fast and they have gotten my order right everytime so far. I use my app so contact less. A great selection of donuts. Restroom was clean and tidy.

Typically quick service. The drive thru gets long especially in the morning, would definitely recommend ordering to go through the Dunkin app if you need to just run in and run out quickly.

There are good Dunkins, and there are great Dunkins. I visited this Dunkin early on a Monday morning with my daughter, and we got our standard fare: a hot coffee for me and a flavored iced coffee for her. The coffees were ready quickly and mine was piping hot. My daughter went out on a limb and tried the lava cake flavor. She found it to be one of the more subtle flavors, but felt that the right amount had been provided. Thanks for a great start to another work week!

Where do I start?? This place was very clean upon entering. Customer service was pleasant. This is my second visit to this location and the blueberry muckin were soft and moist each visit. My drink was perfect!

I have been to the drive thru 3 times in the past few months and it has been 5 stars every single time. I had a question on 2 of the visits and the employees were professional and kind each time. Wait time was fine each time to order and to get food. Seems like you can order Munchkins in sets of 5s. Nephew's favorite is blueberry. We get 20-25 and he takes them home for the week. Both like the small hot chocolate, but it's just standard to-go hot chocolate. It is served very hot so please be careful. The drive thru lane seems a little narrow with a curb but my small SUV is fine. Nothing to lower the rating. Tried the maple bacon croissant today with egg and cheese. Pretty good! Niece and I like the hash browns (small rounds vs 1 "patty" from Mickey Ds). Please be wary of negative reviews from people who only post a couple reviews. Thanks, Dunkin Donuts! We did our whole breakfast here today!

My friend and I stopped here for a light lunch. We ordered breakfast wraps. The food was good, so was the service. The dining room and bathrooms were clean. There are handicapped parking spaces across from the front door.

Absolutely amazing! By far the best Dunkin I have been to. They are ALWAYS polite, greet you each time, and get my order perfect! I will pass 3 dunkin's in my area to come to this location for the experience. Luckily it is the closest to my work :).

Cashier was very pleasant! 🙏🏾 After eating breakfast yet still drinking my coffee, I observed two male staff persons working together to bag orders. During their process, one caused a waxed sleeve (used to wrap sandwiches) to fall to the floor...a mistake, not a big deal. The other staff person picked it up from the floor...good, it should have been retrieved from the floor. The problem was that he placed it back on the stack of clean/unused sleeves AND also used it to wrap the next sandwich! Who doesn't know that sleeve should have been discarded!!! For me...that's problematic!!! What other types of improper food handling techniques/common mistakes are being made, but overlooked??? 🤔 That caused me to think to myself that I'd not want to patronize that location again!!! I want and need to be comfortable about where I spend my money...$30 for 2 sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns & 2 coffees!!! 🤦🏾‍♀️

About a year ago, I used “On-the-Go” with the Dunkin’ mobile app to pick up a cup of Dunkin’ "Original Blend" in this location, and it was a very frustrating experience. My coffee was not ready for pick up on time, and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before it was ready in-store. That was then. A few days ago, I ordered ahead, and to my surprise, my coffee was ready for pick up on time in-store! These newly hired Team Members made a big difference when it came to providing every Dunkin’ customer with great service and maintaining a clean and organized shop.

I have tried several times to call and place a order. I tell them tried to call and was told their phone is broken. It has been like this for a few months now. Then I get there they seem frustrated that I didn't place my order ahead of time. Why would any running business not have a working phone!!

The prices at this location are higher than others. Whole menu about $0.40 higher but they charge an additional whole dollar for almond milk. Not cool. Same drink at another location $1 cheaper. Tasted good tho so 2 stars.

Just left Dunkin … online states they close at 9! I was informed that they were closed at 8:30. When I mentioned the app states they don’t close til 9, I received no response, no apology or explanation… smh

The hot coffee lid wasn’t on so 1/2 the coffee spilled. Both cold brews had barely any butter pecan and 1 cold brew had no cream (which was what we asked for) and was even printed on the cup. Seemed like the order was simple but didn’t get what we ordered. I’d hate to see what happens with a difficult order. Probably gonna use a different Dunkin.

