This location is not the easiest to get to, but if you go you won't be disappointed. Everyone is so friendly. I know that I'm going to get excellent customer service when I go to Chick-fil-A every time.

Edith in to-go was super patient with my requests, even with my toddler blaring in the background. The food was perfectly placed in the bag, customer service through the roof. I went here on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30 and this place was packed! Fortunately, I got in line before it really got busy. I still ordered rather quickly and my order was completed in no time. The chicken sandwich was quite good, the waffle fries were rather ordinary. I was really impressed with the strawberry shake. It was very, very good. The food is rather pricey.
I've never been to a Chick-fil-A that I didn't like. This one is no different, great food and great staff. -update 30 minutes in line and a lost mobile order can sure change ones opinion of a specific store... - update New renovations are complete and the line is moving a little better.
Great location and hard working staff! I just miss the park and wait delivery with the app. Now, using the app you must go through the drive thru after a year of app ordering online.
I ordered a sandwich and later on changed my mind for a different flavor and without any hesitation they made the sandwich with the flavor I wanted in a matter of minutes, without any extra charges! I do really appreciate their customer service.
Food is enjoyable when you get treated like with top notch quality service. Working in the food industry can be mentally and physically exhausting. I dinned in and all team members are consistent with professionalism and dedication customer service. I do see team members going above and beyond. Please provide extra care and love for all chick fill an employees , it’s extremely HOOTT OUTSIDE 105+ and these young adults are outside working hard.
This place always delivers. The food is consistently delicious, and on the rare occasion they mess up our order, they fix it after letting them know. Even when the line seems long, we navigate through it quickly. The remodeling has multiple lanes and allows the line to move faster. Highly recommend.
We purposely went to sit inside the dining room on this occasion. The drive thru lines move pretty quick, we just wanted to go inside. The staff was as friendly as ever, our food was ready right away. Bathrooms were clean, the dining room was clean and orderly and we had a nice relaxing meal experience.
Ryan and his team are by far the best Chick-fil-A in North Texas and possibly even all of Texas. Never have I experienced such quality, consistency and welcoming at any other restaurant. This location will be a long time favorite of mine as I really feel apart of the family. I highly recommend for any locals to visit and experience the magic they’re doing here in North Garland.
Just left the (George Bush & Garland Ave location) & I just want to recognize you guys for the exceptional, Grade A, Top Notch customer service I received. I pulled up the line was wrapped around the building (per usual). Gabriel met me at my car, super nice, took my order & I probably waited about 5 minutes for my food. A young man walked it out to me & it was fresh & hot & my bun was super soft, just like I like it. I just had to give you all a kudos on an outstanding job well done... Thank you!

I love stopping by at this Chick fil la especially when I’m taking a shift at the Starbucks across the street! The employees always greet and say hello when I walk into the door, and are always understanding and helpful when there is something on the menu I do not understand. The quality of the food is always hot and crisp especially the nuggets!
It was teachers' appreciation week. Chick-fil-A is always great! They were slammed (like they always are) but got our food to the curbside pickup within minutes of our arrival. Food was hot and fresh but the vanilla ice cream was a little gritty. Overall it was great and we will continue going back!
This review is long overdue. On occasion I will dine in for lunch, and I’ve never been disappointed with this location. Matter of fact, quite the opposite! Oh and let me say that Tami is so kind and welcoming. Everyone here is just fantastic!
What can I say? The standard Chick-fil-A fare. Delicious tea - sweet and unsweet, lovely waffle fries with the best sauces, and chicken cooked to perfection, whether that be strips, spicy chicken sandwich or grilled chicken. I haven't yet met a Chick-fil-A I didn't like. Bathrooms are typically along the cleanest in the fast food arena as well. At least two thumbs up.
Love Chick-fil-A any day, but I always seem to want to go on Sundays when they are closed. Sad face. Number one combo with extra pickles and a large sweet tea, throw on some buffalo sauce and/or ketchup and I'm a happy man. Service was fast and employees were friendly which is consistent across most locations.
I do delivery driver as a side-job and picking up food at this location is always a friendly experience. Just today, 2 of the workers I wish I got their names gave me a free drink while I waited for the order to come out. It made me feel appropriate. 10/10 amazing service.

Best chic fil a I have been to by far. Used this location during a tornado warning to honker down, and the employees were so friendly and all seemed to love their job. The ladies working the cash register and the manager at 6:30am were all awesome. Did not encounter anyone else, but sure they are great as the environment seems so healthy to work in.

