Salad and Go

In our regular rotation for healthy fast food. I like the Jalapeño Ranch and my son prefers the Cobb. They're pretty good about making adjustments as needed. Note this is just a drive through location.

Love to be able to grab a healthy and delicious fast food meal for a reasonable price. The salads are great. I have never had a salad there that I did not like but my faves are the Autumn, Jalapeno Ranch, and Cobb. Protein boxes are great for a quick healthy snack and the breakfast bowls are good also. They also have great hot and iced coffee and black tea. The best thing is that you can customize anything that you order to taste and/or dietary requirements. I highly recommend!

This place has been so helpful to me while dieting. Great quality salads, great flavor options, and so quick and efficient to go through, all at a very affordable price. Salads are customizable. I really appreciate the work they’ve put into being transparent about the macros and nutrients in each product. Makes tracking calories so easy. I’ve also seen that their products are on most diet tracking apps. Love the Jalapeño ranch salad.

Good food, great prices! I can go here when money is low and get a good meal feeling satisfied. I usually don't finish the whole salad or wrap. Their drinks are delicious as well. I tried their breakfast wraps for the 1st time! The Mediterranean is my favorite with the spinach and cheese. The bacon egg & cheese is also great. I wish they offered them not only at breakfast time. I also had the Harvest wrap, which was delicious with the sweet potato, corn, etc. All meat can be substituted for tofu. Overall great fast food that is healthy 😊

Awesome place with great food and great prices. Everything I've had from here has been good. The service is always good. I have had their wraps, salads and soup and all were superb. Honestly on of my favorite places to grab something quick and healthy.

Found a piece of avocado skin with label in the salad. Otherwise, I do enjoy their salads and drinks, but they need to pay more attention to the food prep.

Spoken to by a rude young lady who was condescending when I asked if I could make a correction to my order this morning. Also, the young employees at this location tend to forget to close the window when making an order and two times in a row I’ve heard inappropriate/ should be private conversations. I think redirection and reminders of professionalism could benefit this location.

Fake chicken. I’ve had the chicken Cobb salad from this location before and it was good. However the chicken had no taste and it looked and tasted like the chicken from a bag to microwave and it was very mushy. I picked out the “chicken” to eat the salad. Maybe they are trying to cut back on costs either way it was not good.

All of the tomatoes were very soft and mushy. They taste disgusting. Very unpleased with what I got. I bought 2 Cobb salads and both of them had these tomatoes. None of the tomatoes were edible. Very disappointed.

I've been getting salads at this location since it opened and lately I've been getting wilted old spinach in my salad. I just bought this today and i had to dig out the bad stuff. 👎 I sure hope the Rowlett store opens soon and is better than this.

I love the food but this is the third time that they don't add avocado to my Cobb salad, I was just there and specifically asked if they added the avocado and the guy said yes, I get home an no avocado 😔 do better.

I emailed corporate about my experience and both times was offered a coupon for less than the price of the salad that was inedible. I understand why so many Salad and Go locations closed not too long ago in the DFW area, if corporate won’t stand behind their products customers won’t keep coming back. Personally, I will drive further and pay more for a Chic-fil-a salad that at least I know I will be able to eat, than to waste my money at Salad and Go for spoiled food that I can’t eat.

I will not return to any Salad and Go until they learn to follow my instruction of Not putting the dressing in with the Salad. Repeatedly I ask them to leave the dressing on the side, not in with the Salad. I don't know where that dressing container has been sitting...an unsanitary counter? Now the whole salad is contaminated. How unappetizing. They always say they'll do what I ask. But when I get to the window to pay, the dressing container is sitting on the salad.
