Customer service was great, restaurant had several large screen TVs for watching sports events catering to specific customer's sports tastes. The pizzas smelled good but since I've never tried them I can't provide an opinion on any of the pizzas or other products that the Favor customer ordered.
Awesome Sports bar & place to chill with friends. Always have the games on, a lot of drinks to choose from, a good selection of food & the food is great! I highly reccomend the buffalo chicken sliders. Great line of music always playing, the owner knows where it's at with the playlist & DJ. And the staff, all are awesome in their own way! Friendly & engaging, even when busy! Highly recommend this spot to catch the game with friends or to come & hangout!
Came in to watch my football team on Sunday! The game wasn't playing on any of the TVs but they changed it for me! The bartenders were friendly and it was such a good vibe! The wings are always my favorite reason! Try the Spicy Ranch and Thank me later!
Thank you for Mena for taking dear care of us! (Sorry if I’m butchering the name!). This place has great vibes and service. Happy hour is at an amazing price for yummy drinks that will get you through a hurricane evacuation from the island. The new tropical beer is super tasty, we had to get another round! Stuffed tots with crawfish had the best kick and chipotle steak flatbread was awesome as well!
Third is always amazing. It's been my go to spot for years for a reason. The service is always great and I can always count on that. The bartender staff is the realist from Georgetown to South Austin. Also the service industry discounts are just the cherry on top. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Shout outs to Jeremy, Israel, Ryan, and Katrina! Lovely bartenders! Dope bartenders!
3rd Base is rad! We love their wings and their Philly Cheese Steak. The servers are always super friendly and we love going there.
They have a nice patio and its easy to get to this location from i35 or 45. The staff is friendly and provides good service, though I had to ask a few times for mustard, but they were busy. Appetizers are decent and its good to eat while you drink. They have plenty of tvs so you can watch the game from any seat.
Wings are pretty good here! Could use a little more sauce, but they're well fried and tasty. Also, prices are reasonable (about $1/wing). Good drink specials everyday, and the waitress was prompt and attentive. For sports fans, they have tons of TVs, even in the bathroom, so you don't miss anything.
I had left a 2 star review last year and now that the guy w the hat is gone, it's MUCH better. Very attentive, fast service and the servers are very friendly. Glad owners got rid of that guy, I think he may have been a manager since he had a picture of his face above a doorway, much better now!
Walked in during the U.T. vs Alabama game and got a seat at the bar. Place was packed. Loved the atmosphere. Go Longhorns! Met new peeps and had a great time. Food was delicious and service was great.
Best barivebeen to in years. I wS there last week for a birthday party and had a blast. Food was awesome drinks were good and prices are perfect it is a must go to. You will be satisfied. The bartender was awesome too
It was our first time trying third base last night. We were waiting for a table at sushi nini and ended up staying at third base instead for dinner after we had amazing service from our server (I feel awful I didn’t get her name!) and the spicy jalapeño pineapple margaritas were perfect! We got the Caesar salads with chicken and the sweet potato fries which were also spot-on! The atmosphere was really fun and low-key, the people there were just there to watch sports and enjoy themselves…will DEFINITELY be back with my husband and friends many times over!
Friendly staff and great food! I recommend the 3 sliders appetizer to start. You get one that's buffalo chicken, one that's pulled pork and the third one Philly steak. It comes with fries, seasoned or regular. Also tall draft beers that are at a sale price all afternoon. Good spot to watch all your favorite sports games. Located behind Rick's Caberet off of 35 frontage road before you hit the light at Louis Henna Ave.
Bru if you in the pflugerville area go no where else. Where everyone knows your name reasonable prices pool table games and dog friendly. The food was delicious and shout out to Chris the server he's awesome
Great place to hang out and have parties! Cocktails are yummy! My daughter's basketball team had their holiday party there and had a blast! Staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend the place!
It was our 1st time here... we belong to the Houston Chiefs fans group and we meet weekly, because of Thanksgiving, we were in Austin. Looks like we found our spot when we are in Austin. Great crowd, great food, lots of tvs and fun. We will be back.