Very good staff at this Chick-fil-A in particular. They are very attentive and come around asking for refills, sauce, etc. Taylor was very nice! He was walking around cleaning tables and refilling drinks with a smile. Estella (I think that was her name) was cleaning the bathrooms when we went and they looked fantastic. Then Kaylee came by when we were done to make sure everything tasted good. Great job! This one also has an awesome play area and it was very clean.
Service here is absolutely amazing, the workers always go above expectations. If you are dine in, they will continue to checkup on you like a restaurant server, even though they don’t have to. They will ask if you need anything, and throw away your trash. The food here is also best tasting compared to any other cfa in the area.

Can’t express my gratitude enough for this specific Garland Chic Fil’A. The staff is amazing, a different kind of ‘My pleasure’. I love that they grant scholarships to college students to further their career. The manager here Justin Campbell is the hardest worker in the building at all times and strives to help his staff become the best. They also sponsor several of our Spirit Nights and have always been so generous in catering our events and serve with excellence!
Oh my God, my wife and friends think I am either brainwashed or crazy because I can't stop talking about how amazing this new mac and cheese recipe is. It is the best thing you can purchase to eat at any fast food resturaunt that I am aware of in the known world. It tastes like someone took grandma's perfect Mac and cheese and shredded another half pound of block cheddar cheese into it for good measure. This is what every death row inmate will be asking for from now on!!!(not sure if they even do that anymore.). Get some and you are welcome.
I had such a great experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Jason! After I ordered, I realized all my cup holders were full and I wasn’t sure how I’d carry all my drinks. Jason noticed and kindly offered me a drink carrier without me even having to ask. That small but thoughtful gesture really made my day easier and showed how much he cares about customer service
Besides the crazy drive thru lines service here is always great food always hot , never had missing items A1 service ordering thru the app is a go 🔥🔥🔥 double bottom bun is wild though definitely didn't order that

Never disappoints. Chick fil a hits the spot every time. Go to breakfast is a chicken biscuit with bacon and cheese, it classes it up a few notches and is totally worth it
Great location and excellent execution. I called ahead and my order was ready exactly to the specifications I requested, on time, even during a busy morning rush. Ryan Smith, the manager, was running a smooth operation and firing on all cylinders. What impressed me most was seeing Ryan on the floor with a mop in hand, making sure the store was in top condition and showing his team that no task is beneath leadership. He also took the time to ask about my experience as a customer while holding the door for me on my way out. Bravo to Ryan for leading like an executive and setting the standard for customer service and team culture.
The food was amazing 10/10 chicken sandwich, it never disappoints me, I go by every week. I was greeted by David while I was walking into the restaurant, he was very polite. Service is fast, I got my order under a minute! This is very impressive. Wow.

Always friendly service and fresh food. The kids play area was clean and my toddler had a lot of fun going down the slide. Bathrooms were clean and tidy as well. We love using the app for fast and easy service whether it’s through the drive through or dining in.

Okay… SO WHOEVER MADE THIS COBB SALAD NEEDS A RAISE! I’ve been to plenty of Chick-fil-a and they always tend to give me like 4 nuggets with a WHOLE Cobb salad… this location was a whole different story. Possibly the best one I’ve had in a long time. So thank you to whoever made my salad, you made my day.
This food is always so good, it doesn't taste like fast food. I had another great experience at Chick-fil-A, which has the fastest service I've seen. This location has a play place, and you can access the tea without having to get the employees behind the counter get it for you. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some good food.

It's amazing how the continuous flow of people are serviced quickly. At every Chick-fil-A I notice the sense of urgency to serve customers, and friendly atmosphere. Great place for anyone and family
UPDATE: added 2 more stars! They have revamped the drive through! 2 lines and employees outside with tablets to order from. HALLELUJAH!! Been there several times since then and quick service and still GREAT FOOD! I LOVE CHIC FIL A! BUT...Sadly I have been by this location at least 5 times in the last couple of weeks and drove away without food. The line literally wrapped around the building TWICE! The first few times I just looked at the line and the speed it was moving and decided I didn’t have time to wait through it. I thought maybe it was just a fluke and would be shorter next time. NOPE! The last time I decided to go ahead and try the line. I got in line and rounded the building once and was even with the speaker after 5 minutes but still in the outside lane with one more wrap around to go. Then the person in front of me let THREE CARS IN LINE IN FRONT OF ALL OF US!! I was furious!! 😡😡 There were several cars behind me that wrapped all the way around to the front. They need to have someone directing traffic at the back of the parking lot if the line is that long to keep this from happening! I WON’T be back until the line is MUCH BETTER managed. This is ridiculous!! 😡
Nothing against Chick Fila A! I love the restaurant. But I was feeding 3 hungry kids and I was missing some food, and didn't get the sandwich I requested (pretty sure it was someone else's). They are usually on point, as per usual Chick Fil A standards. But not Friday night. Worst part.....my drinks lids weren't put on all the way and *woman driver* they dumped over a spilt all on my console of my car.....yay. Do better, some mom's are struggling and just want to feed their kids all of their dinner and not have to share with siblings who refuse to want to share.

