We love Nickole! When we dine at Red Lobster we ask to be seated in Nickole’s section. Nickole is an excellent waitress. She has good food suggestions and the food comes out presentable and hot. Our order is always correct. We never have to ask for refills, extra napkins or to go trays. She’s always pleasant and always wears a warm smile.

This is an awesome Red Lobster. The food is wildly consistent and always high quality. The new menu items are a ton of fun, and I feel like there's something new to try everytime we're here. Came to try the new seafood boils. Starting off the happy hour strawberry lemonade was great . The seafood boil we had the mariners and shrimp boil and both were great and the spicy ness level they just added was spot on. Haley was a great server. They continued to bring us extra biscuits and fill out drinks rapidly. We were greatly amazed by the service and food from red lobster as we haven't visited in awhile but will definitely return.

Went on Friday and dined with Nicole. Amazing service she knew the menu front and back and recommended the most delicious items. I will definitely be going back to this location. If you visit ask to dine with Nicole, you will not be disappointed.

I wanted to take a moment to praise the manager, Justin at the La Frontera in Round Rock, Tx , for his exceptional management and customer service skills. I initially placed a DoorDash order that had a mix-up—things happen, and I completely understood. Justin immediately offered to replace my order with the correct items. I wasn’t able to come in that same day, but when I called back a few days later, he remembered me and my situation. When I came in today to pick up my order, I was greeted by Justin, who remembered my order perfectly right down to how the steak was requested, medium rare. As someone who also works in hospitality as a Private Chef business, I truly understand the importance of great service and taking care of guests. Justin went above and beyond, and it’s clear why he’s the manager. Thank you again for the excellent experience.

I haven't had Red Lobster in forever!! Being Ash Wednesday, I decided to stop there for lunch, and I did not regret it. I had the lunch Coconut Shrimp & Baked Potato, and it very good & fresh, not cold. My waitress was wonderful as well. Thank you Red Lobster 🦞

I came to this restaurant on my birthday and the experience was simply wonderful. The atmosphere is amazing and the service made all the difference — I was assisted by Pedro, who is such a lovely person, very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely make a point of coming back more often!

The last time we had eaten at a RL was Raleigh, NC 2015. The visit left us with not wanting to visit another, carpets needed cleaning (sticky) and the odor was one that seemed to be from aging or lack of care. We ordered drinks, what we felt was a safe appetizer and left. Fast forward, with new leadership we decided to give the Round Rock location a try. RL was near bankruptcy, bought out by a PE firm who installed a new CEO. Walking in, we were impressed, the floors were immaculate, and the carpet was as it should be, no food or crumbs anywhere in the dining areas. There was not a crowd, it was 3.30pm on Wednesday, after lunch crowd and before dinner. Haley G was serving us and did an excellent job, good recommendations, prompt on bring food and checked on us the right amount of times, we did not feel crowded or left wanting attention. They start you with these delectably good biscuits and butter which we almost made a meal of. Next they came with our real starter, these very delicious stuff mushrooms -- excellent (I will use this word alot) and near the top of my list of all time favorites. I had the salmon with broccoli and rice. The salmon, cooked just right, not dry, moist and wonderfully tasty, the broccoli was excellent and the rice was good. I call it good because while it was warm, I felt it could have been warmer to match the temperature of the salmon or broccoli both I felt were at very good temperatures. NO ROOM FOR DESSERT. To cap off the day, Brendan (sp?, the front of house manager) and Fabianna, General Mgr. stopped by - nice touch. We talked about the changes in the CEO and leadership teams and the fact they can see the work paying off. We provided our input on the meal and the establishment (the cleanest restaurant I have been to in some time - no food on the floor, tables orderly etc. and very presentable staff). I feel good about its resurgence and we will certainly add this back to the list of go to places -- for now the Round Rock location for sure!!!

We came to celebrate a birthday, and we had a great experience. We had 12 in our party and were easily accommodated. We got the Monday special - lobster and shrimp - and the weekday shrimp trio - great bang for your buck. Our waiter, Fabian, was really attentive and brought all the cheddar bay biscuits we could eat 😆. He even brought out candles and sang with us when it was cake time.

Tried Red Lobster for the first time and it was a solid experience overall. We started with the famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits and honestly, they lived up to the hype. Warm, buttery, slightly garlicky. Way too easy to keep eating. Then we went all in on shrimp and tried the 5-variety platter. The garlic shrimp was really good, flavorful and cooked just right. Walt’s Favorite Shrimp is fried, and for me it was just okay. A bit too heavy and not as exciting as the others. The real highlight was the Lobsterfest boil. Everyone at the table loved it. The lobster was fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The salmon was too, too good. Soft, flaky, and packed with flavor. Definitely one of the best dishes we had. We also tried the Coastal Colada mocktail, and that was probably the only letdown. It looked nice but the taste didn’t really stand out. Overall, great ambiance, comfortable seating, and the service was attentive and friendly. For a first visit, it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend, especially if you’re going for the lobster and salmon.

