This place is a hidden gem. We prob get takeout once a week from them. The shrimp lo mein and fried rice is so good. Don’t be fooled by the location! Highly recommend

I absolutely love this place! This is the ONLY place I’ll eat Chinese food from. Their spicy beef lomein and fried rice is amazing. Never disappoints! Delivery does take a while but it’s worth it!

Have picked up twice. Called in, ready on time both times. Good Moo Goo Gai Pan, Szechuan Chicken, Chicken Wings. Too hot to touch when picked up! Friendly staff.

Large serving sizes for the price. Really good. Have everything like panda except teriyaki chicken but better you get more food for your money.

For nearly 40 years one of our family Christmas traditions has been Chinese takeout on Christmas eve. Several years ago, our go to Chinese food restaurant changed hand, again, and not for the better! Ever since then we've been trying to find a good old-fashioned North American Chinese food restaurant.The kind of American Chinese food we got to enjoy back in the 50s and 60s. Food with basic flavors, sweet, salty, savory, umami. Dishes heavy on meat—good meat, velveted tender perfectly done, with no gristle. Deep fried crisp deliciousness options like sweet and sour pork. Basic vegetables. Thick yummy sauces. Everything was fantastic. Nothing says comfort like old fashioned Chinese take - out. When I read about Chinese Harbor I even thought maybe a Latin owned Chinese food restaurant could better replicate the food for which I was longing. China Harbor nailed it! And this restaurant serves up unusually generous portions!

Ordered via doordash and the food was fresh and hot. I enjoyed each dish very much. Loved the hot oil as it was actually spicy and not stale. Was able to make 3 meals out of my food. Did not disappoint and my picky eater loved the chicken nugget kids meal and even tried the egg roll.

10/10 recommend. I have been going to this place for as long as i can remember, i always got the white rice with brown sauce and it always hit!!! love the atmosphere here cashiers are always so nice and helpful especially Ana! her customer service is on point, she has helped me try so many different things and everything always hit the spot!! ALL OF YOU THAT HAVE BEEN HATING ON THIS PLACE NEED TO GET A LIFE BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

The food was delicious! Friendly people. The combination lo mein and beef egg roll were the best for me. Will be coming back again, by the way the extra spicy on the lo mein was on point.

This restaurant is in an older building, it kind of threw us off and personally not conducive to dine in, so that is my only negative point and reason for 4 stars. Great takeout a d food has always been very good. Good service otherwise and my new goto Chinese food takeout.

Ordered for the first time tonight. Went through DoorDash because we were just looking for a new Chinese food place since we arent crazy about any of the ones close to us. We ordered Beef and Broccoli, Pork Fried Rice and the Mongolian Combo which had beef, chicken and shrimp, and requested it to be extra spicy. Extra spicy did not disappoint. The pork fried rice was delicious and a huge portion. The beef and broccoli was amazing and it wasnt just a ton a broccoli either! We will definitely order again!

Food is good and the service used to be. It takes forever for someone to answer the phone, had to call twice to be put on hold. So far I've called 7 times in tfhe last 5 minutes, and no one answers, because they forgot our eggrolls and LoMein. Probably won't get that part of our order or our money back because no one is answering the phone. So I drove all the way to the store to get my order but they apparently lost power and they were closing for the evening an hour early. Because the fire was down and they had already started cleaning the kitchen they couldn't complete the order they apologized and they gave me two free drinks to make up for what was missing. I can live with that I just wish they would have answered the phone and told me what was going on.

I loved the food! But not sure what all they charge me for. Seemed to much for dinner for 2 and 2 sodas.

The Crab Ragoon was mostly cream cheese and since I am not a fan of the taste of cream cheese all by itself, I couldn't eat it. The rice tasted like it was cooked with the deep deep fried chicken wings.

