I have often been to IHOP in other locations, but we really enjoyed our food here. Breakfast was delicious, the protein pancakes were really good. It was a weekend day, so it was busy. We were seated in about 15 minutes. Good service.

Lot Of times very friendly but you can tell when your food been sitting under the warmer for long time. That's all I ordered for myself and toast food wasn't hot.waiter no where around. It just wasn't enjoyable at all.But also to each it's own

I was apprehensive about coming to this location but decided to do so and everything went wrong except the pancakes. The French toast was beyond thick and not cooked. The turkey bacon was overcooked. I asked for scrambled hard eggs which had to been remade 3 times. The manager brought over the 3rd egg remake and never even acknowledged the problem, ask if we needed anything. Absolutely nothing. Poor customer service.

When we got our food it was cold and soggy. The sausages were not cooked all the way. Their ham tasted like it went bad last week, the eggs were hard and firm like a playdough ball and their pancakes tasted like salt. The fruit was old and mushy. Their food has went down hill. Their food used to be fresh but now it all old stale or mushy food being served

I’m still processing what happened yesterday, and honestly, my heart is heavy. My high school basketball team 13 Black young men, ages 15–18 went to IHOP for a team breakfast after we got out of school early on 11/26/25. They were proud, wearing their Overlea Basketball gear, representing their school and community like they always do. I told them I’d take care of the bill, just let me know when they were done eating. Next thing I know, I’m getting a text from my players saying: “Coach Will, the waiter is asking when you’re coming because he needs to close the check.” Close the check… while they were still eating? Before I even arrived? Before anything was wrong? That already didn’t sit right with me. But when I pulled up about 10 minutes later, I walked in behind TWO police officers. At that moment my stomach dropped. I felt anger… confusion… and fear for my kids’ safety. Fear that something completely innocent could turn into something traumatic in seconds. Inside, the manager pointed at my players and said, “Them over there.” Then looked at my Overlea gear and asked me, “Are you here to pay for them?” When I asked if he really called the police on them, he said yes, because “kids run out all the time.” These boys weren’t loud. They weren’t disrespectful. They weren’t trying to run out. They were STILL EATING! And they were wearing SCHOOL gear with “Overlea Basketball” printed on their bags and clothing. But none of that mattered, because in the eyes of that staff… they were simply a group of Black teenage boys, and that alone made them a threat. And that hurt me deeply that my players had to experience this. As a coach, I work hard to teach these young men responsibility, discipline, respect, and pride. I pour into them. I protect them. And to watch them be treated like criminals for absolutely nothing made my blood boil. They were embarrassed. They were confused. They were targeted. And they were racially profiled, plain and simple! I expect better. Our kids deserve better. Our community deserves better. @IHOP this cannot be ignored. These young men deserve a real apology and real accountability.

Came into eat breakfast with the hubby this morning, the food was ok and the workers pleasant enough. However anytime the kit hen door opened we got a big stench of dead garbage. Im not sure if the trash needs taken out, or their is a dead mouse somewhere, but it was rough. Hubby did make a worker aware.

I can cook, so I don’t do restaurants often. I can’t tell you how it is at this place after being disappointed at all restaurants/carryouts worldwide. I don’t have time for disappointment.

I order the T-Bone steak meal. It was the worst steak I ever had. And I don't complain about meals, one cause I cook as well. Before I lifted I ordered it medium well. It's thin anyway. I looked at it, I could tell it was way over cooked. But by me over ordered food I said that I would take it home and make steak and eggs for breakfast. Man the steak was so tough tasted like plaster and I even added Wostershire sauce to it and water.

This is unacceptable there was no manager on duty. My question is who's holding the serv safe certificate. This was the worst IHOP I have been to in a while. The server said the the humidity did this to the salt. Then my food comes out cold 🥶 as all out doors. When I asked for the manager there was no manager to be found in site. I was told the manager was not scheduled to be in until 9:30 10:00 so then I asked well if the health inspector came in who hold the serv safe certificate. I don't know who needs to hear this but This Restaurant Needs To Be Inspected for a number of reasons. In This Covid era somebody's going to get sick eating out of this restaurant. It's just sad that so many people take jobs that they have no passion for at this point the entire staff needs to be fired. FYI there was only one costumer in the entire store but it took us almost thirty minutes to get our food for it to be cold 🥶 UNACCEPTABLE.
