Absolutely outstanding. I stopped in for the bacon double smash, and it’s easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Perfectly smashed patties with that crispy edge, juicy inside, great bacon, and everything cooked exactly right. You can tell real care goes into the food — Kim in the kitchen absolutely nailed it. What really elevates this place, though, is the service and atmosphere. The staff was genuinely polite and accommodating, far beyond what you’d expect from fast food. Daniel, the manager, clearly runs a tight ship — the place was spotless, service was fast, and the entire experience felt smooth and well-organized. If you’re anywhere near Blue Oaks in Roseville and want a top-tier smash burger with great service to match, this spot is an easy recommendation. I’ll definitely be back.

Michael was the sweetest soul at the Roseville location! He was so helpful and kind. I had never been to a Smash Burger and he talked me through all the options. Everyone was very nice, the restaurant was clean with a good environment. We will be visiting again! Thank you Michael!

The food was very good. It came to the table hot and tasty. Great customer service experience from Caleb and Kimberly. I had the Smash Fries, Nashville Chicken Sandwich, and a Smash Burger... and I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu... with the truffle mayonnaise... YUMMY! Let's not forget about the SHAKES! First visit to SmashBurger and certainly won’t be the last! Family & I were wanting burgers and thought to try something new. Yummy food for a fair price and great portion sizes! Husband even got a milkshake, asked for it to be “strawberry & banana mixed” and the server Cindy made it happen, no hesitation! Food was delivered to our table within minutes. Also got a two coloring pages and a box of crayons (with 5 colors lol) for my son. Overall we enjoyed everything and will be back again!🤗😋🍔

More people need to come to the Smashburger on Blue Oaks Blvd. The spicy chicken sandwich is CWISPY and the herb fries are amazing. I hope these folks get more business. Michael was very helpful and accommodating, my wife and I will be back SOON, hungry for more. UPDATE: Been here quite a few times and I'm happy to see it getting more business. People here are so nice to talk to and very kind. Love the food and I intend on coming back again and again. Thank you Smashburger and all of its hard working employees!

It was a wonderful dining experience. They hamburger, Colorado dog, fries and strawberry shake tasted great. Alysa did an amazing job in making my shake. Eunice made our food and ot was delicious! We stopped at this location to dine in for the first time. The food was hot and fresh and the woman who helped us (Eunice) was friendly and helpful. The only downside to the experience was the super bright overhead lighting on the bench seats and the obnoxiously loud fan in the bathrooms (it sounds like someone is jackhammering the ceiling). But it won’t bother everyone I suppose. It was overall a good experience. I’m sure we’ll be back!

I’ve been coming to Smashburger with my daughter for over a year now, and it never disappoints. The burgers are always delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. One of the best perks is that kids eat free on Wednesdays, which makes it an easy mid-week treat for families. The staff here really make the experience even better - special shoutout to Myzaiah and Eunice, who are always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond with their service. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for yummy food and nice atmosphere.

Wow. Friendly service and hand’s down, one of the best burgers I’ve had. This was my first time trying Smashburger and I ordered the double truffle burger with a side of brussel sprouts. I was pleasantly surprised and inhaled it! The sprouts were seasoned and very tasty. I still love In N Out, but this is a great burger joint that is more upscale from my usual. Keep up the great work, Smashburger!

From the friendly service, spotless restaurant, and delicious food, I can confidently say that this won’t be the only time I come to this Smashburger. I ordered the spicy jalapeño smashburger and it hit every note that I was expecting. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Every member of this staff was polite and courteous.

Located in a cute complex and easy to find! Super clean inside and out. We ordered and got our food fairly quickly. Everything was cooked perfect and they had lots of different dipping sauces. We will definitely be back to try more.

Today I stopped at Safe Credit Union and saw this place next to them and it looked good.. First impressions food looked delicious with lots of great options, the lobby was good, the seating area was nice and clean and orderly. When I came in their was one lady running the grill and she seemed to be like a manager but running the grill interesting. The person that should of been at the register was no where to be found.. later she came strolling out of the bathroom but the manager lady left what she was doing kinda barked at her and then took my order. I ordered my food and decided to enjoy it while sitting at the table, which was clean and there was some tv's with random stuff on, which was nice for background noise. The food was good and very well made (thank you manager lady) the fries were good not great. Overall it was a nice experience but I think there's always room for improvements and I hope the next time I visit there will be less frustration in the room because she(manager lady) was very upset with the lady that was supposed to be at the register, was in the restroom for a over extended time.

Very slow service each time I visit this location. Usually about 10-14 minutes to get an order from the time the order is placed. Tonight I arrived at approximately 5:10 PM according to my Garmin trip time (on track all my motorcycle rides), walked in and waited in front of the register for approximately 6- 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and I was the only person waiting to be helped. A young lady walked to the registers after that time and began what looked like attempting to get logged into them / getting them working. She went back and forth between the two registers for several minutes then after that, she said only "it will be just a moment" if I recall correctly, and then spend another 4 minutes on the registers and then looked up at me waiting (no hello, how are you doing, sorry for the wait, hi welcome to smash Burger how can I help you, or anything). I gave her my order and then she said the total amount and "there is just one small question there" after I swiped my card to pay. The question was for a tip amount. I paid, she gave me a number and I thanked her and sat down with a soda I ordered and waited for the "BBQ BACON SMASH" I ordered. The burger arrived at my table at 5:42 PM. This is about 30 minutes after I arrived, and approximately 10-20 mins after I ordered. I sat and drank about 3 sodas waiting, did a bunch of daily quests on a video game I had on the phone to pass the time. It was disappointing when the burger arrived. It definitely didn't look like the ad and I get that food ass rarely look like what's delivered. The amount of onion straws on the burger seemsles to be about half as much as I expected, there was no sauce on the top bun between the bun and burger. Admittedly, the meat was great and the cheese but otherwise not a great burger. For 16.00 for a burger and a soda with the long wait time makes me think I won't be going there again. At in-n-out nearby, I'm in and outta there in the same time it took me to get my order and for less cash. At the Super duper burger the same thing as far as time to wait, but with the same cost. And the staff are asking for tips at the register when the wait time is crazy with not a lot of customers in the store? Not right in my opinion. Pics attached of the ad burger and what I received