LIARS! Take some responsibility, unlike you, I have nothing to lose. Going back & forth with customers says a lot about your character, previous customer review found a roach IN their meal!! Have the day you deserve!! ROACHES in the building!!…We have ordered from this place for years, brushed off the rude cashiers because we liked the food. We always pick up from the drive thru but today I went in to wait on my food for 45 minutes since that’s what I was told the wait time would be. As I walked in to the restroom & turned the lights on roaches started crawling around, one went down the sink & the others hid under the pedestal sink. I went & softly told the cashier what I saw, not wanting other customers to hear. She informed the owners wife what I saw but she denied having any bugs & that I needed to “stop saying they have roaches & it’s not like my house is super clean!!!” I told her “well I don’t have roaches” but she continued to be rude. I just requested my money back & left. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK

Bad fried rice (over cooked and bland) and this is supposed to be Szechuan chicken. Not sure what this is, but not that. On top of being mislabeled, it was bland and had about 10 pieces of chicken in it.

Placed order at 6:45 for egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, and beef broccoli. Was told a 45 minute wait. Got there to pick up and was told they didn't have any more soup. Why let me place an order for it and wait an hour. Didn't even have the courtesy to call me back to tell me my order was not able to be completed.

Not only did I have to dial 4 times to be connected, but I was told that 2 miles is too far to deliver to me. It would have been fine if our neighbors hadn't had them deliver just last week, and given us their menu. I've never been spoken to so rudely in my life. Good to know I suppose.

Fried rice is overdone (mushy) and tastes like city water. Not sure if this is really beef, has a slimy outer coating and there’s too much sauce in this dish - I didn’t order soup. Also, dish was piping hot while rice on the side was cold. Not pleased and won’t be returning.

Orange chicken is disgusting. It is about 90% breading, only 10% chicken (if you are lucky). It is also very mushy. Also had no flavor. The owner asked why it was disgusting so I am being more specific. Will not return.

Tried to place an order 45min before they closed and said they weren't taking no more orders

I called my order in ahead. I told them i wouldn't be there til 6pm to pick it up. They made it.....waited....then threw it out. I arrived at 5:45p ( i wasn't late ) and i STILL had to stand there and have them make it. They only gave me a 5% discount.

Got here at 7:50 trying to get some dinner they close at 9 pm but told me to wait outside for a text message when my food is ready 25 min later my food was ready and I seen people going in and out picking up their food, I got down and they didn’t wanna open the door anymore just drive thru. I was really upset about this really bad customer service. Drive thru was full I ended up getting my food till 8:40.

I deleted my comment from months ago to give this place a chance to get better.. But each time I've gotten shrimp lo mein from you all it has been burnt.. it smell burnt and taste burnt... Never again!! You should taste your food...

I've been eating here for like 5 years & always loved it but this last time I called for 30 minutes straight & didn't get an answer so I had to wait until I got to the restaurant to order which resulted in having to wait an additional 25 minutes for my food

Ive only known this place for a few weeks, food is great. I usually order in the evenings and weekends, today i was told we dont serve lunch after 4 pm?? Like did the dude not know in most chinese places lunch n dinner usually mean portion size? Just ranting food is good but not planning on going there again.

I was asking for recommendations for a new place to try out Chinese food. My mother in law lives very close by to this place and I asked her about it. She said the food is good, but the people working there are rude. After reading reviews, I can overlook roaches in the restroom, 45 minute wait times, but the way that the person is replying to bad reviews confirms the bad attitude. I hope the owner takes charge of that. People aren’t getting the food for free. I understand defending your business since this is your livelihood, but there needs to be some further training in customer service. The smugness of the replies come across loud and clear. If you are reading my review and this makes you uncomfortable, good. Do better! I’ll stick to Golden Pot. While it is a little pricier and further from me, I will always stick with good customer service. In the meantime, this review is for my sweet mother in law. She doesn’t deserve the rudeness. Updated: I have no interest in interacting with your business after the way my mother in law was treated. You’re “sorry she feels that way.”If you think that’s how you apologize, it’s not. Take some responsibility. Instead of taking a good look at how you respond in person and in writing, you want to defend why you’re so rude. From what I could tell, the people that wrote the bad reviews go off the energy you give when you interact with them in your place of business. Read those reviews again. My goodness. How you respond to customers, especially when a problem arises, speaks volumes about a business. On another note, I’m glad you took the time to read Golden Pot’s reviews. I have seen them advertised all over Facebook for their great service and food.
