Jason's Deli

It was my first time going to Jason’s deli and I decided to go with the Amy’s TKO chips and pickle and by accident I had gotten the pot pie cup of soup. When I got home and noticed that I had received the wrong soup I called the restaurant and spoke to Josh. Josh apologize for everything and at the next visit he was able to right the wrong and I really appreciate it that. I would definitely be returning again and by the way, the broccoli and cheese soup is the best.

In a time when good customer service should be expected at all restaurants. It is becoming exceedingly rare! This evening I had the good fortune to receive service above and beyond what I expected or paid for. When ordering, we had a misunderstand about what we wanted. Not sure if I didn't explain well or he didn't understand completely but it became irrelevant when it was discovered what we wanted was different than what was entered on the order. We had left the line and were getting salad plates when the host came to confirm our order and discovered it was wrong. I wish I had his name to give recognition but the receipt only identified him as "host 19". He corrected the order and made it right, to our benefit not charging extra to add to the order things that we should have been charged for. Our Bill was not cheap to begin with and it was nice to get a little extra. He brought our fixed order and showed extra attention to the details that made our quick dinner out, an exceptional experience. He followed up and made sure we were satisfied and did not come off as pushy or overbearing. Great job Jason's Deli, this gentleman should be training your people on how to be awesome at service. Thank you for the attention and we will be returning and recommending this location!

The service was excellent. The food was fresh and plentiful. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Bathrooms were clean. I always eat at this location.

I just came in with my family for my grandpa’s birthday because he loves Jason’s Deli, and the staff here made his birthday extra special by being so amazing. This is his favorite place because he loves the menu items and especially his vanilla ice cream lol. Thank you Jason’s Deli Rosenberg for being so kind and a personalized thank you to the manager who was so friendly. He even made recommendations and we got every item exactly the way we wanted. We also talked about the strawberry shortcake at the register and how good it looks. Turns out I had my birthday reward to use towards it and it is delicious! 10/10 service 😊 We will be back!

This location is my favorite Jason’s. The place is very clean and well maintained. The food is always fresh and well presented for this type of restaurant. The staff is awesome. From the multiple Michaels, all of whom have always been gracious and professional, to Miss Jaselle who runs a great operation and tries hard to make the customer experience good, everyone is always smiling and pleasant. The restrooms are clean and doesn’t smell like a restaurant restroom. The only minor negatives are that the ice cream machine usually doesn’t freeze the ice cream so that it’s not so soft and droopy and the soda dispenser sometimes runs out of carbonated water. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say about this Jason’s.

We dined at Jason's Deli yesterday for the first time at this location. I had the Nutty Mixed Up Salad. The salad was very good, with a lot of fresh greens! The strawberries, & grapes were perfect! This salad was pure perfection! I have ordered this salad at other Jason's Deli locations recently, and they were never this good! My husband had the Reuben, and he also said it was one of the best he has had at Jason's Deli! The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean, and the restroom was clean also. We will definitely be returning to this location! Thank you to all the great employees!

I never, ever, ever leave reviews but after seeing this I had to. I have been craving Jason's deli after being out of town for awhile and decided to bring my pups with me. Now some see that as odd but as I pulled up to the menu and got my food I questioned what the worker would give to his own dogs and told him about how I had mine and wanted to spoil them. I originally wanted the grilled cheese but knew it wouldn't be good for them (although none of the food would be but I wanted something they could enjoy) and the drive through employee (Micah I believe?) recommended the meatballs and I agreed. As I pulled up to check my order, and give my pups their well deserved meatballs THERE WAS A PUPPY DRAWN ON THE CONTAINER AND I JUST CAN'T!!! MY HEART GREW SO HAPPY AND WARM TO KNOW THAT IT WAS THERE!! I don't doubt that it was prepared with utmost care and I will definitely be coming back!! Bless this place and their one of a kind workers!