I was asked what my order was 3 times (med hot coffee, skim & sugar). A young man came to window with an iced coffee, then another guy came with two cold drinks, then a third male with a green drink, finally that third guy went and got me the correct drink, and it was med hot with skim....NO FREAKING sugar. I was tired of cars behind me piling up so I paid, left aand took the coffee home and added my own sweetner. The rather large curb at window is not good for low sitting cars either. not returning!

Need to find workers that know the menu. Tried of coming to this specific one and they can never make my simple ice tea right. Used to work in food for 10+ years and it's frustrating that I have to explain to 3 people a drink that only has 3 ingredients in it

My girlfriend went in to get coffee for us on her way home. While I got a regular large coffee that tasted just fine, she on the other hand got a hot mocha latte. The drinks she got was terrible and neither of us managed to take more then a sip before we decided it would be better off to dump it out. If you want a Mocha Latte that is good you are better off going to the one on Allender Road, the girls there make it better then any of the others D&Ds I have been to.

Disorganized. Started in long drive thru that didnt move. Gave up and went inside. took long time to get coffee and a pastry. Got my coffee wrong. Made me late to where I was going.

Very slow, always a long line and they don't do mobile orders which is probably why they have a long line all the time, I like to place my mobile order, Grab and go!!

Have been in line for 25 minutes and still has not taken my order. It is 145 in the afternoon. They need to remove the curb as now we are stuck.

Masks being worn improperly by both employees, and my in- app order had not been started when I arrived.

Went through the Drive Thru tonight to order the Brownie Batter donuts that come out in February, the last two seasons they've been wonderful. This year they changed the donut a completely which lead to some confusion when we opened our bag to find a cookie dough donut. We had already left at this point and I called to ask if we could bring them back to get the correct donuts. The woman who answered the phone couldn't be bothered and was honestly rude. She said that the Brownie Batter donuts always came with cookie dough inside and that we shouldn't have ordered them if we didn't want them. Guess this is one less stop I have to make in the mornings before work.

I am not one to pull the race card but it was more than clear that was the issue at this store. My kids wanted to pick up some thing from DD on the way for their first day of school. So we stopped here and I decided to let them go in because there was a long line in the drive thru. Big mistake, while sitting in the car, I saw more between 10 - 15 cars served, at least 5 people go in the store and come out after my children went in. I go in and asked what was the hold up after they were in there over 15 minutes and the manager gives me the lame excuse he had to make each drink separately. Needless to say I was livid because if we hadn't left early they would have most definitely been late.

The woman at the counter hot incredibly snarky with me when I wanted to change from 6 to 12 doughnuts. I was completely unaware that she was so worried about the environment that putting one small box back and getting the larger would trigger her.

This place like every other Dunkin store has gone down hill. Bad service, they are always out of everything or the expresso machine is down. Customer service no longer exists. This unfortunately is why I now started going to Starbucks.. very sad.

Not sure why prices at this one are so much higher than the rest of them. And an upcharge to use a bigger cup so they can add extra ice? It’s not like I was asking for a large coffee at a medium price, I just wanted extra ice because it’s a thousand degrees outside. I’ll stick with my Perry Hall Dunkin from now on.

They dropped my coffee and frozen hot chocolate Outside their window and it spilt over my car and they then laughed and then made new ones and they also messed up my order on my doughnuts. I had to get a car wash after they spilt the drinks on my car.

Always horrible service and frequently the wrong order

I went to this location for my usual iced coffee, but it just tasted off. So I asked for a new one and the young man repeated my order to me and made the drink. I paid a dollar extra for oatmilk and it definitely wasn't oatmilk. The drink didn't even taste like coffee but cow's milk with sugar and water. My order is simple, an oatmilk iced coffee with sugar. So for it to be made wrong twice, is crazy. Especially when this location is more expensive than the other locations in the area.