This place is friendly and fun and the music and vibe is awesome 👌
Our waitress Megan did a great job Trying to keep up with a busy Wednesday night in her section. Burger was good. I think I got served the left over fries but it's ok. I like well cooked crunchy fries.
I was here on a Friday and enjoyed the lemon pepper wings. They are so tasty. They had DJ Mix Master G who did a great job. I wanted to get up and dance. Well I was dancing in my seat. The atmosphere here is good and the staff greeted us with a smile.
I enjoy visiting Third Base for the beer options (especially on tap) and the margaritas. The bar has a nice atmosphere for a game night with friends. Fish and chips is my favorite food pick here, but the fried pickes are also pretty good.
I just wanted to find a cool bar with a bite to eat and omg this place is way cooler than I thought. Cool atmosphere, clean, servers were extra helpful about things we didn't even ask about, the SHRIMP ARE SO GOOD. The vibe is a nice mix of just generally cool people, everyone's just havin a good time. Definitely a new favorite place for a quick hangout with friends.
Evonne is the best server we have here every week during trivia Tuesdays. Our group looks foward to seeing her every week!!
Invited to celebrate someone's birthday. Had a good time.
Its a sports bar with lots of comfy seating and good food.
Great food choices. Plenty of seating both indoors and out. This place is kid friendly, and there are activities to keep kids occupied. Overall a great place.
Went for baby shower had awesome time. Food we tried almost all starters, service by Eddie suggested Food never tried before Cubano-egg roll stuffed with lechen-pulled pork. Picture is Jalapeno bacon wrapped with cheesy mix is amazing , I know now too keep trying new foods. I also ordered Blue Moon Eddie poured coldest beer in town in biggest mug in town . Atmosphere fun homey sports bar vibes all TVs on specials every night. Wonderful hidden Gem. Games, outside area etc... UPDATE food great and service is always great
So we had an issue tonight. Thank god for John stepping in… my friend just experienced a very adamant creeper/SA not taking no for an answer. Literally didn’t take no for an answer. John stepped in even after the woman working tried to silence the crazy incident. Me and my friend tried to halt it as well… she did nothing to protect the potential victim. She went the customer service route that clearly didn’t work… pay attention to your surroundings. That’s it. Thank you John for watching out more. The girl in the picture is the one that did nothing to stop it happening.
I really enjoyed the Chicken Fried Chicken meal. It came 2 side choices. I went with the mashed potatoes an the Ceasars salad it was also 😋 and the Ceasars salad dressing had a little kick to it! It was definitely different but delicious I wouldn't be surprised if it was their own created sauce 😊
Other than the throw up smell that was lingering inside the bar, the drinks were great!! Staci our bartender was awesome and fun!!! She was a superstar! We sat outside on the patio which was cool especially with the misty fans they had!
We ordered 2 draft dos XX perfect chilled temperature. Disappointed on not having Fried Pickles on the menu, one main reason to come. Option was to order through DoorDash.
My wife and I stopped in looking for lunch and we are glad that we did. We had no idea the place existed until we drove past it. The appetizer wings were good, just about as good as I can remember having. My wife enjoy your omelet for the brunch. I had a Reuben sandwich and it was tasty as well. The only distraction from our visit was the fact that the staff seem to be underwhelmed and a little slow to meet our needs. All in all, it definitely was an experience I enjoyed and I intend to go back.
Had been wanting to go here for the last few months, finally went yesterday, mid afternoon. My girlfriend and I sat at a table a few feet behind the bar. We noticed how many screens there are to watch games, doesn't look like you can find a bad seat anywhere. That's good. Lyndsey spotted us almost immediately, took our drink orders, and supplied us with menus. Drinks came quickly, and I really liked the tall Thirsty Goat in the frosted mug. It didn't say on the menu that the Cuban rolls contained cheese, so my girlfriend had to send them back, and Lyndsey assured that our swith-out of food items was done with minimal glitches. My girlfriend settled on tacos and sweet potato fries, which she thought were very good. The Hatch Cheeseburger I had, with the Cuban fries -- very, very good! The bathrooms, I thought, could use a little more attention. And there are only the hand blow dryers, no paper towels. Which is a little problem if you are leaving and have to grab a door handle that opens inward. Maybe put in paper towel dispensers, or rethink the door situation; that's all I would suggest, as far as constructive criticism goes. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit, our food, and the excellent service provided by Lyndsey! Hope to return soon.