Last night's dinner was nothing but the best! From the time my wife and I walked in, we received a welcoming experience. From the host at the door down to our waiter Jerry. Very friendly and genuinely just a cool waiter. We also spoke with the manager Giovani, whom was just as good as his staff. Due to previous experience at a different location...We recommend anyone to go to Red Lobster at Hester's Crossing, trust me you won't be disappointed at all. Last but not least the cook did his thang. Food was a 10/10...delicious!!

We had a fabulous time at red lobster ! We are both gluten free and brought our biscuits so we could still enjoy. Ash was a super sweet server and very quick to bring out our food. Our only concern was we let her know we were gluten free & needed help deciding on an appetizer. Unfortunately she was not experienced in the nutritional facts of the appetizers and suggested one that had gluten in it. My friend got severely sick overnight. I suppose we should have done our own research as well, so I am not fully blaming her, but I would recommend more training on gluten allergies and recommending food/appetizers to those with allergies in the future. Our crab was amazing and so were our drinks. We will be back, we will just keep a closer eye on the appetizers or food recommendations that have hidden gluten.

Every time I walk in to the establishment I am greeted very politely. Jay always greet me with a smile. Jay always make me feel like I belong here. I am a repeat customer and appreciate the hard work from the staff.

Me and some friends came after hearing the new updates to the Reb lobster menu. We ordered the seafood boil with cajun butter. Everything was cooked good! Food was delicious but there is only one complain. The cajun butter had barely any seasoning and was sorta bland. The atmosphere was awesome! Our hostess was very nice. Ash was our server and she did an amazing job at making sure we were good and topped off with drinks. I would recommend yall come check it out either way!

I had a few new items and I was impressed. The street corn shrimp was really good. The flavor was great. I also had the shrimp and scallop scampi. It was very good but was a little disappointed because the scallops were tiny. My son got crab and didn't leave any meat on the bone. Our waiter was very friendly and made sure everything was great.

Red Lobster has definitely changed...for the better! Their new rollouts are very appetizing, and the service I received from Ash was top tier. She was making drinks, taking orders, running food, and entertaining guests, and never got anything wrong or mixed up. A true professional and great server, she was. Thanks Ash!

It's been a long time since I've been to a Red Lobster restaurant but it requested for a birthday celebration so that was non negotiable. The food here is nothing special but they offer a pretty good variety. However, it all comes at a fairly hefty price for a franchise joint. There are many unique 5 star restaurants that offer better quality for the same price or even less. But I enjoyed my stuffed flounder topped with Lobster cream sauce nonetheless. The cheddar bay biscuits are a staple and always delicious. Our waitress (Chanel) was very efficient, friendly and attentive to our party of nine. Several in our party ate the Endless Shrimp special which was probably the best deal going.

This was my first ever visit to Red Lobster - and it did not disappoint! We had 1lb of snow crab with the cheddar bay sauce, crabby stuffed mushrooms, and the margarita flight. The servings were big and everything was sooo tasty! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it took a very long time for everything to come out. Other than that, the service, food, and atmosphere were all great.

Our waiter, Fabian was great! He was very friendly and attentive. The kitchen made a minor snafu with a side dish and he made sure it was fixed right away. We were celebrating a birthday and he even brought out a small ice cream dish for the birthday VIP! Will definitely come back.

Can't remember last time I visited RL, but I'm glad we pivoted on a Friday night and just went for it.. Menu has changed a lot.. for the better.. cost is high, as expected, but that's ok because food was amazing so as service!

Food is consistent with other locations. Server was friendly but ran into people that left after waiting for 30 minutes and not even being acknowledged by staff. Our server (Kelly) was walking by as we entered seated us and was very nice throughout, however other staff wouldn’t even make eye contact. This appears to be result of mismanagement as the manager was walking around but only spoke to staff.

When we were there , no was even asking us if we would like to be seated. Overall a good one time try! I would look for other seafood places.

I had the pleasure of having Nicole as my server. She was pretty awesome. On the other hand. We ordered the salmon dish and the rice that was underneath was super hard but other than that, everything was good..

I hate giving mid-level reviews, but that is exactly the experience I had tonight. I think the waiter was either suffering from allergies or getting sick. He was sneezing and seemed to have low energy today. I don't know his life, but I walked away feeling like a burden or something. I ordered the surf and turf. The lobster tail was tiny and the steak tasted like it was old or had been frozen. My companion's order was incorrect (had rice instead of broccoli, which they ordered), and although the replacement came very quickly, the broccoli that was brought out was barely cooked. The hosts and cleanliness were very good!

