We were e couples. One of the couples ate there previously but this was my first time and certainly not my last time. We ate in the tent where everything was perfect . Great food and great service.

Really really glad ravagh opened up again! This is my go to when I want GREAT grilled meats and food. Suggest making reservations on the weekends as it gets busy. They’re quick to seat you and start you with appetizers. I have absolutely nothing but AMAZING things to say about all their dishes. Absolutely love it and wish I can learn to make grilled meats like them. Their stews and soups are just as good too!! I would love to see mocktails and drinks be added to their menu but even then I’m not complaining. The noise level in the restaurant is a bit crazy but I think they’re trying to drown the talking out. The music is louder and then it just is a cacophony. Suggest playing nice Acapella music so it sets the tone for quiet conversations. Love this place

First time visiting this Persian restaurant and I have to say that I had a great time trying Persian food for very first time. The only issue I have with this location is that the floors are very slippery as mentioned before other people that visited this location and also the noise level is extremely loud. My Apple Watch went off because of how loud it was, other than that I would recommend this restaurant for those that want to try the Persian cuisine.

First time at this restaurant and it was satisfactory. It's a bit small but cozy. It was quite busy on a Sunday evening. That should tell you how good the place is. The wait staff worked well and collaboratively. My party was seated in good time base on a reservation. Then we got water right away. Then we got complimentary hor dourves. Then our waiter came right away. It was all done with different staff and in sync. Kudos to Ravagh management. The food was palatable and in large portions. The price is very reasonable. Very recommended.

The location is not too pleasing because the exterior looks old, dirty animal hospital right next to it and in corner of highway exit. The food are good but i had better kabob before. Excellent service though and nice atmosphere with updated interior. Their different unique flavors of ice cream is something i like about this place. Overall it was good experience.

I tried the food from this restaurant twice. The first time was at the venue, second time we had it delivered via UberEATS. Loved their good both times! Their kabobs are juicy and tender. Appetizers are great. Even the plain rice is enjoyable, the grain they use is much longer than typical rice. We also tried a sweet cherry rice dish. I'm usually not a fan of sweet dishes but it tasted good. I would say that the dishes with gravy wasn't great. The atmosphere and service is not bad at all. Would definitely get their food again or stop by.

We came with a party of 8. Food was delicious (main course and appetizers). We frequent this location sparingly, but the Madison Ave location is our favorite. Service at this location has become an issue each time we return. We had requested additional bread to be brought to the table to 3 different waiters and by the end of the night only 1 extra piece of bread was brought out. Our bill was close $300, yet a couple of extra pieces of bread was too much to ask. I hope the owner addresses this with his staff. Even the valet had better customer service. Our family loves the food, but service matters as well.

Used to go here a lot way before the renovations when the staff was also completely different. The food quality has gone down, especially with the chelo kabob. Their current recipe/seasoning/cook is poor. Doesn't taste like traditional persian kabob. It's decent but not worth the price. The midtown location is absolutely fantastic and highly recommend that one. Have yet to try huntington or upper east.

Not bad but nothing impressive neither. I thought rice would be more flavorful and delicious. Kebabs are ok. Place needs acoustic panels on the ceiling (MUST!) you hardly hear your own voice. Sound bounces off the walls and ceiling. Floor tiles are slippery, people should watch out. Service is 2 star. We ordered a great bottle of wine and server told us that they didn’t have clean ones back there lol.

We had been coming to this restaurant for years and it's my friends favorite restaurant so we decided to celebrate her birthday. The service of our waiter was SO terrible I can't even begin! We had to constantly ask for straws, spoons, or other things. Every time he passed us by, we had to ask for it because he either forgets or pays no attention. At the end, we had asked for napoleon cake and he gave us a different cake! He didn't apologize or offered us to exchange or anything. Instead he laughed it off and said, "that tastes good too," and walked away. I seriously HOPE that the manager or owner sees this in their video. We were there on 9/8/25 8-9 p.m. You will be able to see how many times we had to ask for straws or spoons and the disorganization he pulled off throughout the entire experience at the restaurant today. If you see the video, the guys didn't even bother to sing or gather together as they did for other guests. They just didn't care at all and it showed! Who gives out plates while singing or have another join in on the song in the middle and mess up whereas you already did synced presentation with all the other guests besides us? I'm so upset! Waste of a birthday celebration there. We used to know the owner as he was a friend of my friends husband but never will I ever say there was good service after this experience tonight. Food and the new decor was good. I truly hope establishment takes some action in educating the waiters.

I was regular customer there before they closed for renovations. However I have started visiting Huntington and Manhattan locations which is very good in terms of food and service both. Today we visited this location since they have reopened this location. The service was great, no doubt. The floor is slippery which is not good at all. The chairs were constantly moving while we were sitting. My wife is pregnant and she slipped a little bit right after coming out from the washroom. The AC was too cold. The lamb chop was not good. It was juicy but the taste is nothing like it used to be before they closed and like the other locations. Huntington’s lamb chop was too good. This review is not to ruin your reputation but a request to improve those matters I have mentioned. We want to visit often and would love to visit more if the quality will be matched with Manhattan and Huntington location. Please take care of the floor or put something a little more sticky under the chairs. Thank you.

Place I always go and recommend for years not anymore. Took my family out for some nice food. Both chicken and barg kabob not cooked correctly, Heat not turned on, waiter forgetting your orders. They also put us in a small table which we couldn’t fit and we made reservations.

We had an 8:00 pm reservation for 11 people and were forced to wait over an hour because the owners’ friends were occupying our table. Prioritizing friends over paying customers with reservations is unacceptable. Service didn’t improve once we were seated. The waiter took drink orders from only half the table, then walked away to serve others. No apology, no explanation—just complete indifference. This wasn’t a busy-night hiccup; it was blatant favoritism and apathy. If you value your time or expect basic professionalism, look elsewhere. We were also missing 3/4 plates that we never received.