The chicken panini was definitely tasty , but only accompanied with chips. The meal was a bit pricey after you add a drink and dessert roughly around 23 dollars sheeeshh I Tried the strawberry shortcake ,as it looked very promising. i must say it was a good choice and definitely worth the calories.

I have a rewards app with Jason's Deli. I used to love Jason's deli, but upon entering I was not greeted. The employees were all involved in a Togo order and when it came time to order, there was still no greet, no smile, and no asking if I was a rewards member. I spent $40 for two people. 2 sandwiches 2 drinks (charges separately ) and an upcharge for a fruit bowl. Three stars for the gentleman who brought out the food with a smile and for the speed in which it came. The lack of flavor and customer service for the price...is what lowered it.

I ordered lunch take out. The cashier needed more orientation. I received meat on dry bread. I did not know I had to request toppings. Please do better.

I stopped to eat here with my family after all of us getting off work. First thing, I walked in and waited by the registers for about 7 minutes while all the "line cooks" and other guys saw us but didn't acknowledge us or take out order until a young guy came out. Me and my wife ordered a BACON Cubano, which implies bacon and my daughter got the pasta. They guys were all just joking around and being loud and unprofessional, and by the time we got our food, me and my wife noticed neither one of us had BACON in the BACON Cubano we ordered. I had to call out to the line cooks multiple times before they acknowledged me and then when I told them neither sandwich had bacon they said "oh yea I forgot I'll make you some and bring it out" after me and my wife has pretty much finished our food. Then they laughed the whole time and said "it isn't a bacon sandwich without the bacon c'mon man". Extremely unprofessional, I am quite tired of going to places that cost a lot of money for a small portion of food and then they don't even make a sandwich right. I guess next time I'll be better off saving $35 and just making a sandwich at home. Also, the potato chips that are touted as made fresh come out of a bag from the store they just had laying on the counter. If I could rate 0 stars I would, I guess it's hard to find good customer service in the food industry nowadays.

Just left jason deli purchased a Mexican bake potato and a couple more food items this was the worst sticky dried plastic chicken potato I have ever tasted.The cheese was old and slimy stuck together .when you pick up it all comes out the potato at the same time .The potato tasted so terrible I will never be back ,and that was even the worst part about the place .It's lunch time and the line is packed so 5he customer in front of me is waiting on his food not at the window so when the young lady comes out and gives his food I try to show common courtesy for everyone and move up .well tell me why the lady behind me gets her food before me and had the nerve to blow her horn at me .I WILL NOT BE BACK PERIOD JASON DELI ARE TO BE ASHEMED

When ordering from drive please look at your order. This is my third time within same month they gave me wrong order. First chicken Alfredo was missing chicken then second time they missed my soup and now they gave me ham and bacon sandwich when I asked for Chipotle chicken avocado..

Initially, I dismissed Jacob's behavior as a one-time occurrence, but I've noticed a consistently negative attitude whenever he assists me with my orders. He always seems inconvenienced by simple tasks like scanning the Jason's Deli app and processing Apple Pay. My experience today was particularly unpleasant with him audibly sighing and being short with me as I asked about my rewards status. I literally asked him if he was okay because he was being so intense. In addition to Jacob's poor attitude, the bread on my sandwich was burned and the sandwich itself was sloppily assembled. It makes me hesitant to visit this location again if I’m going to be met with such rudeness when the staff are usually very kind and friendly.

We mistakenly assumed we were ordering the Manager’s Special (half sandwich with soup, fruit, or mac & cheese), but that was never clearly explained or clarified. Yes, that assumption is on us but clear communication and customer guidance is part of good service. This is what we get in the drive thru. Seeing the total come up was shocking. At that point, it didn’t even feel worth addressing because the attitude alone made it clear we were unwelcome. For nearly $60, we expected better food, better service, and better communication. Unfortunately, this experience made dining inside not worth it, and we’ll seriously reconsider returning.