Came here one day this week to enjoy some lobster fest. Upon entering, we were not greeted, nor were we even acknowledged. Usually in this situations I would just turn around and leave, but I gave it a few minutes because lobster was on my mind. A gentleman approached us 5 minutes later and asked if we've been helped, and obviously we said "no sir". We were seated at a bench by the bar, where the same person who seemed to have been busy with tables from other areas, decided to take us on. However, we felt rushed and could feel the urgency to order fast. We haven't been there in a long long tine. I'm starting to believe we had been through this before is why we hadnt returned in a while. On top of that, everybody seemed to be more focused on the order pickups instead of serving the customer eating in. We were finally waited on and food was brought out. The food wasn't that hot but looked good. I felt I would be bothering the server. Our bill was a little over $80 but I still left a 30% tip. Should I give them a third chance? I'm just not sure that I want to go back.

Very rude server. Never brought biscuits or refills had to ask other server. When she did come by she would slam things down on the table. Never had this type of server experience at a Red Lobster before. The one thing I would like to mention is that you never see a manager at this location. The savings grace was the food was perfect and we enjoyed it. With the new CEO of Red Lobster trying his hardest to bring the chain back and doing a good job of it. I would like to say customer hospitality is a key component of success. Start with hospitality and the rest will work it's self out since we already know Red Lobster food is yummy.

Would have gave 0 stars if i could have...Used to Love this place, but today was a horrible experience and it wasn't over busy ( got a table when we got there), , service was bad, waited awhile just to get water, appetizer and biscuits finally came out then no plates for awhile, we both ordered ultimate feasts, sent back cold, general manager ( rude as hell) brought out so called new dishes that was Luke warm... GM gave a 20% off $40.00 only , ticket was $140.00...Done with this place.. also the place was very cold..

Food was ok but service was horrible, the waitress kept forgetting our cheddar biscuits and said it would be out in a minute, You know what happened? IT TOOK 20 MINUTES BY THE TIME WE FINISHED OUR FOOD!!! Not to mention she went to the white couple first then us now it could of been that they came before us but I’m pretty try sure we came before we even had the waitlist as well. This was my whole rant about this red lobster but yeah I’m very disappointed to what happened to this company also they had to shutdown 13 of their locations maybe next time I will give it another chance but for now I won’t go here again

Husband and I were excited to try out the new seafood boil, but left red lobster still hungry, and super disappointed. Almost $50 for a VERY sad seafood boil. The lobster was so shriveled it looked like a shrimp. 0 flavor. To top it all off, we had our server stop by our table twice the whole time. Once to greet, and once to bring drinks, and take our order. It also took 30+ minutes to get 3 pieces of bread finally brought out to us(not even by our server). Next time we had anyone come over was because I had to stop a manager, that happened to be walking by, so I could get our check and finally pay out. I don’t know if we’ll ever be back. Not worth the money, and they’re obviously so short staffed they have the servers taking 10 tables, so the service doesn’t make up for the crappy food. A billion other WAY better seafood restaurants in the area.

Here's the deal...if you go here, they're going to upcharge for everything. Asking for some extra butter was $3.79. The server also didn't differentiate between what was a part of the meal and what they were offering as additons. Also it was my father's birthday and we brought balloons. When we started the server asked whose birthday it was and we told him. When we asked later about the very normal tradition of a free dessert for the birthday person, he said they didnt do that. And he also lied and said he didnt realize there whose birthday it was and that was why was he didn't offer anything. The large majority of restaurants ALWAYS do something for birthdays. We also asked the hostess and she said they do offer something for birthdays. The waiter was uninformed and did not even attempt to do anything above the bare minimum. There's plenty of other solid seafood places to go to that won't uncharge and give the bare minimum the way this server did. Do not recommend.

Upon arrival for my pickup I waited about 3-4 minutes before being acknowledged by a worker. Tall guy with glasses asks for my name on the order, we provide him with the name . Instead of heading back into the restaurant he goes to a car for something . Heads inside and never return …. Very unprofessional furthermore a bit suspicious when dealing with food . I then waited 15-20 minutes before calling the pickup line after an extensive wait time I was told “sorry “ and my order will be looked into . 5 minutes later my food arrive with extra biscuits. I check my food . The scallops appeared tampered with, my pasta was very bland and the only highlight were the biscuits . My vehicle was the only car at pickup . The restaurant also did not appear busy yet it was mildly vacant . Red Lobster Do Better !!! I paid $54.62 in this economy on Disgusting food .EUUUUYUCK !
