This is my second visit to this spot from MI. The food is excellent but service is slow. Party of four plus is charged an automatic 20% gratuity which I have no problem paying but for the service you receive is about 15%, if that, because of slow service. Could be understaffed? The security saved the day by moving the staff along. The DJ is excellent. It's really a great place but they need to step up the service and the servers attitudes.

Very eye catching restaurant. Beautiful interior that's clean with great ambience & atmosphere. Made a reservation. Came here on a Friday evening and the place got packed by the end of the night. Also there was a dj after 9pm which played great music. Food was alright, nothing special. Ordered lobster mac and cheese. One lobster inside that wasnt chopped and mashed inside......It was also very greasy. Ordered also the brenzino entree...it was very salty... and it's served with the scales...so be aware. The side of spinach was ok...The side of mashed potatoes was perfect though. Staff were alright, not the most attentive... The hookah is from another vendor.../ business. Was very rough in the beginning and then started to ease. Just got plain mint and it was charged $40... Overall nice experience...but I wouldn't go again.

Service is horrible they need more staff they had one lady doing everything, taking food orders, drink orders at every table and also doing hookah the wait was extremely long the menu stated brunch all day however when we got there she said only appetizer menu meanwhile I seen people with regular food the appetizer sucks wasnt worth the price at all I walked out one before because the service was bad decided to give it another chance and still horrible I honestly feel once they realize you not Caribbean they take their time. After a while we got served and we made the best of it luckily the music was good.

The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and I didn’t have any trouble getting a seat. The service was friendly, and the owner was very nice, which I appreciated. The drinks were okay—I ordered a margarita that was a bit too sweet at first, but the bartender fixed it quickly. However, I did face a long wait of over an hour and a half for my food, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The waitress kept reassuring me it was coming, but it took quite a while. The menu indicated the wait time for a steak is 45mins; however, I waited over 45mins. My steak wasn’t cooked quite as I wanted, and it was salty, which was disappointing. It was cut into pieces, and by then, I expected it to be at the right temperature after such a long wait. The eggs were good but they give tiny amount of potatoes. I understand if it was busy, but waiting that long felt unusual. The restaurant could improve on timing and steak temperature, especially since the portions weren’t very large to justify such a wait. I rated it two stars mainly because of the good service, with the owner visiting my table and remaking my drink. The steak was decent, but overall, the experience could be better.

The music was too loud our server was really rude and the food took forever to come out, More than an hour. Mostly the music though its so loud o could barely hear myself think let alone the person next to me. I left the restaurant with my ears ringing Also your DJ sucked

I would really not recommend anyone come here, came here on a Wednesday nice there was nobody there to seat me and my friend. We waited 10 mins to get acknowledged after sitting on our own, then was asked if we knew what we wanted in our first interaction with the server. After, there was a man who serves hookah i believe, my friend asked if he served hookah he said no and handed her a QR code and told her to scan it, then proceeded to serve hookah to others the whole night. After we receive our food the same hookah man dragged my phone away with the plate, the food was not appetizing at all there was shells in my food and the taste was not the best. The wait time is appalling they don’t ask how the food is or how long the wait time or check up. I understand it’s not an high-end establishment to do that but it’s courtesy they do that at Applebees (no shade to Applebees). Other than that inside is nice with like flowers and swings if your into that. But yeah will not go again.

I came to this establishment yesterday. When I say I’ve never been so disappointed in service. Our server Damaine was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! He wasn’t welcoming AT ALL. He had an attitude when taking our order. We asked him what was on the tacos before ordering them and he said just tomatoes. We asked for just chicken lettuce and cheese. Tacos came back with peppers and onions, and I don’t eat that. He gave me attitude when I asked him to take it back and I will order something else. We had to wait longggggg just to place another order of drinks. When we got there it wasn’t even packed so there was no excuse for the long wait time. When he finally remembered he had guests waiting, he came to the table to take our drink order and was on the damn phone while talking to me. In what business is it ok to be having a whole conversation with the phone to your ear while taking a whole freaking order. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! The ONLY good experience I had was with the bartender Patrice. She had great service. I wasn’t even sitting at the bar and she made sure I got what I needed. Our server Damaine never came back to our table after dropping off the bill so I had to ask Patrice if we could pay with her because I was tired of the ignorant service we was receiving. This was my 1st time at this place and my LAST.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. The staff was unhelpful, the service quality was poor, and I did not feel welcomed during my visit. Based on how I was treated, especially as someone who is visibly Latino!!!! I would not recommend this place to others who share my background. I hope the business takes steps to improve their customer service and create a more inclusive environment.

Came here for my birthday on a Saturday night and had a terrible experience. The thick bartender with the long curly weave was extremely rude. I came up to her to place an order and to check on my order several times, and she just looked at me and completely ignored me like I was a ghost. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. I tried several times to get her attention and was still not acknowledged. I stood at the bar for 40 minutes and was never served, so I ended up walking out. On top of that, her long weave was hanging over the drinks she was serving, and her hygiene while handling the drinks was very concerning. The customer service here is unacceptable. I would never return or recommend this place. Very disappointing on my birthday!

We had a really disappointing experience here. It took forever just to be acknowledged, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. We placed our order, but multiple groups came in after us, ordered, and were served while we were still waiting — we hadn’t even received our drinks. Every time we asked, all we got was “one moment” over and over again. Eventually, we decided to leave. The only person who actually tried to help was the bouncer, which says a lot. The bartender, on the other hand, was extremely rude and short with us. The service overall was unprofessional and frustrating. It’s an okay spot, but the owner really needs to get the staff in order or they’ll keep losing business.

Been meaning to try this spot for some time. Decided to give it a try. Server took forever. Drink was like syrup. Like sipping literal syrup through a straw. She said she could make it for me. And it tasted exactly the same. After placing our order, the server came back and said they didn’t have grits. 15/20 mins later, she returns and says they don’t have another item.. The table was sticky. The bathroom was small and nasty. It was so dark… At this point I am almost certain, the food isn’t going to be good. And it was not. The food was not hot, after waiting so long. The salmon was not fresh, very dry and smelled fishy. And was supposed to be stuffed? I definitely asked if it was stuffed, and the server said yes. There was absolutely nothing stuffed, just sauce drizzle. When asking the server simple questions, it was as if she didn’t speak English. I wouldn’t recommend it.
