The ambiance of even this “smoothie cafe”was warm and inviting. Great energy EARLY in the morning 🌞 is all some people need. Shout outs to Cat, Jeff, and Layla for my experience and my new smoothie!!!

I've always wanted a smoothie shop that's all natural and this is it! Their food and smoothies are very delicious, the staff has been very friendly and the service is quick! It's my new favorite place to go now!

Friendly & fast service. Quick and convenient healthy food & drink options. My son loved the strawberry banana smoothie, and I enjoyed my breakfast flatbread!

Service is always fast and friendly. I'm always very satisfied with my purchases. I typically visit 2 or more times a week. I always do the survey on my receipt and get a coupon for a discounted smoothie. It's a great deal!

So excited to see this location open officially! Food was awesome and great options for all dietary preferences. Customer service was on point. You’d never know they opened recently bc they were operating like such a well oiled machine. Will be a regular for sure!

Extremely friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming and the food was awesome. Quesadilla and limey smoothie. Only down side is chairs are a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, from my experience, I must give this location near full stars. NOTE: if you are on the spectrum, the loud noises from the blenders may be a bit too much.

Just stopped in for the first time and was blown away when I was met with true hospitality. Kat is an absolutely light to be around - very welcoming and genuine. Drinks are great - got the island sunset (I think) with whey and it’s great.

Ok ,don't get me started on how great this place is. The owner and managers are so awesome. They have only just opened and everytime I have come in the owner remembers my name. This place has a warm and inviting atmosphere. When you enter you feel like your going to see a family member. They know my order and exactly how I like it everytime. You couldn't ask for better care and customer service. This place is hands down phenomenal. If you're ever in this area an need a healthy treat stop in . You will not be disappointed. I've been there every other day since they've opened.

The mango smoothie at this place is my favorite! It seems like it's mainly a "take out" smoothie cafe so when I've always visited - there's been plenty of seats avaliable. Kind young ladies working here, I'm happy about the service I was provided.

It's one of my splurge spots. You never need a smoothie, but when you want to satisfy an urge, this is my spot. The food here is good as well. The jerk chicken wrap is my go-to. Give them a try I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Ordered the chipotle chicken club flatbread, all the chicken was tossed in the middle of the flatbread, tomatos were old and yucky, barely any sauce and then the lettuce was tossed on one side so I had to eat my flatbread like a wrap. I also got the protein peanut butter crunch bowl, i just wish there was more yogurt less toppings. It was so dry due to not alot of yogurt. I love tropical smoothie but I dont think I would get food if I were ever to come back only the smoothies. Restaurant was clean and the cashier was very nice! I just didnt enjoy the food sadly.

Went in today during lunch time. I get that they are busy preparing other clients items, but some sort of acknowledgement would be nice. Both ladies continued working as I wasn’t even there. I ended up just walking out. Disappointed, as tropical smoothie cafe is one of my favorite places. Won’t be returning back to this location.

Very bad customer service and for the life of me I don’t understand why not all but some team members are wearing headphones.( iPhone headphones) at work, it’s very unprofessional when you have customers waiting to order. But overall I like the smoothies and food, it’s just something I’d like to point out cause I genuinely love this place but they messing it up.

I like coupons because it allows me to try new things and if I like it I will go again and again and again. I got my order and the purée at the bottom was solid as a rock. I had to let the bowel sit for 45 mins so it could melt so that I could eat it. Presentation was nice and store was clean but I did not like waiting to eat my food. #frozenyogurtliterly
