Ordered a bigger plate which was 3 entrees and 1 side. I asked for lo mein and my entrees was honey walnut shrimp and beef with broccoli. Now my beef with broccoli only came with 1 piece of beef it was all broccoli. I thought I was able to get a third entree but I guess not. Then I added cream cheese ragoons and 1 of them didn't even have cheese in it. The service was as if I was a burden and they kept whispering to each other which kinda made me feel uncomfortable.

The serving of my orange chicken was mostly breading not chicken. I paid for orange Chicken not orange fried breading. The manager better see this message Thursday Feb 5th

So me and my husband went for dinner and there were around 7 people INCLUDING THE MANAGER OR TEAM LEAD WE STOOD THERE AROUND 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ADDRESSED US NOONE WAS WORKING AT THE TIME WE END UP LEAVING WE DON'T WANT TO PATRONIZE WITH A PLACE THAT DOESN'T RESPECT OR WANT OUR BUSINESS SO NO WORRIES AND YES I AM A DIFFERENT Race BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THESE ESTABLISHMENTS

Already left a one star review for this exact same thing so now Im using another account to leave another one star due to a repeat scenario. Asked to wait (estimated 7 mins) for fresh chow mein because all that was left was noodle scraps and a bunch of cabbage. Lady took my order, has me pay, and while I was getting my drink suddenly my order was ready. Get home and wouldn’t you know it, chow mein scraps, and a bunch of cabbage. The owner/manager doesn’t care because Ive mentioned this before and he laughed about it and here we are again. Y’all are being cheap by saving the leftover veggies all day. Just throw them out. Go to a different Chinese food restaurant if you want better quality.

We were just treated incredibly bad by the manager and restaurant. Often they do not feel the slots at all or the food is cold. Tonight they scooped the chicken bits and green beans from the string bean chicken hardly making a serving. We took it back in to be fixed. They said it would take ten minutes to remake. We waited and asked for fresh tray because the rest would be cold. They replaced it and when we opened it at home, nothing was filled. We drove all the way back up there. When I moved the few chicken pieces the entire bottom of my slot had a raw onion chunk still stuck in its original rings filling the bottom of the slot. Sesame chicken was not filled. My husband took it all the way back to be fixed. The manager told him the raw onion was fine and they refused to dix it. Gave us a small side of string bean chicken and refused to make it right. The food is already 25 min old with two trips back to the restaurant. I will never go back again. So now I get to eat raw onion and cold food while pregnant… good times.

The AI ordering is so bad. They put the wrong orders in and can’t hear. Then you get connected to an agent and they can’t hear. To top it off the drive through took 30 minutes.

I was just in this restaurant. I decided to walk out because nobody would help me, I usually come here at lunch at least three times a week. They’re always out of food. Nobody seems to call out the order. To the cook win bowls are empty, and the drive-through line is always full.

The drive thru AI is horrendous, if you say one wrong thing or it hears you incorrectly, you are basically stuck trying to fix it over and over. It would be faster and more efficient to have a team member just do it, don't know why anyone would come here until the AI garbage is gone.

I remember why I quit eating Panda now. This location is horrible. First, the robot in the drive-thru is pointless. You cannot cancel orders, change orders, add to orders. An employee is supposed to come to the intercom, that didn't happen. Did not get a total except for a loud static noise. My daughter and I went to the window and saw 6 employees standing around laughing. 3 of them looked at the window and walked away. The person who was supposed to be there as we drove up laughed and walked away. Almost 2 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged. We drove off. Panda stop with a robot it's trash. People like humans! Also get better training with your workers which means management is trash. My 10yr old stated she does not want your food anymore as well as I. Do better!

First and last time coming to this location. There is ABSOLUTELY NO reason why y’all are serving straight cabbage for lo mein noodles. I only got two small forks of noodles and had to pick through the short noodles just to eat them. They know themselves wouldn’t want to be served straight cabbage… that’s not wait I paid $45 for. I’m sure you can imagine how much noodles I got out of all this bs.

Just no! Waited for 35 in the drive through line. Service terrible and the manager looked like she did not give a crap. Don’t waste your money in this location.

This place is not dishonest with customer. I am happy to pay my extra. I order extra walnut honey shrimp large but they gives me small size for paying large size over $15 🙄 Then I complain it, yeah, they change box size with amount of medium food. Who will pay over $15. I think Asian food is expensive like diamond or gold. Never come back this store. Who pay over $15 for this one.

These people don't care what they are serving. No wonder there is barely anyone eating at this location anymore. Spend your hard earned money with a establishment that cares about their customers and the quality of their food. There is no way 11:30a the food should be looking like it had been sitting since last night.
