Definitely a stand out amongst all the Boba stores in the area. Love their drinks. The consistency is top notch. The ambiance is chill and alot of space inside. Their boba is small which I love with sweet flavor and good texture. Their top 5 drinks on the menu is all a must try.
New fav boba place, went during grand opening and recently for jujutsu kaisen collab, enjoyed both the special smoothies. One of the best brown sugar bobas, the lychee green tea is super refreshing. Will need to try croffles next time.
We were here with a big group and everyone loved their drinks especially from the top 5 menu. My favorite is the Ube brown sugar crème brulee. Service was great and fast. The cozy space was perfect to hang out with friends.
We tried many drinks and loved them all. Now it’s time to try desserts, and this Crème brûlée croffle is to die for. The crème melted in your mouth with each bite of the crispy and fluffy waffle. This made my tastebuds go bananas.
The workers here were so nice and the boba is so good! The boba is so chewy and sweet, and the tea is such high quality. Even after I spilled my drink, they were so kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend. They also have fun Christmas cups right now another plus!
Big brown sugar fan here and their brown sugar drink with boba was perfect. Proper amount of sweetness and milk ratio. The boba was made perfect too - soft on the outside and a chewy center flavored with brown sugar.
I recently tried the Alley’s boba drink, and I was impressed! The tea is incredibly refreshing, with a delightful herbal fragrance that adds an extra layer of flavor. The bobas are perfectly chewy—seriously addictive—and they add such a fun texture to the drink. I also really appreciated that it wasn’t too sweet or too plain; it had just the right balance. You can tell a lot of care goes into making this drink. Definitely a must-try if you’re looking for a well-made boba tea!
I absolutely adore the milk tea here! The taste is consistently superb, and the service staff always go above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. The ambiance of the place is beautiful, and it's incredibly convenient being so close to home. A definite favorite spot for me!
Really good service. Place is really clean and spacious. Got the #1 drink. As I ordered boba with it, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it already came with boba. The Plano location wanted to charge extra for it. The drink is not the same without boba and they want you to buy it. Will be coming back. Glad the Garland area has a good The Alley store now.
The Alley is a popular bubble tea brand known for its signature brown sugar tapioca pearls (Deerioca) and rich, flavorful teas. Their Brown Sugar Deerioca Fresh Milk is a must-try, with perfectly chewy pearls and a creamy, caramel-like taste. The drinks are well-balanced, not overly sweet, and the brand focuses on high-quality ingredients. The sleek, modern aesthetic adds to the experience. While prices are on the higher side, the quality makes it worth it. Also, Jim was very helpful and gave awesome customer service.
i got the brown sugar deerioca creme brulee milk and it was delicious! great customer service, great ambience and amazing music! 10/10 experience
Great Place, great vibe & Great Customer Services. Stop by for one drink after dinner and ended up buying 6 (Because they’re tasted Awesomely Delicious) - Save some for tomorrow Gotta try out the rest of their menu - love them

I love this boba place with all my heart. I come here to get the Brown Sugar Deerioca Creme Brulee milk every time! I have tried many many other boba places but none hit the spot quite as well as The Alley. I HIGHLY recommend.

It was my first time visiting this location. Lychee yogurt smoothie (regular sweet) tasted ok, but wouldn’t get it again. Some of the lychee bits left a bitter taste and the drink itself had lots of big chunks of ice in it. Original purple rice yogurt drink (regular sweet) was good, also had chunks of ice. I’d come back again to try other drinks since I do like the milk teas from the other location.
Do not get the strawberry green tea. It was terrible. So sour and bitter I couldn't finish it. Also they gave me a dirty cup. In contrast, the milk tea is pretty tasty. Too bad we got the trio there is too much stuff included. If you love different toppings in your tea go for this one. They also have panna cottas here. I tried the mango one and devoured that in like 2 sec so yummy.

There was one person studying here and no one else. The service was horrible, it seemed like she didn’t care. I took a long time to look at the menu, but not once did she come to check up on me. Once she came to the register, she didn’t say ANYTHING… she was changing the store music??? I almost rang the service bell WHILE she was standing there avoiding eye contact until I spoke. I would’ve ordered on the kiosk, but it wasn’t working.

I work for my boyfriend’s family’s business and hate writing bad reviews because I know and can understand the distress it can cause to business owner and the business itself but I felt like I needed to express some slight concern. The two women at the front cashier didn’t greet when we approached to order, just looked at us, for one. That caused an unsettling atmosphere already. Their sugar levels are 100 to 50 to 25. No in between the 100 to 50. Like 75, or something. Our Passionfruit GT drinks were sooo sugary, full of syrup, and just not good. We asked them to simmer the sugar down and they said there’s nothing they can do about it, again with the unsettling disturbance, we may have caused them. We took our loss and reordered another PF GT drink this time 50% sweet and now the drink is pure tea. Not even sugar, no hints of Passion Fruit. Just straight green tea for 7-8bucks in a cup. Right after this, the people I was with literally said: “You should’ve listened to me and had went to Ding Tea.” Anyways, this place has potential because it’s designed clean, nicely, great for studying or catching up with friends. But needs some attention to the cashier kiosk. Customer accommodation and good service is substantial to surviving in a business nowadays. You can have bad tea but if the customer service and team attitude make up for it, the customers will come back.
I ordered 3 mango green tea, one with boba and green tea jelly, one with just boba, the last with no topping. My order came out all mango milk teas with the correct toppings. I explain to the girl that I ordered plain mango green teas without the milk. She said they don’t make plain mango green teas only milk teas. And offered me a different tea with out the milk. So I got there Strawberry green tea, one with the green tea jelly and boba, one with boba, and one without the topping. My order came out two correct but one missing the boba. I told the same girl that my drink is missing the boba. She sighed and said we don’t make strawberry green teas with boba. It’s extra charge if you want it. I told her I ordered it like that and I paid extra for the boba. She got defensive and agitated with me. For the sake of not being argumentative I said forget it and left. I am beyond myself. I go to The Alley in Plano all the time and was able to get my Mango green teas without with the milk. I guess this girl just doesn’t care for my money or service. She must be the owner. My first and last time there.

I’m disappointed with the service I received today. I often visit to buy bubble tea and always request it without ice and with extra cream, but this is rarely done correctly. Typically, I end up with 3 to 4 ice cubes, which I’ve never complained about. However, this time it was excessive. I specifically asked for “less ice,” yet this is what I received

I visited this location with a friend during a time when there were no other customers, and we were the only ones in the store. After placing our drink order, we noticed an employee sitting behind the curtain, seemingly eating. We assumed she would come out to confirm our order once it was placed, especially since the order bell had rung. However, several minutes passed and she remained seated in the same spot. We waited patiently, but eventually had to ring the bell ourselves to get her attention before she came out to assist us. This level of service was disappointing, especially given that there were no other customers at the time. I hope management can address this issue to ensure a better customer experience in the future
Had difficult ordering with lady, she keeps saying they’re out of this and that. She finishes taking the order but then starts saying bad things about us in Vietnamese. Never coming back.