As much as I love Chick-Fil-A their new Maple Pepper Bacon sandwich is not something I’ll try again. I’m sadly disappointed because it looks good and sounds good but the flavors just don’t mix well. It doesn’t come with any kind of dressing so you have to add your own and guess which one will work. They had run out of Mayo when I went (I was shocked! I’ve never been to a CFA that didn’t have Mayo! ) so I chose their Chick-Fil-A sauce. Maybe that was the mistake, I just know I won’t order it again. It’s a “No” for me.

I ordered from their mobile app and it took them 10 minutes to deliver my fries and drink, when it was not busy. Chick-fil-a once had great service but those days are long gone.
Ugh hate it when you get home and food is missing from your drive thru bag. It wasn't that busy yet, before 4pm.

They put my salad in the bottom of a bag that had 6 sandwiches & 6 fries on top. Never had this happen at a chick fil a in any state I travel to. Hot food on top of a cold salad make it make sense. Salads and the fixings go in a separate bag people. Plus they were kind of slow to complete the order & I had to ask for the receipt.
Recently this location has been shorting condiments. I order in the app, and make sure to include all wanted mayo/ketchup etc. 4 of my last 5 trips have either had no condiments, or less than requested. A dry chicken sandwich just doesn't hit the spot. Also, what happened to the bacon today? These pieces are about half the normal size.
The store was empty. Initially, I thought it was closed. Literally, I have not been to an empty Chick-fil-A in a very long time. Even the drive thru was basically empty. I like CFA. Just check my app. Here, they just stumble over their feet. Partially full fruit bowls, missing jellies, wrong drink, slowwwwww service. Even with a few cars in line or people inside. At the CFAs in our town, the drive thru is normally 15 to 20 cars deep, the parking lot is overflowing, it's standing room only. On most mornings, they have rung the cow bell twice by 8am or so. Free orders for every 100 customers. The wait time is manageable, the order is correct, and the employees are turning out oders left and right. Below is how I received their large bowl of fruit....

Honestly the drive through staff just get more and more rude every week. Used to love coming over here for a quick lunch but the last several times the staff have been impatient and kind of miserable. Especially the man with the long blonde hair/pony tail and beard. I will avoid his drive-through line at all costs if I see him when I pull up. Yesterday he was switching back-and-forth so parked and went inside, so I didn’t risk having to interact with such a miserable jerk.
I kid you not, every single time i have ordered their APP and ask my brothers to pick up the food through drive thru, they always call me and tell me a worker said my form of payment did not work. I am currently otp rn w a manager on my 3rd time with this situation. My issue is that they’ll say this is how their system is, and that they haven’t really taken the money yet even though my statement says it’s been taken from my account. so the passed two times i’ve always just paid again, and waited about a week, due to them letting me know it takes 2-5 days for the first amount to come back. i’ll wait a week to see if the cash is back, and it won’t be. so i basically pay for my meal twice. on my second occasion of this happening, a worker gave me a number to call about the issue. i was on hold for about 40 min to an hour. i’m not understanding what the hassle is. if i’m receiving a receipt. with an order number. and im calling to provide this order number each time, and im telling you that you’re taking the money because i see it here on my banking app, like??? maybe change the way your system works? because this is ridiculous.
Luz needs to think more about her customers and customer service because we are the reason she has a job. Dont try and upcharge your customers just because you dont agree with there order !! I asked for a #1 with waffle frys insted of hashbrow. And she said she will have to charge everything seperate..that cost me 2.00 more. But thats ok I paid but you best bet that this location lost 4 customers just by her greediness because we prefer to drive all the way to Richardson to get our order instead of going to this location again and to you Miss Luz God don't like ugly
I got chickfla yesterday morning before work for my coworker and I and I asked for two salads both without tomatoes. As soon as I got to work this is what I saw. I am severely allergic to tomatoes so I had to toss my salad out. My coworker could eat her salad but she had to remove the tomatoes, but I couldn’t even eat it since tomatoes had already touched the salad.
The cashier was very nice and professional..The floor lady was not nice or helpful did not greet me or ask if I needed anything not a pleasant visit when you are not greeted or recognized as a customer.Please explain to me why a employee that mingles and should be helpful to your customers wear a face mask that covers her face and barely can see her eyes.. I really thought that we as a society had moved on from one of the worst periods we endured from our government..Very sad …I love Chick-fil-A food and dine in twice a week..I do enjoy Tami when she works..She is very pleasant.. This particular location made my family wait 35 minutes in the drive through, they took our order 15 cars ahead and we paid, we did not get a receipt and when we got to the window to grab our food they asked what we ordered? And proceeded to tell us that our order was not in their system. We were pretty hungry so we were slightly irritated to hear that if we wanted to order once more it would take 15-20 minutes. My family and I drove off and took our business elsewhere.
Today I went for two salads, a soup, large fry, and lemonade. I got home I had no dressing for the salads. Each time I go they forget something. Please check your order thoroughly before you leave. This food is not cheap and all I want is everything I ordered.

