Dining at Table & Main was an absolute pleasure. I absolutely adore the atmosphere despite it being a historic building. Though parking can be a pain, their valet service helps with that. It's got a decent sized menu of southern classics that truly exemplify southern food. I think it may be the best classic southern restaurant in Roswell, definitely in the downtown Roswell area. One attention to detail that I really liked and appreciated was the way they put your receipt inside a novel when you have to pay. I presume they use only southern lifestyle related books, but I am no bookworm to know so. It's a nice little detail to add that extra unique feeling, which I have not experienced elsewhere. Nothing beats going to dinner at night under such a beautiful view and then walking it off through Roswell's lovely downtown. Perfect for date nights and special occasions for sure. Though it is not the absolute best southern restaurant or food that I have tried, I most definitely recommend it. You won't regret it! What a lovely southern establishment! Fried Chicken 9.4/10 - Definitely one of my favorite fried chicken dishes I have tried. It is beautifully crunchy and the seasoning was not overwhelming. I do enjoy heavily seasoned fried chicken but that is not the only determining factor for good chicken. The batter was most definitely well prepared and gave a very lovely crunch to the chicken. The sides were not necessarily too special but paired well with the chicken. Georgia Blackened Catfish 9/10 - Not really a seafood guy but this fish was very nicely flavored and well cooked! It was my first time trying catfish and it made me almost want to eat it all! That's got to say something. I can't rate it on any further details I'm afraid.

Made reservations on s Monday night for my birthday. 6 in our party for such a wonderful evening. The staff welcomed us with huge smiles and a birthday card. The service was remarkable, the food outstanding. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. Shrimp and grits and the fried chicken were my favorites and I highly recommend. We will be back!

This place was downright dreamy. A perfect place for a first date or a 30th anniversary. We got the opportunity to sit outside and it as so lovely. The lights, the ambience, the company, the service, the food. All was perfection. My favorite was the steak and serving was the shrimp and grits but honestly, we tried 4 different entrees and each one was amazing. I can’t wait to go back!!!

We had such a great time celebrating my dad’s birthday for dinner! Wanted to visit for a while and it was worth the wait! All the food was seasoned perfectly and everything was truly a homemade taste and feel. Jennifer was amazing and she was so kind with suggestions and overall service :)

10/10 Fried chicken. Best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Rachel is the best server ever, very attentive and kind. Big portions! Food is so good and comes out quick. Lots of different flavours on the menu. 10/10 would come here again. This was fantastic. Pictured- 1.Demolishing the friend chicken. 2. Fancy cornbread!! For real!! With honey butter. 3. Side of beets, pear, and goat cheese. 4. Meatloaf w/ sweet potato mash & green beans. So good.

We visited Table & Main tonight for our anniversary dinner. We were seated quickly with our reservation. Our server, JT, was fantastic. Great recommendations and explained the menu well. We enjoyed the fried green tomatoes as our appetizer. Then shrimp & grits and the amazing pork chop for our meals. The dark chocolate pudding was a great end to the evening. Local beers on tap plus an extensive wine and bourbon list.

Always a great time at Table & Main! We celebrated our son's birthday tonight and had the pleasure of having Rachel as our server. She was super attentive and made sure we had a great experience including recommending the Prime Rib special! We're leaving with full bellies and plenty of leftovers to take home.

Service was very attentive and parking was easy. Olivia knew the menu inside out . Props to her because we really like to hear a lot of fine details of an establishment before we start ordering. We had fried chicken, rabbit, their cherry tomato special and hog n quill. Cherry tomatoes had a very good balance of salty and sweet, while the acidity was on point. Fried Chicken was crispy and tender. Everything was fantastically flavorful. The pork was maybe a bit dry and definitely needs to be lightly dipped with the bbq sauce. Wish the pork had a bit more fat. Just by trying a few items, I can tell you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Chef is amazing and everyone really seemed to pull their weight supporting this wonderful little gem. Location was pleasant and safe for the whole family.

Oh now this spot is CUTE! It’s set in an old country cottage. What a little southern fairytale dinner. Our service was very detailed and excellent. They had a bourbon list so of course I was happy. I got the blackened catfish and grits and I had to pause a bit for just the right spice. That’s how good it was. So cozy and entirely too charming for my own good. I love this area.

