Dutch Bros. Coffee

This Dutch Bros is my favorite spot to go to. I would drive a little far out considering there is a location in Rockwall, but I tried them a couple of times and to meet their service does not meet the expectations of the one and Rowlette this Dutch Bros, they have friendly employees definitely love conversing with the team pull up to the window they know exactly who I am. They know what I’m about to order. I’d like to switch it up a little bit too, but definitely love this Dutch bros location if I could give it 10 stars, team friendly at this location they definitely put a smile on your face.

Alex, Anna, Roxann, Jasmine, Andrew are all top of the food chain!! Always a smile and a pleasure to see them. The only Dutch Bros that ever gets it right every time!!!! Keep it the good work! Chris & Tam

I absolutely love this place!!! The drinks are always great and the people who work there are so kind. I always feel in a better mood whenever I go there because of their customer service. I recommend Dutch Bros to anyone. ❤️ this has been my new favorite coffee place. Whenever I am I find a Dutch Bros to go to.

I usually don't write reviews but since this is one of my first time trying Dutch, I felt it was a good idea to write one. During my visit my order was taken by a really nice girl who took the time to help me with ideas of a good drink to get, that actually was really nice of her, I think her name is Abby. To make it even better was the girl who actually gave me the drink, she was really energetic and with a good sense of humor, I can tell you this girl was the reason I came back, I did ask for her name so I hope she sees this - Daisy, thank you for being so nice and professional. Keep up the good work girls!

Devin I believe is his name.. This young man has the most Amazing customer service. His attitude is what makes the difference in this world!!! Dutch Bros is lucky to have this young man working for them! He just made my day. Hands down to his parents for raising such a wonderful caring man. Devin you will definitely be a shining star at any place you work because it’s not the place it’s the person and let me tell you this guy probably give the best customer service I seen in years.

Dutch Bros. is the type of place where they try to sit in your lap whilst taking your drink order and will give you a kiss on the forehead after handing you your beverage. However, my social anxieties are only exceeded by my love for their iced cold brew. For this reason I visit this location no less than twice a day during the week, to and from work everyday. They get so much of my money.. they get SO MUCH of my money!! I should tell my boss to just give my checks straight to them and save the extra step. Yes, they know my drink order. Shout-out to Alex, that kid's alright. Don't forget, it's gonna ask you if you wanna leave a tip, it's totally optional. ☕

Drinks are so yummy! And I came super early in the morning and was greeted by sawyer taking my order and making me smile starting the day with a lovely comment and then at the window greeted by daisy was super nice !!

Came in today to redeem my birthday reward and had the best experience! I don’t go to Dutch Bros super often, so I was a little nervous about ordering a specific TikTok drink I saw. The worker taking my order was incredibly patient and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. Another staff member was also super sweet—honestly, the sweetest people always work here. If you want great drinks and even better service, this is the spot. Thanks for making my birthday treat extra special! 🥹💘

I got an americano, horchata chia, and a chocolate muffin top. The line was long on thanksgiving morning , but still went by fast. Big shout out to Sawyer, he’s a sweet guy, who always has the best energy even standing in the cold. He knows how to appropriately joke with the customers. He definitely needs a raise if he hasn’t gotten one! This is definitely my favorite Dutch Bros in the area.

Update 2.0 Update 2.0 Dutch bros has added food and since our prevous review we have gone many times. The staff overall is outstanding and honestly only once out of our weekly visits (and some times if we have to go into work a week of daily visits) was the service not exceptional. (Which honestly dont blame anyone for that, nothing is good before 6am) and that visit was still really good. We have tried their breakfast sliders they are okay honestly a little sriracha would go a long way and the maple waffle is good but it is about the size of an adult palm. (Terrible measurements i know) but i would get that again. Though the reason for the update is the wrap. It is a 10/10 my partner and i agree that it is our newest breakfast treat it has the perfect amount of spice and easy hand hold. Thank you! Since our first visit, we have stopped going to starbucks. Dutch bros customer service and drink selection is so much better for us. (There sugar free options are amazing) The only 2 things i wish is they would have more snack options (as this is a hey we have to to errands lets get a charge drink and a snack would be nice but thats directed to the corp not this store they are amazing) and the other thing we would like is to order from the app or a way to pre order and once you get in line they can scan and pay only because its hard to give the order with people who get flustered easy but the staff is always pleasant and never feel rushed but once again this is a corporate issue not this store. 100% go enjoy your day and their fantastic attitude! Old-This was our first visit and honestly a great experience. Though our order was harder because our dogs wanted to talk to the awesome person getting our order (sorry) Drinks we got Dragon Slayer (small)... AMAZING. 10/10 Will get again and again. This one there is 0 photos bc we finished it too fast. Get it!!! Golden eagel (iced) medium- has a good flavor but super creamy so if you wanted more of a coffee flavor may need to get a shot White chocolate mocha cold brew (large)- less bitter than a normal cold brew which makes it taste really good. Super smooth. Will get again.