This morning(4/24) about 9:20 am, I went to their drive thru; they opened two lanes but only answered one of them; they were not even busy! I ordered chicken mini meal and got uncooked bread with chicken so I went inside to change to other one. I was charged for a side salad that I did not order. The young man who handed me my food responded with, “you already paid for it anyway”. Umm okay whatever, but they didn’t even give me a dressing for my salad I didn’t ask for. No receipt, so no points for me. When I asked the gentleman who took my order to scan my phone he said he didn’t know how. A bunch of young kids and English is my second language type of people. I’ll stick to my regular location and avoid this place altogether.
I placed an order on the app I ordered the original chick -Fil- A sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich and 2 medium fries I was supposed to receive 2 sandwiches for free through the app I only received 1 grilled chicken sandwich and when I got to the window I told them of their mistake and she had to Charge me $ 4.95 plus tax $ 5.36 every time I come there you all cheat me or my order is messed up I’m going to quit coming to Chick-Fil-A all together this is ridiculous you now owe me $ 5.36 which I will probably never see and I will probably never hear from anybody Thank you
About 7 cars got their food behind us in line when we just ordered 2 meals. Waited and waited at the door while everyone nearly hit our car, trying to get out. Then we got home and had entirely wrong food from what we ordered. Gave us all grilled chicken, and we definitely didn't ask for that. Disgusting
The little kid with the runny nose outside around 7:30 taking orders yesterday. He cannot take an order to save his life. Very bad service. Had to repeat so many times because he couldn’t hear me over the sound of him snorting his boogers back up and he still got it completely wrong. Last straw at this place. Some of these kids have no idea what they are doing and need to be trained better.
They kinda funny style acting, if you don't resemble them. Ima leave it at that.... morning crew
I usually always have a great experience here! But when Melissa had taken my order, she seemed very out of it. I even had her repeat it to me and the order came out wrong because she was so inattentive. She also seemed to have an attitude and was upset when I pulled out my phone to redeem a reward? Good food, bad customer service from Melissa.
Chicken biscuits was not cooked properly and taste like flour.
Had to drive 3 times up there for them to give me the right salad first 2 times all they did was pick out what I did not want instead fixing the mistake
This has to be the twelfth time this has happened. This is the only chick fil a in our area so we frequent. At least 2-3 times a week. It’s gotten so bad to the point where I have to check all 4 of my orders before I drive off causing an inconvenience for everyone. Today the line was so long they immediately instructed me to drive off before I could check. I obliged especially with all that’s going on. To Matt, the manager, why is this so common? What systems do you have in place to ensure people are getting the right order? I can’t even afford the time to get back in line to get this straightened out. Sadly I’ll be quitting this location and I encourage others to do the same. I’ve seen the other reviews. I can’t be the only one having this issue.
This is the worse place to eat at ever. I've never been to a chick-fil-a as bad as this one cust ser was horrible and the manager acted like she didn't know anything or she didn't care at all
Never had I been neglected a coffee at a Chick-fil-A do to the machine already cleaned I was at this location last night and the first thing that I asked was if I could get a coffee and the cashier said yes no problem it might take a little bit longer but no problem then I proceeded to take my order and when he went back to bring me my coffee he came back saying that the manager had told him that we couldn’t make it witch would have been no problem if he had said no since the start since that was why a started my question with the only reason I was there was to have a coffee while I waited for a appointment and was going to eat something as well ended up going down the street to ihop
Absolutely horrible drive thru experience for mobile app ordering. They need a better system for handling large orders in one lane (like pull to window or something). Having one lane backed up for 30+ minutes for one order when the other lane is clear is ridiculous. I do not recommend this place. I don’t know if it’s a training problem or something else, but the ordering at the drive thru is consistently slow. Other chick-fil-a’s in the areas have their systems figured out yet this one can’t for some reason.