Excellent Southern restaurant. Everything is always seasoned well. We had the pork chop, meatloaf, vegetable plate, and beet/pear/cheese salad. The meatloaf was alright but everything else i would order again!

Found this place online and figured we'd give it a try. 30* outside and we decided to try the Yurt. It's actually a outside tent, well done and a great experience. The food was totally amazing, well prepared and served perfectly. This is a must go place in Roswell. Try the pork chops, meatballs and chicken all of which are unbelievable The pork chops are the best we've ever had ! Natalie, our server completed the experience with her friendliness, attention to satisfying the customers and making great suggestions

Oh my god…. Southern Hospitality is real! Sam and Olivia were absolutely amazing. Their recommendations were perfect and did not disappoint. They were soooo welcoming and friendly. Everything about this place was classy and elegant. My first time in Atlanta but this place will bring me back again! I highly recommend the vegetable plate to share. It paired well with every entree that we had. Please note that you will need to valet your car. The valets work off of tips.

It was my first time here and I am so impressed! I made a reservation for the bar, which I was pleasantly surprised was an option. Upon seating I was greeted by the manager and bartender who not only made me feel welcomed, but also let me modify my entree to my preferences with no trouble or judgement. There was a lovely couple next to me who were weekly customers for over a decade, that was encouraging for the food to come! My steak was cooked perfectly to the temperature I requested and my side dish was so delicious, I ate every bite. Matt, the manager and bartender at the time did a lot of little things that demonstrated true hospitality: using my name, not letting my water get empty, coming around the bar to deliver my leftovers that he boxed up for me.. I can get decent customer service at any ole place, but you can’t get true hospitality like this every where you go. I’ll be back. Thank you for such a great first time experience!

We have been walking past this place for months, admiring the coziness of the outdoor and indoor spaces. My husband finally brought me here to celebrate our anniversary! It was a beautiful night on the patio by the fire. Jennifer was so kind and helped us decide among some amazing selections on the menu (which was packed with gluten free options). The mushroom pecan bisque and pork chop, paired with a beautifully bold French red wine, were *chef’s kiss*! My only regret was not having room for dessert. I’m definitely going back for the boiled peanut cheesecake!

We flew to Georgia and NC from Athens Greece and decided to have our first dinner there. What a warm and delicious welcome! The food, atmosphere and overall vibe were absolutely top class. As of people, Chef Woody, Max and Jennifer made us feel at home, sharing their story and told us all about the southern culture, in probably our favourite restaurant so far in our trip. MUST VISIT. As the Michelin guide says: “Worth flying for”

YUM! That chicken was ah-mazing! We celebrated my husband's birthday and Rachel was an absolute gem! We will 100% be back!

This place is wonderful in every sense of the word. The service was exceptional and the food was delightful. The chef even gave us a complimentary dessert since it was our first time. We will be back. That food was made with love. ♥️

BDay surprise Dinner. Service was wonderful, we closed the place down. The food was excellent and we are all major foodies! Where can you get Rabbit stew?? It was delicious by the way. Might even be better without that carrot puree. Steak was on point and the fried chicken oh so juicy! She crab soup is super rich.

Amazing local restaurant. Good atmosphere, good service. Not a big menu, but the food is tasty. The wagyu steak was sold out at the last minute but the pork chop is also a good choice. Today’s market fish is great tilefish. It’s delicious although the filet is a bit small. Rushed to eat so forgot to take pictures. Anyway, we all like it!

This was our first time visiting & Our server Natalie was absolutely WONDERFUL ⭐️. My husband took me for our anniversary and everyone signed a card for us & made sure we felt comfortable and was very tentative. Thank you 😊

We enjoyed our dinner. Here. The restaurant is a converted southern home. The service is friendly, efficient in what you would expect from Southern hospitality. The food is great. We especially like the vegetable fatter. The fried chicken was good too, but not the best I've had. I look forward to coming back and trying other dishes.

Just absolutely delicious. Fun menu. Everything that our table of 6 ordered was just delicious. Friend green tomatoes, vegetable plate, and fig tart for desert were a few of my favorites!

