On a Sunday night I sat at the bar for chicken and beer (Honey Glazed) and chicken to go (Fiesta Lime). Both were very tasty, but the bar music was outrageously loud, causing everyone to constantly scream at each other -- outrageously loud x2.

We used to go to Applebee's and we had stopped. It was 2 years or 2.5 years.. it was disgusting.. well me and my wife we went there again.. the menu is new entrees. I had the chicken and shrimp.. it was very good.. we will be back again..

The server was friendly and polite in general. I seated at the table around the bar area, so the server was one of two bartenders. It took her some time to come greeting me and take the order. She checked back on me after the drink and food were received. But I still felt it took much more time to get her attention and check on me. Not convenient though, still prefer to sit at the bar. The manager was working around the kitchen and sometimes in the bar, as I could see. Tipsy Leprechaun Cocktail tasted good but I felt the alcohol was a bit weak in the whole drink body. The presentation was very good with the green color fluid and some golden granulated sugar at the glass top; great for the celebration of Saint Patrick's Day. The temperature was ice-cold nicely. Spinach & Artichoke Dip tasted fine and normally traditional. The music volume level was just right for the night time. The guest conversation level was not quite loud. I would say I felt comfortable to enjoy the drink and food over here in the dinner time. There were 4 TVs around the bar area; all were on and playing. The best one for me to watch is the big screen TV in the center of the bar. The quality was good and clear to watch the baseball game. The other small TV which I could still watch was playing the news or the weather. Nicely enjoying the time here.

Stopped by to wait out the traffic and have dinner. The reception by the hostess was nice and I was seated immediately. My waitress was friendly and efficient and I had the white queso dip and water with lemon within 5 minutes of being seated. The dip wasn't exactly creamy but it had flavor and was just warm enough to eat immediately so I did. Then came the Tex Mex bowl with shrimp. I was really looking forward to the mixed greens because I'd been wanting a salad every since I drove by Salad To Go (review coming soon😉) earlier that day. Also staring cilantro lime rice, guacamole and black bean and corn salsa. I dug in to discover tons of iceberg lettuce with maybe a bit of romaine sprinkled round to say it's "mixed greens". To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Aside from that it was well seasoned and very flavorful. That lettuce tho SMH. I left feeling filled but somehow not quite satisfied. But Applebee's has a little something for everyone. Stop by and see what they have for you!!

Asked for a blue hawaiin drink refused to say they serve it here even though I had got it multiple times. Well this time the drink tasted sour, and the worse type of tangy you could think of. I asked to take it off my ticket cause it tastes gross. But no theu refused to. I go to Applebee's in Richardson never had a problem before But either way sent me 2 managers to tell me the same thing. Also the food was burned the mozzarella had no cheese in them. The yogurt was tary. Juat will never come back to this location again.

We went as a party of 5 for my grandmother's 91st birthday because that's where she wanted to go. We were sat at approximately 6pm, ordered within 10 minutes and the food didn't arrive until 7:04. My grandmother's food and the appetizers were the only food that was good. When we asked for the manager the server told us that he had asked her twice to come to the table. The third time he asked she finally came over. She discounted the meal $15.00 and said that's all she could do for us. When I told her why were there, she replied " I have had bad birthdays too". The food was awful and the manager was unprofessional. We will not go back.

I was not going to post a review, but now I feel I must. My fiancé and I visited this location over a month ago and the entire visit was so much worse than awful. The staff was not very friendly, It took a while for them to come and take our order and there was only probably 10 people in the restaurant, Then they give us the entire incorrect order. They gave me the totally wrong burger, My fiancé ordered a chicken sandwich that arrived dripping with grease. She had so much grease in that sandwich that when she took a bite out of it, it squirted grease all over her chest. It even left a burn mark on her chest That is how hot that grease was. That is way too hot and should not be served that hot. Also should not be served dripping grease from the patty. Me and my fiancé both don’t like confrontation, So due to that fact, and the fact that we didn’t know who the manager was because we could barely find our waitress, We decided not to say anything in the store and instead call corporate. I called corporate made a complaint sending in the pictures of the burn Mark And the lady on the phone was very nice. Very apologetic. Wanted to make sure my fiancé was OK. She then told me one of the store leaders will be reaching out to me well, a couple days later somebody reaches out to me turns out it was not from the store. It was another guy who was asking More to follow up questions about The incidents. Instead of being concerned, He immediately told me well it was my fault that I didn’t tell the manager on duty. He told me he would send this to the actual manager of the store and he would be contacting me, but it’s been over a month and that has not happened yet. The entire behavior of the staff tells me that this Applebee’s location cares more about making a profit than their customer safety. This is hands-down, the worst experience I’ve ever had. I used to love Applebee’s But after this visit, they have lost me as a customer. Honestly, Applebee’s is lucky she wasn’t burned more severely otherwise this would’ve become a major problem for them. All I want is to make sure this doesn’t happen to anybody again, If I can get a refund for the whole order an inconvenience and that would be even better, but I would settle for the safety of the next customer that goes to This restaurant. The fact that they can’t even call to make sure we’re OK or offer. Apologies when somebody gets burned and or injured at their restaurant is baffling to me.

Once again, looking for a place for Thanksgiving. You couldn't PAY me to eat here again. I remember eating there last Thanksgiving. The atmosphere was chaotic, young people running (literally) the place. The "Thanksgiving Dinner" was ... well, it was very, very similar to a Stouffer TV dinner. The turkey was nothing more than a couple slices of thin, cold-cut type meat. Very tasteless .. like it had been sitting in hot water, waiting for me to arrive. Everything else was very minimal, stuffing, cranberry sauce was missing, had to ask for it. Everything was dry, dry, dry. Stay away.

Bell was great. The manager which he shouldn't be, honestly he lied lol and I cancel my food order. Not spending my money in a place when you deliberately lie in my face. If the beer is nasty , its nasty ...had better beer at Twin peaks. Twin peaks is actually a good place for beer and food, beer ice cold glass and all. Great beer. Simple his management skills is sorry. As he is lol, he talking bout , " can not switch it out because they had trouble changing, blah blah." Hell the bartender could have easlit swith it and i would have been good. I was actually ready to spend a good amount because i love beer and whisky , but after that , hell naw and first time there too, me and my friend and we stay in Rockwall !! Smh As he is lol. Me and my friend was there. Paid for the 2 drinks , well she did. Could have simply give me another beer . He trash trash, my guy go take some classes on customer service from the Udemy platform or some . But Bell the server was GREAT !!

First off the waitress was really nice but got both my order and my significant others wrong but that wasn't the worst part I bit into my chicken sandwich and hot grease squirted on me and burned my chest we took the chicken off the bread and patted it down with a napkin and it soaked the napkin up with the grease. I didn't want to say anything in the restaurant cause of my severe anxiety but My fiance called to complain to higher up and it's been 2 weeks and they haven't gotten back to us.

My husband, son and I visited this location last week and our waitress was horrible. She didn't refill our drinks she took a very long time coming to check on us and she added an extra $7 to her tip. I hope the manager let her go and better servers are employed because it is usually a decent location.
