I placed an online order via a third-party, and somehow there was some confusion and that third-party canceled my order. The restaurant still took it upon themselves to fulfill and deliver the order at no charge and as a business owner, I truly respect this. To make things even better, the pizza is so different and flavorful and 10 times better than these chain pizza places. They just gained a new faithful customer.

Palio’s Pizza Café never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Their crust is perfectly crisp, and the toppings are generous. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the atmosphere is relaxed — great for families or a casual meal with friends. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is amazing everytime I am at firewheel I have to go to Palio’s to have my dinner there. The food is amazing honestly, fresh salads and beautifully crusted pizza. All employees here extremely helpful, especially Oliver. He is truly very kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend this place.

My experience at Palio’s Pizza was amazing because from the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, perfect for enjoying a good meal with friends. Their pizza was fresh, cheesy, and full of flavor with the perfect crispy crust that made every bite satisfying. I also loved how clean and organized everything was, and the service was fast even though it was busy. Overall, the combination of delicious food, friendly service, and a relaxing environment made it one of the best pizza experiences I’ve had.

I would like to shout out to the staff at Palio’s Pizza in Firewheel, especially Oliver who went above and beyond in helping with my daughter’s graduation social event on May 25, 2025. I have a special needs daughter who graduated from Lakeview High Centennial. I had spoken to them initially that I would like to reserve some seats for her get-together, they were a bit hesitant to reserve tables, but they agreed. On the day, we walked in to set up the place and Abdul had already reserved some tables for us. The staff was very attentive and responsive to our needs. Oliver asked me what my daughter liked, and he and his staff got her some graduation gifts and sensory items. I am so thankful and grateful to them for their kindness, and for going above and beyond. We appreciate you and the staff at Palio’s Pizza. If I could give you guys 10 stars, I would.

The king pizza at Palio's is a gluten-free MUST for anyone in Garland! I searched high and low for a decent gluten-free pizza crust, and let me tell you, this is the real deal. The crust is crispy and flavorful, not at all like the usual cardboard out here. And the sauce under all those fresh toppings was perfection. 10/10 I'll be back

This is my new favorite local pizza place. When another pizza joint discontinued a gluten free pizza option, my wife and I decided to try Palio's Pizza Cafe that opened at the beginning of this year. After the 1st bite my wife said "this is amazing" and "this is the best gluten free pizza I have ever eaten." After my first bite, I knew I had found our new go to pizza. New York style pizza in Garland. This is some of the best pizza I have eaten. The price while not over priced it is not cheap but it was worth every penny. Will definitely be going there again soon. It is a must visit. Indoor booth and table seating. Park with fountain and tables just outside: win-win. Very diverse menu options (see menu pic).

We've been eating at this location since they opened. The pizza is always good but the dining room has gone steadily downhill. We typically come in the middle of the afternoon when they are not busy and every time lately every table is dirty, the floor is dirty, the shakers of cheese and peppers are usually empty and the workers are just standing around playing on their phones. We will probably start going to a different location

Fiancé has had great Palio’s experiences at other locations so we thought we’d try this one out. Luckily, the food turned out fine. However the restaurant is in embarrassing condition. The dining room was not busy but the only unoccupied tables were dirty. Dishes were removed after I said something but no tables were ever wiped down. The handheld menus available were grimey. We were charged 2.50 for a drink when the menu clearly says 1.99. (It’s not the price but the principle.) Then the bev station only had about half of the sodas actually available. There was no silverware available in the station where it was displayed to be stocked. The salads in the display were wilting and gross. This restaurant needs to get the dining room in order, I would be embarrassed to own or manage this restaurant or even work there. We almost walked out without ordering. For these reasons I would not recommend or be back to this one.