Fried pickles were some of the best I've had. Hatch Chile burger could have been better. Seems like they were from a can and not roasted at all. Pulled pork sliders were pretty good. Very saucy which gave it an interesting texture but good overall. Also the tea was weak, seemed like they filled the glass half full of tea and topped it off with water.
First time here. I stood at the bar and waited 5 minutes to be helped. 3 bartenders and not one asked what I needed so I walked to the kitchen entrance and asked the first person I saw about food. She got it for me. Looks like a decent place to watch sports and grab some decent food. Just don't expect to feel welcomed.
It's a cozy place. It looks more like a typical old Texas bar, than other Third Base locations. Of course, they have all the TVs blasting at the same time with different sports games going on. Friendly staff and lots of beer choices, other drinks too but I wanted a wine cooler and they did not have it. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars 🙂.
Came to third base for dinner the other night, the hatch green chili burger was very good. Definitely recommend the Cajun fries. Atmosphere was good. Service was pretty good except that one of our party needs to be gluten free and the waitress forgot to have his burger made GF. They fixed it quickly.
Fries were soggy, not crispy. Food was okay. Drinks watered down. They allow smoking on patio which kinda ruined the atmosphere. Chairs on patio are not very comfortable. Waiter Cooper was very nice and energetic.
Great place to grab a meal with friends. Nice bar area, outside patio. Worth a trip!
Delicious food! The appetizers were really good, and we can't wait to go back and try some different ones. The food was all much heartier and better quality than I expected for bar food. 4 stars instead of 5 as we had to wait on our waitress for various things a number of times (service could've been a bit better)
It's your typical suburban sports bar. Don't expect fine dining or anything. But service and atmosphere were good, and the food was decent. Good place to meet up with pals & catch a game. Looked like a nice outdoor patio, too --complete with mister fans on a hot night.
Great place to watch a game. TVs are everywhere. You won't miss the game at any of the seats. Food and service are both adequate. Nothing on the menu will blow you away, but it's decent for sports bar food. The fries are probably the best item. Seat yourself arrangement means you might sit for a while before anyone notices you.
Bar food that goes above and beyond. Husband loves the hamburger, and the fries are great. Appetizers are good, but I wasn't crazy about the flatbread. I would definitely get the spinach salad with avocado and bacon again. Stick to the beer, good selection, didn't like the margaritas.
Don't ask for a soda go grab your own for free. I paid for one, it never came. So I had to go get my own. Great place to watch the game
Good food, slow service. This is one of my favorite spots. Service is great at the bar. Not stellar at the bar-height tables near the bar. I would have ordered more drinks if we were checked on more.
I got the fish and chips. Fish portions were large, fries seemed like an afterthought. On my drive home, the meal just didn't sit well with me. Didn't get ill or anything like that. The bartender was courteous and attentive.
Our first server was great but he got pulled away to help with a larger party. The replacement server was SLOW as molasses in winter!!! Waiting for a drink was painful and the food we ordered wasn't that great. Had nachos, potatoes skins and fries just to have something to snack on. Won't be back for the food....maybe to watch sports which is why we came but other than that meh.
Food is ok and service is all right. I was disappointing in my last visit though. I walked in 20 minutes before happy hour started, so I left and visited Best Buy to kill time. When I got back, I ordered a beer and a sandwich. I received the bill and the beer was logged at full price. When I asked why full price, I was told that only a few beers were eligible for happy hour and I hadn't picked the right one. I looked at the signs to see if that was mentioned anywhere. Nope. Never been a big fan of being charged more than advertised.