Super friendly, amazing drinks, the wait can be a little long sometimes, but they have great customer service! *Update* I do wish they would have a better system for mobile order pickups as we have to wait in the regular line and it takes a long time to receive your order. And there’s no organization with have 2 lines, I waited 10mins just for someone to take my mobile order & 3 cars got to skip me, it just doesn’t make much sense.

I'm not sure why it asks for atmosphere when I never get out of the truck. My wife loves this place. With that said, I'm here often grabbing coffee for her on my way home. The service is great, but the fake accents these people use make me just smack someone. Even the guy that was there the other day was using it.

Needs more training on making flavors stand out ! I am not too happy being these drinks are $7 & up mostly ! When I didn’t like the taste of my drink one of the employees snobby with me , needs better customer service. I appreciate the young lady who told her to remake the drink ty for being kind !

I got the iced golden eagle- it mainly tasted like milk and sugar! My group also got the chai latte and it’s the same thing with mainly lacking flavor. Service was good though as they were friendly. It’s cute how the straws are different colors.

this Dutch Bros does not offer whole milk option. Although they have options, i was giving a long list of things, most of which have additives to make them taste good. So if you want a latte with whole milk i would recommend not stopping here. i was told it isnt something they carry by the person taking my order.

I typically have a great experience here but today was not the case. The girl at the window cut me off as I was telling her my order and then when she handed me the drinks, I explained to her that it wasn’t made correctly and she seemed to have an attitude. I was so caught off guard that I didn’t even ask her to correct the second drink that was also made incorrectly. Instead of apologizing she just says, “well I didn’t hear you say that.” Rude much? Word of advice Daisy, kindness is free.

Very slow and no one is ever outside taking orders. If you show up and you are only 3rd in line, you will still be waiting about 20 minutes anyways.

service was great but the drink was terrible. i get the same thing at every dutch bros and this one was the absolute worse, tasted so plain. spending $7 for a drink you would think they’d put more effort into the flavor

The atmosphere is supposed to be up-lifting and kind not depressing and rude. Please change this.

Not a good look for the Rowlett location. You advertise the two lanes but your workers do not work both lanes. We came from the Austin area where it is done correctly. You guys have a great product but need to do better!!

I am a regular at this location and have always had a great experience until last night. It was 20 minutes until closing and there was someone in front of me. I should have known the broista kept looking at me with a ugly look. I got to the window and she literally was just staring at me; no words just stared. I was so uncomfortable and asked if I could order 2 drinks. She said they had already closed their esspreso machine. At this point 15 minutes before closing. I asked if my drink had espresso in it and with a smug look on her face said we can't make your drinks. I was shocked at her rudeness and she looked at me and asked uh are you OK? I drove off. This is where I always get my coffee, I always make sure to tip well and always get multiple drinks. This is how they treat their loyal customers. No thank you, ill just go to another location. Also they must not close at their advertised closing time.

Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered my drink it was ready , I tasted my drink an felt it was lacking coffee , so I asked was the espresso shot added, the girl at the window goes off and says , the drink is PERFECT , you just want a FREE drink ! I was highly upset and we exchanged words , I asked for a refund she refused to give me a refund and said NO, continued to walk away ! Everyone went back to making drinks , I had to yell I want a REFUND, the manager comes out the back and ask what happens and so on , demands respect for her employee but not one time did she tell her employee she was wrong or could of handled the situation better on her end , that’s fine though stay away from this location , just because I get a drink almost daily doesn’t mean it’s done correctly or it’s always new people , I will not be returning to dutch bros for awhile and never this location again !!!!
