Pizza, games and fun! Legendary Gatti pizza is always a winner. Buffet with tons of selection. Pasta, salad bar, drinks and dessert! Then go hit the games. lol. Too much fun!

Great overall, been coming here for years. Always regularly cleaned, pizza requests always taken, staff is nice and seating areas are great whether you prefer the dark or open lit. They just gotta replace the booth/benches, I think they’re the same ones from all these years and you sink in when seated. 😂

I’ll be honest, I went in today with my kids ready to embrace the yuckiness pizza arcades tend to possess. I am so confused because the pizza was GOOD and the entire building was clean. There were people working hard to keep the dining room and bathroom areas as clean as possible. The games were also relatively affordable (half price on Tuesdays) and the person at the front counter was so nice :)

I haven’t been to a Gattitown since my mother took me as a kid. I been meaning to go again with my daughter to check out how it is now. I’m happy to say it’s still a good time. Eat as much pizza as you want, it had the Dogman movie playing, which my kid loves the comics, and then you can spend the rest of the day playing games. The only think I can say is that you get much more value if you like games at a play at cidercade, it can get pretty pricey. My daughter blew through a $20 card in like 10minutes.

Kids loved it! As grandma it was okay. Several games would not work but still take your money, add to that the noise. On a good note: Food was surprisingly pretty good. Even the desserts were wonderful. Don't get the potato salad however. Line coming in at lunch time was pretty backed up shame they don't have a better system. I was amazed at how quickly employees were able to pickup and clean the dining areas. But no one seemed happy to be there. Not that I blame them 😂. Oh and on the money stealing machines they were aware and prepared to refund you the money. Overall kids had fun and we all were worn out at end of the day.

This is definitely a fun place for a family. You can eat at the buffet and then the children can play at the arcade. If you are fortunate enough to sit in the theater room the children can watch a movie while eating. They have a variety of pizza, decent salad bar, they have 🍝 I didn't care for the spaghetti or the Mac and cheese. The deserts were pretty good, they had rice crispy treats and brownies. The soda didn't taste good to me, the machine may need to be cleaned. They had coffee ☕. They do have a military discount for my fellow and current soldiers thank you for your service.

The food was good and served hot, and the salad bar was fresh. Both buffet tables stayed clean and well-maintained even though the place was packed. That said, the games definitely need some attention. Several machines took money off the cards without actually starting the game. Also, they do not honor free buffet tickets from other locations, even though the voucher does not specify that it’s limited to a particular location. Overall, the food experience was solid, but the game issues and lack of clarity on vouchers took away from the visit.

The employees do a great job at keeping the buffet stocked and they are definitely on it to keep the tables clean for the next customer to sit. The only problem is the organization of the buffet line for pizza. Waited in line for a while. Maybe they should have two lines, one on each side of the pizza buffet. And maybe move the dessert to the end of the buffet. And small children should not be allowed at the buffet to serve themselves. The games are always fun, but it seems like the prices may have gone up on some. Again, the spotlight was on those employees. There was a "Bluey" event that night and it was crowded, but they absolutely outdid themselves. Superb job!

I went to Gattiland yesterday on 6/21 around the times between 6-8PM. I normally never have a problem with their food until that day I actually looked. I saw a black hair in my pizza when I myself have blonde hair. I looked at almost every employee there and none had had hair nets on but they did have gloves on. They need to seriously be more cautious when handling food. I understand being busy and having to rush but food safety should be the first priority. I wasn’t able to talk to a manager due to how busy I was with my family but I just wanted to alert others to please double check your pizza, salad etc before you consume. The pizza itself self was okay. The only thing saving this place yesterday for me was my son being happy and having fun in the game room.

First, you must purchase a buffet to enter which would be fine if it was not the most pitiful buffet I have ever seen in my life. You have a total of 5 pizza options with the usual salad bar and a couple of desserts. It was $50 for two adults, a three year old, and a $20 game card that lasted all of 10 minutes for a handful of games that did not last more than a few seconds. The claw machines are stuffed super tight and roughly 20% of the machines were out of order or had an issue. The pizza was disgusting, like cafeteria food but worse. Not one of the three of us enjoyed a single food item other than goldfish and rice crispy treats. Not only is this a poor value, which I can live with on occasion, but the overall quality was not there. We will stick to other arcade options in the future, this was a one time mistake. Edit: While I still don't recommend Gattiland on grounds of quality, the GM Alan reached out to us on his own accord and insisted to refund us for the visit. Accountability goes a long way and it seems like this place has decent management that is at least trying. Adding a star back. Perhaps we will give it another shot in the future.

My son decided he wanted to go to Gattitown for his birthday. We went on Wednesday (3/4/2026) around 5 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. When we got there, there wasn’t much to choose from on the buffet. They had pasta, salad, and drinks available, but the pizza selection was extremely limited. Out of the four pizza stations, only about two had anything out, and even those were nearly empty most of the time. It seemed like they just couldn’t keep up with what little they were serving or maybe they just weren’t trying to restock very often. Dessert was another letdown. The only option available was brownies, and honestly they looked pretty unappetizing. There were no cinnamon sticks at all, which is usually something we look forward to. On top of that, the dining area needed more attention. The table next to us sat full of dirty dishes and trash for quite a while before anyone came to clean it up. We’ve never had a disappointing experience at Gattitown before, but we’ve also always gone on weekends. This visit definitely didn’t live up to what we’re used to, especially for a birthday outing.