The service was good and our waitress was very attentive. The food was decent for your typical sports bar food. Our only complaint is that it's listed as one of the Austin FC Pub Club destinations and it didn't show the Austin FC game on any of their numerous TVs this past weekend. Yes we understand the UFC fight was going on and they get to charge cover for it, which we were fine paying, but by the time the 2nd card was over there still weren't that many people in the bar watching it. It would have been nice if the bar sectioned off a small area for the Austin FC matche since it is listed on the Austin FC Pub Club.
Service is iffy. Draft selection is okay, not great. Food is good but too salty, I assume the head cook smokes a lot. Patio is nice. Dog friendly. If I'm in the area I'll go back, but only if I'm not in a time constraint (slow service).
Bland food and cheap quality drinks. The Big Ben burger wasn't tasty at all. Meat was tasteless, onions weren't caramelized well. They probably use some cheap tequila in their margarita, as it gave me headache next morning. Service was good though. I very occasionally visit this place now. Used to visit frequently 15+ years ago when they had better food and drinks.
Came in with my wife Bartender was initially attentive but disappeared multiple times through out our visit Ordered Queso and Chips 12 BBQ wings Double cheeseburger Problems Queso came out already solidifying and almost cold Wings came out and had very obviously sat under the heat lamp to long and all of the sauce had been heated off the top and pooled underneath Burger was ordered medium rare came out well done and dry. Ordered Cajun fries with it and got plane fries that were cold and soggy Tast of the food wasn't great but also wasn't horrible just somewhere in the middle. The absentee service and lack of attention to detail or checking in on quality are the main problems
At best, this is an OKAY place for sports during football. They have a map for tv’s in which games are shown on but the layout is not of the current floorplan and the staff has no idea which tv is which as they are not obviously labeled. Bartenders are absolute ZOMBIES that completely forget you’re there if sitting at the bar. Food is decent but lack seasoning, menu is not ever up to date so most items are not available when asked. Cocktails are heavily syrup based. I wouldn’t rule it out to catch appetizers and a sporting event but definitely wouldn’t be my top choice.
Love the atmosphere and the service was Really Good too. I was disappointed and I guess I should have said something, but didn't want to make big deal. I ordered the loaded potato skips. I ended up scraping off and eating mainly just that part, because the potato was so Undercooked. I also did not realize they would be so large in size, which is my own fault. But Never again, thanks.
Tryin new places, we stopped here for MNF. A little expensive given the surroundings...not very lively. Flatbread was OK, wings were really great, though-I'd order those here anytime. My wife had a salad and fries...both alright. Nothing exciting about this place, but not bad either...just your average bar.
My wife and I used to like this place, but the last few visits the service has gotten progressively worse. The food is ok, but not great, and I'm tired of having to ask for forgotten items. Today my wife ordered a salad with grilled chicken on top, and they brought the salad, but forgot the chicken. We had a hard time finding our waiter to ask for it, so my wife ended up going to talk to the bar tender. I think we'll take our business somewhere else from now on.
Pretty good food food but took over 25 minutes to get chips and a few wings. Server was incredibly rude and didn't seem to know anything about the beers on tap. She seemed irritated and had no interest in being friendly. Might go back to try it one more time since the food tasted good and will hopefully get a better server.
Atmosphere is always good but the food has gone downhill. My burger pattie was the size of an Oreo cookie and the bun was a regular size. It had absolutely no flavor and the cheese was so overdone on it that it look like wax paper and tasted like it too. My husband got garlic wings that he said tasted like lemon and very watered down. Bloody Mary tasted like they had watered down the mix. Staff is friendly and attentive. May be a good place to have a beer because you can’t screw that up.
On the positive: We went there for baseball and they had lots of TVs…and the fries were good. That’s all for the positives. Chips were stale and hard, salsa watery, nachos burned hard, wings had a terrible taste we couldn’t put our finger on, and chicken strips had so much seasoning on them they had to be scraped before we could eat them. We didn’t finish anything but the fries. But the game was good and the crowd was pumped and loud, so we ordered more tea and just enjoyed the room.