Rachel was so lovely, and definitely helped us with our meal tonight. We celebrated a birthday in the family and everything was great! The meatball appetizer was fantastic, and the Prime Rib was so good we finished it before taking a photo. Also so cool that the author of Roswell Redemption signed and dropped off a book the same night and we got to see it! Overall we really enjoyed our dining experience there for the first time. Thanks again Rachel!

We sat outside on the front porch and watched the people passing by. It was cold out but they had heaters for warmth and clear plastic to block the wind like on a yacht. Reminiscent feelings of Grandma's house without the mothball smell lol. Very cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The staff was very attentive. We went without reservations for 2 and the wait was about 30 minutes. If you are specific about timing you would do best to make a reservation but, you should still be able to find a table without one. We had the she crab soup. Trust me! Get the soup! The cornbread was good too! Coppertop seasonal beer was right up my alley and my wife had a cocktail that she raved about. She went with the pot roast that she said was delicious (this is her favorite meal and she is hard to please with it compared to how her mom made it growing up) and I got the equally delicious porkchop. I would highly recommend both. While it was a little bit on the expensive side the food is well worth the cost and exceptionally delicious! If you want amazing food in a comforting laid-back atmosphere just off from the busy hustle and bustle of the street this place is for you, and I guarantee it will not disappoint!

The boiled peanut hummus was so good! Such a good balance of flavor. We came for the prime rib Wednesday and it was also very good. Excited to come back and try the Habanero meatballs. Jennifer was a terrific server and took great care of us.

Had my birthday celebration here 🥳 great service but the food was mediocre at best. Cornbread was dry and the shrimp and grits were nothing to write home about. The building is beautiful and our server Jennifer was wonderful 👍🏼 their cocktails are good, I'd pass on the food.

Table & Main was everything that we heard it was. Our server, Grace did a terrific job. Fried chicken was a huge half a bird portion and cooked to perfection. The Wagyu steak was amazing. My wife got the vegetable platter which she could not stop raving about. Get the Paddington cocktail, you will not regret it.

C

Attentive service always makes us welcome. Their house manhattan is excellent and I’ve loved dropping into the cozy bar to enjoy a cocktail. Tonight was our first dining experience. And it was damn near perfect. My one observation…if you order the signature fried chicken you need to understand it’s perfectly cooked but lightly seasoned - pick a sauce! If you don’t, I could see it being bland. Everything else was outstanding on its own.

Sat outside with fireplace and heaters. Service was outstanding and the food was perfectly prepared. We came to celebrate a birthday and this was a terrific choice. Had the striped bass special, the pork chop and the fried chicken. Just great attention to detail and prices are very reasonable. True five star restaurant

Table & Main never disappoints. The food is consistently incredible — classic Southern dishes done right. The fried chicken and mac & cheese are my go-to’s, but honestly, everything I’ve tried here has been delicious. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the drinks/cocktails are just as impressive as the food. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Roswell, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 6 for dinner during Roswell Restaurant Week. We chose Table & Main for one evening and were totally Blessed by the service by Jennifer! #1 - She laughed at my humor (Totally required for anything above a 2!). #2 - We are a diverse group that talks almost nonstop. . . Jennifer kept us on target, but in an almost invisible, supportive way (like an angel?). The food was fantastic and the service even better. Honestly, my previous visits to T&M have been, “Eh!”, but Jennifer and the memu changed my mind! We are now a HUGE fan! Thank you, Jennifer!😎👍 😎👍😎👍😎👍😎👍

Went to Table & Main for the first time to celebrate our Anniversary and could not have been a better experience! Our server, Akira, was so hospitable and recommended some amazing things off the menu. We started with drinks and appetizers that she recommended. Definitely try the boiled peanut hummus and Paddington cocktail- we were blown away. I got the catfish entree (another rec), and it was SO tasty. We will definitely be back and plan to bring friends!

Not sure why we don’t visit more often, this place is awesome. On this last visit, Jennifer took great care of us. We sat outside, upper 40’s, Jennifer and the staff did a great job to accommodate us. We sat by the outdoor fireplace and had 2 heaters. At one point my wife’s hair was hot to the touch so we actually needed one pulled back. Drinks were phenomenal and when it came to wine, Jennifer had great recommendations. The food as usual was excellent. I asked for my burger medium and I got exactly medium. Fried chicken and shrimp & grits are some of the best around.