WOW...they now removed this 3 times!!! I will keep posting and to multiple sites. My husband and I spend between $6.00 and $12.00, ( between $2190 and $4380 per year) daily at this location. I always order ahead. Today my son went to pick up our order because we are self quarantined. They added two items which he had to pay for and then argued with me when I called and told me I had ordered them. First, I ordered the usual 2 coffees, 1 tea and two donuts. My son doesn't eat donuts, yet was told he needed to pay for two more donuts. She kept telling me that he had said it was a total of 4 donuts. I told her he didn't know my order. She said "You ordered them" below is a picture of my receipt. I did not order them.

I came inside and my wait was longer then I expected. My large sweet iced tea with extra ice had what tasted like a half of pound of sugar in it, it was so sickening sweet I had to throw it away. My two bagel bites that went in the oven with someone elses order is what took so long, and they were barely warm and very mushy, definitely undercooked. I wasted my money today for sure.

I entered at 3:49 for a plain bagel , I didn’t get home until 4:06 I live 3 mins away walking distance , and I was in there that long for a bagel . Then the first bagel wasn’t even made right so I was in there for longer because I had him remake my bagel how do you mess up a plain bagel? Y’all need more than 2 people in there , two people does not satisfy everyone in the store and drive thru.

It was the worst experience my mom inlaw & i ever experienced. The black girl employee was unprofsesioal screaming about it's only two workers & the place & it was backed up & very dirty. We waited over 10mins plus for some nasty photo tots that the black employee hit punched & slammed our food we paid for on a severing tray & she burned them at that. I then took the high road and said have a good day, ooooh did she try to scream on me, but I told her you shouldn't be working with the plubic.Never again don't waste your time or dime.

I’m writing this review on behalf of a young man who was in the store when I was there. He appeared to be studying so I’m assuming that he was a student. The manager at this location decided that because he was in there too long without making a purchase that he wasn’t allowed in the store. I’m all fine with kicking people out of the store who aren’t customers however that kid was studying something when the manager at the store decided to come and bang on the table really loudly in front of a lobby full of guests yelling and rudely demanded him to leave and it was pouring down raining. If this is how the employees treat our aspiring youth then I’m not sure if I want to continue to come to this location. It was like he had no regard as to why he was in there or the extreme weather conditions outside. I didn’t get a chance to get the managers name but everyone knows he’s the store manager

I come to this location all the time to study and listen to my podcasts in the morning as I do not have strong enough WiFi at home. It’s pouring down raining and this day I was in here for no more than an hour when the manager (older guy without glasses) comes up to me and forces me to leave in the pouring rain in front of other guests because he felt like I was there too long even tho I bought something previously when I first arrived. He was very rude to me and assuming that I wasn’t a customer and even threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave so I quietly left. Please fix your staff at this location, some of them have nasty dispositions towards the public and the use of the dining room policies. If I had to guess it was due to racial concern

I’ve visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location a few times, and each time has been disappointing. Somehow, they consistently get my order wrong, even after I’ve repeated it at the drive-thru multiple times. The wait times are unreasonably long, and the staff is rude and unprofessional. After giving this location several chances, I’ve decided I won’t be coming back again!

My husband and I ordered something through the app, and when we were picking up our order, my husband was accused of stealing or attempting to steal somebody else’s order. And when we prove them that this accusation was false through the order number on the app they shrugged it off like they didn’t make a mistake or do anything wrong. I recently moved into a new area, with a drive thru Dunkin. On Veteran's Day 2022, these communists tell me they are not honoring the free donut promotion to those who served our nation. I'm told I need to buy a coffee (which I don't drink, never have). In years past, I've gone to the counter at other locations and they have given me no quarrel whatsoever. So, I said fine, I'll buy a milk from you guys. I get my total and pay it. I was given a meager 5% discount off the entire check... it should've been closer to 50%, since I bought a 1.99 milk, and the donut was 1.29. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service at this location (Rosedale, MD, route 7 and King Ave)

Absolutely the worst Dunkin' donuts around. I order the pumpkin spice cold brew and I got everything but. My husband ordered a black coffee and got all kinds of stuff added to it for some reason. They don't pay attention to what you say they just do what they want. If they mess up your order price wise forget about them trying to be able to fix it because their minds will be lost.