Tacos were pretty good, the bartender not so much. It was not busy and when I sat down the bartender (blonde and wearing a hat) looked at me kind of funny. Then I asked her about any local brews, which she had a hard time describing, no big deal, but then after I ordered she never said one thing to me again. She stood talking to some regular right next to me and never said one thing to me again "How is your food, need another beer, etc." The other bar tender actually brought my food and checked on me (dark hair, tall), she was very friendly. Anyways, I wouldn't come back here as the service was really not that great, definitely didn't make me feel like a guest.
Wooooow, sooooo bland! Burger was not seasoned(veggie & regular) . Shrimp was mushy and unseasoned. The fries were unseasoned and musy as well. The lettuce was mushy, old, and soggy. They get 2 stars only because I'm tipsy, hungry, and too nice.
Great bar for Chiefs fans and the portions were great for the price. However, we sat at a table for over an hour and never had a waitress offer us anything or check on us. We ended up giving our money to the bar, but service was horrid.
We were in town for a competition and heard from some locals this was a cool spot. I beg to differ. The service was absolutely horrible. Had to practically yell to get the waitresses attention The place was not even full. My son ordered chili. It was cold, the fries were cold.I would not recommend this place ever.
Typical bar/pub with sub par food. Amanda our waitress was very attentive and accommodating to our little one. I doubt any of the food is fresh. Asked for burger medium rare, server well done. Fries were floppy. Probably won't go back
The food was nasty as hell and the waitress that they gave us he sucked. He was not happy to serve us and also he still charged me and my brother for Irish nacho fries after we told him that they were wet and uncooked. The DJ was fire. The atmosphere was all right, but other than that the service was shitty.
Went during my lunch hour and was really disappointed. My coworker ordered a turkey club only to receive a sandwich with 3 pieces of meat that looked like potato chips because they were so dry and small. Speaking of chips, I ordered the buffalo chicken nachos which ended up being a plate of potato chips topped heavily with lettuce and scattered bits of dry chicken. Would not recommend spending your lunch hour here. Maybe only to grab a drink at the bar...
I always give restaurants or any other establishment at least 2 try’s. The service was terrible. My company got their meal before mine, which wasn’t a big deal as I ordered a steak. Well let’s just say I had to chase the waitress down to inquire about my steak. When she finally brought it out my company were done with their meal. She got an attitude and said she can take it back and not charge me. Well I wanted my steak. So I opted to take it. I would have liked the manager or someone come over and see what was going on. In my opinion I think she should have comped the steak. 2nd visit we were sat at a table and left there. We had to flag a waitress down. She was kind and attentive but the service was still lack luster. Probably won’t be going back
Very cluttered in the front when you first walk in. Stuff on floor like speakers, very disorganized. There is this smell the place has as well, it smells like a pool(chlorine). We sat at the bar and it wasn’t too busy. Took forever for us to get menus. The waitress also seemed to look very annoyed if you asked for anything... like menus. Typical dive bar. Go somewhere more classy for lunch.
Unfortunately, I've been here multiple times and the service was not great, Servers do not pay attention to you and basically ask if you want to close out at every chance they get, Once you do close out no one ever comes back to your table.
This place is terrible if you are not a guy. I have come here on several occasions. I have never left a bad review but this bar is terrible towards women coming alone. I have come here 4 different times... I have had to wait 20 minutes... To get a bartenders attention on a random Tuesday night... Thursday night 30 min... Random Wed 15 min and only two other tables.
We only visit this place for sports.. service is always bad and food is hit or miss.. This time around we had wings and potato skins.. the wings were good but the potato skins weren't.. they were more like baked potatoes cut in half.. I prefer them to be crispy as mentioned on the menu.. bacon could be more crumbled and not slapped on there in big pieces.. Our server was not attentive.. I understand it was busy but not an excuse to forget a queso order that never arrived and when asked after a few times all we got was a .. oh, that's right!!.. and moved one.. no sorry, no nothing..
Place blows, been here a couple of times now and service is terrible, food is lower than mediocre, asked for a certain channel on the TV and the no chin with attitude having bartender blew me off completely. Wouldn't recommend to Jesus starving in the desert for 40 days.