On a Monday evening, I was promptly seated at my reservation time, and shown to the table specified in the reservation. Service was warm and quick, and I took advantage of the fixed price menu of an appetizer, entrée, and dessert for $35. The salad from the appetizer menu was exquisite. The fried chicken exceeded all of my very high expectations. They have found the secret. It truly is the best I’ve ever had, other than my grandmother’s and my mom’s.🙂 I passed on dessert. I very much enjoyed my time and will go back if I am in Roswell again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a phenomenal dining experience at Table & Main. The food was outstanding from start to finish, and the service truly elevated the evening. Rachel, our server, was wonderful—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She made the experience feel special, and we will absolutely be requesting her moving forward. Thank you to the entire team for such a great first visit. We’re already looking forward to many more dining experiences here.

Amazing food and service. Was a great place to hold our anniversary. Highly recommend. Jennifer was an attentive waitress and made a great recommendation on a dessert combination. Also the dessert was a lovely size. Just enough without feeling like you over did it! ☺️

Table & Main NEVER fails. We had our first dining experience with our newborn and we were well taken care of. Jennifer was excellent. She was consistently attentive, exceptionally personable, and made us feel well taken care of. She's been our server our last two experiences and will gladly have her again. The meatloaf and the catfish were especially good, very likely the best meat loaf I've ever had! The whole family will make sure to be back!

Had a fantastic dinner this evening. Our server, Jennifer was fantastic and very knowledgeable of the menu. She was also very personable and friendly. Highly recommend the restaurant and asking for Jennifer when you pop in for dinner. The meatloaf is fantastic, brussels so yum and fried chicken so juicy!! Will definitely be back soon!! Oh and don't forget to have a chocolate puddin! Cheers! Amy, Nathan and Emory (future tennis pro!)

Table & Main has quickly become one of our favorite spots for Southern comfort food in the Atlanta area! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the restored homestead on Canton Street gives it a true neighborhood feel. Our waitress, RACHEL, was phenomenal from start to finish! Attentive, genuinely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made us feel taken care of the entire evening. We ordered the shrimp & grits and the fried chicken, and both were outstanding. The fried chicken really lives up to its reputation as some of the best in the area—super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The shrimp & grits were rich, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. Everything came out hot and fresh. Overall, I highly recommend Table & Main to anyone looking for top-tier Southern comfort cuisine in the Atlanta area. Between the amazing food, the cozy atmosphere, and Rachel’s exceptional service, this is a place we’ll absolutely be returning to!

Jennifer was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had the pleasure of having served me at a restaurant. She accommodated our many requests and substitutions throughout our family dinner with good humor and added a lot to a fun and delicious dinner!!! She is definitely an asset to Table and Main!

We went here to celebrate a special occasion and they did not disappoint! They even gave us a card signed by the staff, which was a thoughtful touch. Food was delicious; we ordered the burger and the meatloaf. Parking is valet, quick and easy. Our sole reservation was the seating arrangement. The porch was pretty cramped, making it difficult to move around the tables and hear others over all the chatter.

Table & Main is a charming spot in Roswell’s downtown serving elevated Southern comfort food in a cozy, restored homestead. Highlights from our visit: the Spring Pork Chop (juicy, tender, cola glaze perfection), Shrimp & Grits (amazing flavor), and the Peanut Butter Mousse (to die for). Fried Chicken, Fried Green Tomatoes, Georgia Trout, and Hogs n’ Quilts were all solid, while the Cornbread Bites were just okay. Our bill for four adults and one child was $397 before tip (no alcohol), and the service was excellent. Overall, a delicious, welcoming Michelin Bib Gourmand experience we’ll happily return to.

This place is definitely a must-try! The fried chicken was absolutely amazing — crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I can see why they’re known for it. The street market fish was also incredible, super fresh and cooked perfectly. Both dishes are worth coming back for. Only downside was I did find a hair in the mac and cheese, which was a little disappointing. But overall, the food and experience were top-notch and I’d still recommend this spot to anyone looking for some of the best Southern food around.

