We arrived at the Pizza Hut a minute or two after the expected ready time, then waited another 2 mins for the person in front us to finish up. The attendant then said it would be another 4 mins. He did not return to the window for another 10 minutes at which point he offered no explanation and then said it was being boxed up and would be out soon. 5 minutes later we had our order. That’s about 20 minutes later than what was expected. That combined with his utter lack of customer service skills is the reason for this rating. The food was at least really good. If you have another Pizza Hut within your vicinity, try that one instead.

Do not order any products from this location, unclean and the service and food is horrible. Contacting Pizza Hut Corporate. When comforted about the order the manager was rude and unprofessional. Never again.

I ordered a large supreme pizza and large pepperoni pizza....the supreme had so much vegetables and less meat..the pepperoni wasn't a pepperoni it was a cheese....then when I checked and seen there wasn't any pepperoni just cheese..the kicker was that she offered to cook the pepperoni slices to put on top of my pizza....she said she forget to hit the pepperoni button 🤯🤔 after getting off work and driving thru the ice that's what i got...if I never checked i wouldn't even knew...then the so called (supreme supreme)has no meat but a few pepperoni s and a few sausages, no chicken no bacon just alot of mushrooms,onions and olives..hardly any sauce..it was just trash...they need to be stopped

I guess we just can't order pizza anymore. I've found myself dropping 1 star reviews on Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Domino's in the last hour. Will no one take my money and send me some pizza? With Pizza Hut, the website was fine until I went to the cart to finalize the order. Then they refused to accept the one time pass code they texted me to complete the order. Meanwhile, I have an account with my email and a password, but the only login option they are offering is the (broken) one to text a (nonfunctional) one time pass code. The enshitification of ordering pizza appears to be upon us.

Usually I enjoy Pizza Hut, but this location has been disappointing. The extra-large guy at the front is extremely rude and lazy — he constantly avoids helping customers and disappears to the back. I’ve been here multiple times, and every visit is the same: they take forever to take orders while they just stand around talking. The store is also very dirty, which makes it even worse. It’s sad to see paying customers being ignored like this. This place clearly doesn’t care about good service or cleanliness.

The one Verry large man working the night shift was very rude. I had to wait a very long time before I was even acknowledged being in the store after I kept asking for someone to come to the counter he erased his voice at me was very rude and never let me finish what I was trying to say when I tried explaining to him what order I was there to pick up snatch the food I had in my hands out of my hands yelled at me overall was a very bad experience. This is my third time having a terrible experience at this restaurant. All the other locations nearby are great great I love the Wylie location the Plano and the Murphy location always a great experience. The sax one is always very rude very confrontational and never tries to help me with my order , it is gross. I have seen roaches in the lobby and they are always very rude. I would like something to be done about this because it is not the first time it is a very large white man on night shift is always rude.

The guy there was rude didn’t come up to the counter for like 10 minutes when I said something he had an attitude and told me to wait rudely and was asking for my name while picking up my DoorDash order when he doesn’t need it and tried to snatch the food away from me

Horrible customer service. Wanted extra cheese on my cheese breadsticks and would pay extra. Was told “no” because there was no button for extra cheese. I just ordered the same thing 5 days prior at the same location and no issues. Blame was put on GM from the employee at the register.

Service at this branch is awful. I used the app to order food and selected delivery and added a tip. I got confirmation 19 minutes after that the pizza is ready. I’m 1 mile away from the store. After 15 minutes I called and asked where it was. They claimed it was a pick up. I spoke to the manger and first she argued and then said “DoorDash is here and the food is on its way.” 30 minutes later no food. I called back asking where the food was. They said again it’s a pick up. I asked for the manager and she said “you called 10 minutes ago and DoorDash just picked it up.” They’re saying whatever to get you off the phone. It’s now about 70 minutes and no pizza. Don’t support this branch. It’s not worth your time. Instead of arguing and making stuff up they should try to keep a customer happy with.

This review is completely on whoever owns this franchise. This failure…is on the shoulders of management. I ordered online approximately 7:08 pm for carry out. My order was not going to be ready until 8:10 pm. So I head over to the store to pick it up about 8:00 pm. I pull up, and there are no cars in the parking lot. The lights are on, but it looks closed. There is a handwritten sign on the door with a chair placed backwards in front of the door from the inside. I pull around to the drive through and wait for about 4 minutes. No one is visible in the store, it looks closed. After the 4 minutes with no employee in sight, I call the store number. It rings off the hook until the call is disconnected. I then open my door and knock on the window to the drive through. I wait another few minutes, and no one responds. I then call the store again, again it rings off the hook until my call is disconnected. My wait outside the drive through is approaching 15 minutes. I then knock again on the drive through window harder this time. Within about 2 minutes, an employee appears from the rear of the store, unlocks the drive through window and says, “Sorry, I am busy”. I give her my name, she hands me my pizza and I leave. This employee looked exhausted, overwhelmed and overworked. My suspicion is that she was the only employee there.