I came here to test out the atmosphere, food, and service because I have a big group happy hour I need to plan for 50 ppl next month and it is safe to say I had a terrible experience today at happy hour. I understand if a restaurant is busy the service will be slower but today was not the case. Sat at the bar with two other people and took awhile to get talked to. Once the bartender did talk to us she didn't explain any of their happy hour specials or offer us a menu either. I ordered my usual makers neat ($7 not too bad). Bartender brings it with ice but does fix the mistake when I asked for it again. After 35 minutes we ask for a menu and order another drink. The food did come out promptly well half of it but it was also good, we got fried pickles. My biggest problem came when the check was delivered. They charged me 28 dollars for two drinks (my friend picked up the fried pickles on their tab). I kindly asked why my bill was so high and she went and checked the computer and came back with the receipt and copy to sign. The receipt said $16 and once again the signed copy said $28. At this point she tried to get me to sign a copy for $28 twice now. This really annoyed me because that is 12 dollars over my bill twice now. After explaining this to the bartender she explains well there is 4 of us back here so things get mixed up? After all of this with my bill my friends were also charged double for two of their drinks. I understand that screws ups do happen but the bartender refused to apologize and correct the wrong in a professional manner. If management reads this message I am very disappointed and will not likely come back.
My husband and I are pretty patient and rarely complain, but we just walked out of here. When we walked in no one greeted us. We stood in the entrance for a good 5 minutes and had to wonder if it was self seating. It wasn't like no one saw us because there was someone at the bar, a few waitresses, and the kitchen right there. Finally, we were seated and given menus. Then we sat there for over 15 minutes ready to order and no one came by to take our order. A waitress helped the couple next to us that had already ordered and couple to the other side of us, but no one said a word to us! Even the girl who seated us walked by a few times and didn't bother to ask if we needed anything. Finally we just walked out. It was the worst 30 minutes I have had in a restaurant in a long time. We will not be going back.
I went in with my daughter thinking this was a place where we could sit down to kill some time over an appetizer (~4:30 on a Thursday). The place wasn't empty, but it wasn't overly crowded either. We sat down at the bar, and waited, and waited, and waited while the bartender/servers talked with themselves and (I assume) some frequent visitors. They passed directly in front of us several times making no eye contact or letting us know they would be with us shortly. After what seemed like forever, but was probably more like 7-8 minutes, we walked out having no one ever greeting us or saying "thanks for coming in".
Employees fulfill your requests as customers, but among each other they get too comfortable and behave a bit unprofessional. Especially the guys flirting or messing with the female bartenders. An employee on break/off the clock, sits at the bar and begins to behave unprofessional and flirting with the guys. Overall my experience wasn't great. Now I understand why the bar looks so empty all the time. Not once did I see a manager checking on them or the customers.
I’ve been to this place multiple times for drinks with friends. In the last week, I’ve been there for lunch twice. They asked how I wanted my steak (medium rare) and the second time I requested a medium rare burger since they asked. Unfortunately, both times the meat was gray and over cooked. Unfortunately, the bartender today looked at me as if it was my fault they spent 30 minutes of my day overcooking a burger. I would strongly suggest not eating anything from this place unless you want the price of a restaurant without the quality.
It's impossible to get a server. They want you to scan and order your food and drinks, but no one even shows up at all to bring your drinks. We had to ask how to get our drinks. The server who finally came was nice but was trying to direct us to scan and order. I politely told him its too slow. Finally after a while we got our drinks and food. I do not recommend their process of ordering. Its terribly slow and awkward just sitting there.
Just awful. You can be a guest who pays his tab and tips 20%>>>>>> every time but apparently Bill, the owner, lets the bartenders run the scene. It’s great that he has so much faith in his employees, but as some point, when your food and service takes that long— and your people are that incompetent- it’s time to re-evaluate, no matter how well the sales have been. I won’t be back. Spend an average of 50$ a check 3-4x a week but with the lack of service, respect, and trust I cannot be back. Good luck at this establishment.
The food is horrible! The tortilla chicken soup was barely warm and so full of corn that it was inedible. The chicken tenders came in a tiny basket. Nasty food! Don’t even bother to eat here!