We are traveling and a friend recommended this restaurant. On a Thursday night with nice weather, there was plenty of seating outside and on the porch and the ambiance was wonderful with twinkle lights. Our server was terrific. We each had an AMAZING butternut squash soup as an appetizer. I definitely recommend it- spicy and warm with great flavors. My husband had blackened catfish, which was excellent and well spiced. I had shrimp and grits, which was good, but overly intense in flavor. I could only eat half because of this. Maybe mine just had extra sauce? My only other reason for a four star instead of five was the price, which I thought was was pretty steep. Overall, I would recommend. I’ll note the menu changes and is seasonal, so if I lived close by, I’d love to try the menu each season.

We visited yesterday early evening. We sat outside and it was absolutely gorgeous out there! The atmosphere was fantastic. I’d love to come back when it’s cooler and they have the outdoor fireplace going! We loved the service and the atmosphere all around. The food was absolutely delicious as well. We had the tomato pie WHICH IS A MUST, and we shared the fried chicken with the cold pea salad. The only reason I gave the food four stars is because the crust on the chicken wasn’t as crunchy as I was hoping and it (the crust) was almost a little chewy. But the meat was so juicy, done to perfection and the flavor was 1000% on point and I regret nothing! Overall a fantastic meal and I’m excited to come back. I also really loved that they brought the check in a southern novel. I love the little details. Cheers!

I am expecting a lot out of a Michelin star restaurant. The setting was quaint, but we were on the patio on a cool night, never put on the heaters or started a fire in the fireplace. The food was good, but I wouldn't say it was exceptional. This might be because I was expecting to be wowed. The fried chicken was huge and I split it! Still didn't finish it. The vegetable platter was a highlight. They were very fresh and flavorful.

A
Ariana

I don’t know if we had a one-off experience but our dinner absolutely did not align with the positive reviews of this place. Cornbread was so so dry and bland. We had 2 orders and they were both like that. It couldn’t even be masked by the butter. Steak was ordered medium rare and came out completely well done. Burger was charred black on the outside and wish it came with more toppings to dress it up. Pork chop dish was under seasoned. Apple pie bread pudding was meh. Service was great but all our meals left something to be desired.

If you’re looking for a restaurant that talks about exceptional service but has absolutely no idea how to deliver it, congratulations—you’ve found the right place. We made our reservation well in advance, specifically requesting a table on the porch for a special occasion. Fifteen minutes before arrival, we received a call informing us that we’d have to vacate our table within two hours. Annoying, but manageable. Except that when we arrived, the story changed again: now it was 1.5 hours. A shrinking timeline before we’d even walked through the door. When we asked to speak with the manager, “Mr. B,” we were treated to a performance that could best be described as condescension with a side of arrogance. He insisted we had no porch request—even though we had the reservation confirmation in hand. Only after a few minutes did he return with a tablet showing that yes, the request was indeed submitted under “Messages,” but apparently they “don’t look at messages,” only a tiny check box that they “actually pay attention to.” So why offer a message field at all? Decoration? Busywork? A practical joke? Instead of acknowledging their oversight, Mr. B took the time to proudly demonstrate the restaurant’s own internal dysfunction, even implying that the hostess—two weeks into the job—was the reason behind the shifting time demands. Throwing your own staff under the bus to avoid accountability? Bold choice. Our server, Ms. G, to her credit, was gracious and genuinely tried to salvage the experience. But no server—no matter how lovely—can compensate for management that so clearly does not value its guests or their celebrations. We had ordered drinks, but after the treatment we received, we chose to leave. We went instead to The Mill Kitchen & Bar, where hospitality still means something, the service was wonderful, and the food was fantastic. A stark contrast. And here’s the lingering question: What exactly made our reservation worth less than someone else’s? For a restaurant that boasts “delivering an exceptional dining experience” and “exceeding expectations,” how is it acceptable to dictate the pace of a special occasion and rush guests out to make room for the next party? Pressuring diners with arbitrary time limits—especially on a celebration—is presumptuous at best. Thank goodness this wasn’t a marriage proposal. We have been long time patrons, easily spending several hundred dollars on appetizers, cocktails, entrees, dessert and coffee - no more. So congratulations, Mr. B. If your goal was to bully a customer, insist we were wrong when we weren’t, and make it clear that someone else’s reservation mattered more, you succeeded. This was customer No-Service at its finest. Bravo.
