Nice place and nice people but had to tell them my single sandwich order 3 different times and they'd lost track of it by the time I got to the counter to pay. So I paid while they made the sandwich. It ended up soggy with a lot of oil and hot peppers. When you pay you have to poke around with tip buttons. Odd for having no table service and not having seen the food yet. Perhaps it was just a bad day for them.

Picked up a simple sandwich here late in the afternoon. The workers were trying hard but were clearly understaffed. The drink stations looked disgusting. I'm not sure I'm actually going to eat my food. Management needs to address the sanitation of this place or be fired. I'm guessing this location is being run by a cheapskate.

I’ve been to this location NUMEROUS times for years. Tonight they got my sandwich wrong. Instead of giving me a refund for the CASH that I paid, they said that they would send me a gift card of equal value of my sandwich and asked for my address to send the gift card. Which I may never see. They probably have a scam going on bc who refuses to give them their cash back? They probably zero out the order and pocket the cash.

Website/App down all day, tried to call in an order and was told they aren’t accepting phone orders and to wait until the website came back up. Didn’t mind that, but then when I came in for the sandwich half of the toppings were missing and the mushrooms were completely raw. Overall super unimpressed, just hoping it was a bad day for them and not the usual product.

I don't eat here often but when I do I always get the Italian sandwich. Something changed within the last 6 months and they've gotten stingy with the deli slices. There used to be at least twice the amount of meat shown in the picture. The last 3 times I've eaten here I noticed prices increased. Example, avocado doubled from $2 to $4 for large sandwiches and the amount of meat in the Italian sandwich was reduced to a single layer of the 3 deli meats. The price point vs the food is no longer good value. I can get a 6 oz steak dinner plate for the same price. Will never be going back.

Ordered online twice, the first time It gave me the message of an error and the order did not go through, the second time I even ordered an additional item, turns out when I got home both charges went through and I did not receive the additional item. I called and talked to Loren who assured me she would refund the duplicate amount and send me a gift card for the item missing. It has been over a month and neither has occurred. I was a regular customer but not anymore. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Ordered my food and then it took 7 minutes to check out. Because somebody jumped in front of me from outside. Basically that came in the store-bought one cookie. There is no other customers ahead of me. Dan, checked me out, they checked out That guy first just to buy a cookie and Brianna just stood there. She could have checked me out as well but she was doing nothing.

Lazy people working here. Don't want to make sandwiches. Did not complete my sandwich. Did not ask for extra toppings and when I pointed out she threw my sandwich at me as if obliging me. If you don't like this job go find something better yo do in life. Money does not come free to any of us. A customer pays for the product and expects respect and service. Never going back to potbelly ever.

I ordered online and when I go to pick up they lady kept trying to give me someone else's order ,I should have taken it because what I got was a joke. ordered a large wreck a supposed fan favorite meaty sandwich which was so lacking of meat it was more of a tomato sandwich with sauce.. my wife gut the turkey mini with vegetable soup. her sandwich had green tomatoes on it and the soup taste funky. what a waste if $26. promise I won't be back

This place used to be great to go to. Just visited with my Dad after a couple years. I wanted toppings on my sandwich but the person making it just gave it to me and I even said I wanted toppings. She then just said she would hand it to me on the side very rudely. I did not want the toppings on the side. 😂

"My first visit to Potbelly had a couple of awkward moments. When I asked about the soup, the lady rather curtly said it was 'listed up there.' I was simply asking if there was a daily special. Then, while waiting for my shake, I was told to sit down because it would take a while, even though I was just getting utensils. To the lady: a little less attitude goes a long way, and your tuna sandwich was quite dry."

It was awful z the girl behind the counter does not know how to make a sandwich. Everything was just piled on the bread STUFF FALLING OFF.. we ask for light peppers she put a bunch on.i don’t think I’ll go back .. we have ate there a lot… this was the extras ! What a waste