THERE'S NO CHANGING TABLE IN THE MEN'S ROOM! Completely unacceptable in this day and age. I'm sure it would be annoying for them to have to spend the money to buy one, but that's far less annoying than my daughter having to lay down on the dirtiest surface in the entire restaurant. Good food, good service, and enough TVs to have a good view from wherever you're sitting.
Sports themed bar that does not show live sports. avoid for sporting events.
Last night (2/26/23) i went here at about 10 pm. I had to send back a margarita and food bc the margarita didn’t taste right and the food was placed on a dirty plate. Also, the food seemed to be old. I tried to still give them a chance and eat the wings. This morning I woke up with food poisoning. I’m pretty sure they gave us old food. on top of all this the waitress was terrible. She placed down food and didn’t come back to check to see if the food was to our liking for 15 minutes. If I could rate this place 0/5 stars I would. The service and food was TRASH
Watched multiple people walk out due to no staff greeting them. I had Discrepancy on a price of an item on my receipt. The servers response was “Yeah we know we have a price issue with our brunch menu” So you know about an issue and continue up charging? If I wasn’t paying attention I would have paid more. Manager didn’t know how to fix it so she just gave up and gave it to me For free but no response or apology on her end ?! Friends told me this place sucked, gave it a chance and I’ll just go somewhere else I don’t care about a free item, I care about ethics. Fix the menu for the green chili queso.
Absolutely awful experience! Ordered fries and was scammed into a 250% tip by server Caleb who altered the physical receipt. Spoke with manager Olivia who refused to empathize/understand the situation and rudely told me, “Take it up with your credit card company!” She knows the credit card company will refund fraud and was complicit in the fraudulent activity. No apologies, no help, nothing. I will not be coming back and suggest anyone considering to stay far away. No need to scam your customers to run a business.
Well never even got to eat here. Walked in and no one is there to seat you. I walk to the bartender to ask for a table who looks and me then turns around back to her phone. I walk around to the kitchen and ask if anyone is working, she just completely ignores me. I grab my wife who is trying to get some app downloaded to order food and it's not even working so we decide to eat elsewhere. On the way out the previous lady sarcastically says "bye thanks for coming". First and last time at this place.
Well came on game night busy so not worried about a wait for food. Waitress forgot my food and the table next to me. Brought the other tables food who arrived later than me. Reminded her about my nachos. 30 mins later when the game ends she claims she was going to get them. I've never not tipped someone but damn do better. Better yet comp the nachos and at least send me home with some food.
Stopped by for a late lunch on a Saturday. The place was empty but for about handful of people. That wasn’t a good sign but I stayed. Food: I ordered a drink and the waitress came back with it lightning fast. For food, I ordered the lemon pepper dry rub chicken wings and a basket of Cajun fries. It took about 20 mins for food to arrive. The wings were incredibly dry. It was more like lemon pepper crackers than chicken. I ate two and attempted a third wing but couldn’t stomach any more of the sandpaper texture. The fries were cooked correctly and tasted great. Service: the waitress was super nice and friendly but she didn’t come out to my table to check if I needed anything else. She did ask how the food was and I told her. She said sorry and asked if I wanted anything else. Atmosphere: It was dead inside. It was dead outside. For some reason they had the patio heaters on full blast while the temperature outside at the time was about 85F. I don’t think I’d come back here for food.
Quality food and quality customer service is dead last on this place list. The fish did not have any flavor. The fries were soggy and extremely salty. The fish was hot, the fries were luke warm. The place was petty dead, even though it was NFL playoffs. The waitress was nonchalant, inattentive, lacked awareness of physical space and what she was doing. I had to ask multiple times for silverware, I finally went to the bar to ask for silverware and guess what received the same treatment. Guess it's the work culture there. The silverware was dirty. I decided to have everything returned. Absolute terrible experience. Will not be returning. Hate that I recommended this pace to our out of town guest, as they had the same experience.
Chicken wings are okay.Fries were not crispy and soft fish was unseasoned and Flavorless, and we're was flavorless as well, and cheeseburger order was with no onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Let's let me run it back, would onions only. I would not recommend this place for diamonds.Only for drinks in tvs.
