ViVi Bubble Tea

Cute little boba tea shop about one block from AMC theater in the Firewheel shopping center. A few places to sit with a window seat option. If you have any trouble ordering, the cashier's are very helpful. The teas and other options are great and they have a punch card for repeat visits. I didn't give 5 stars because it was a but messy inside. The tables needed to be cleaned and the walls were beat up.

Tea is good, but they wont mix any flavors that aren't selections on the menu example, peach and lychee mix).

Tapioca is 50 cents. This is how much they put for 50 cents, which seems overpriced for me considering other chains cost as much but at least give you more than this. But the drink itself was good, just disappointed they couldn't spare more tapioca/boba. The ambiance is great, they have games and couches. I can see teens hanging out here. Theres a table if one wants to study here.

Tapioca is 50 cents. This is how much they put for 50 cents, which seems overpriced for me considering other chains cost as much but at least give you more than this. Got the Strawberry Yakult and it was delicious, the problem was the strawberry fizzy tea they gave, it wasn't good, didn't taste like strawberry, and the lid wasn't fully and securely sealed. It just slowly leaked all over my backpack at first and then on my pants. Over all the bobas are good, I just don't recommend getting the fizzy drinks they give with the plastic container and soda lids.

Does not have a good taste, it literally taste like melted ice with water and milk powdered mixed . Nothing compares to coconut milk tea! SWEET MIX in Richardson is 100xs better!

By far not the best Boba place. They won't mix anything for you. So if u wanted a mango strawberry slush it's not happening. Its one flavor. Cups are small so a medium is a small and large is tall but thin... the picture is large... i guess I'm used to the other sizes at different places.

Me and my friend decided to try this place while we were out, and it wasn't the best experience. The drink was delicious, but the employee working was quite rude to my friend. She was using a gift card so it was a bit confusing trying to use it, and the girl working was acting annoyed and like we were wasting her time, even though there were no other customers in the store. My friend still tipped even after her rude behavior, but we likely won't be returning here due to the bad attitude we received.

You couldn’t pay me a million dollars to go back to this establishment the way another customer and I was treated by the cashier and her disgusting attitude. I didn’t care what kind of say you having don’t rubbed that off on customers. All I asked for was assistance on all the strawberry flavored drinks and I even narrowed it down. I will NEVER return there again. Keep your nasty attitude.

I will NEVER go back to this boba place. My daughter received a $10 gift coupon for her birthday so we went today so she could spend her gift coupons. This lady in the picture accused our coupons as being counterfeit! She inspected them saying it’s not the “same paper”. She was looking at them in the light as if it was fake money. She then picks up her phone and goes back to look at the purchase record to see if we purchased the gift coupons. She finds the record where they purchased but instead of apologizing for accusing me of having counterfeit coupons she proceeds to say “well it’s still a copy of the original coupon”, no apology…nothing! Please do not support this business!!

Both of these drinks were pretty underwhelming along with the Taro milk tea being water down and tasted more like the jasmine tea component it’s made with versus taro. My Oreo drink was okay but also tasted a bit water down as well. The cashier who took our order was a blue haired person who was quite rude and kind of shown a bit of an attitude. She didn’t seem very patient with us and continued to gossip about other customers after our order. As well as drinking their boba while in mid-transaction with us. I hope next time our drinks taste better.

Then (this time) when my drink came out it had boba and jelly and all kinds of stuff in it, when I asked her if she can remake it even tho they charged me extra, she said no I would have to buy another one. The time before that…. Let’s not even start. Customer service is a one star for me. Every single time they make they ”milk tea” it is filled to the rim and twice it had busted open on me today would be the third time within the last month!

Didn’t care to tell me the drinks were gonna take extra long because they had to make the tea otherwise I wouldn’t have waited about 20 minutes for a drink. To top it off, they got my order wrong so I went back and one of the workers had the nerve to blame it on me because I was supposed to check the drinks before “taking them” when they were directly handed to me. She said they call out by names but my name was never taken? Terrible service and horrible management.

I arrived, there was one employee at the counter. She briefly turned and said “sorry,” and I noticed she was making drinks, so I patiently waited at the counter. After about 10 minutes of waiting without being acknowledged or helped, another customer walked in, and she immediately took their order, even though I had been waiting the entire time. At that point, I felt completely overlooked and disrespected, so I chose to leave without placing an order. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning to this location. I wanted to share this feedback so management is aware of the customer service issues at this store. Location firewheel between 9-10pm

I walked in , no greeting she didn’t even look at me lol She was standing at the cash register and i was in front of the cash register!! I stood there about a min then i walked out .
