I visit chipotle twice sometimes three times a week. I will not be going again, the service there is horribly poor,starting with management. my recent visit 01 15 26 I stood at the counter with, the sever and manager's standing there for ten minutes no one said anything just very rude and nasty nothing I ask for to make my bowl they had and refused to get anything from the back and they closed at 11 talking about customer service not and Mr Melvin Franklin you and you entire staff needs customer service classes again.

Usually get food delivered and most of the time I can deal with what is given but todays order was just too much. Missing cheese and burnt chips so might as well left the chips too. Chicken Al pastor was so over saturated with their “fire” sauce that I can’t eat my bowl. Doesn’t even look like chicken and I’ve ordered it before and it wasn’t like that. Just disappointed after a long week when I wanted to treat myself and kids.

I normally love this location, but today the service was not good, the person making the food had an attitude, and my bowl was only filled half way. I was given too little protein, too little rice, and way too much salsa. My bowl was not balanced at all. It’s awful! The food line workers at all locations really need to be trained for portion consistency and balance. This location needs work!

I stopped by chipotle for lunch today the food is great always a clean restaurant. My service was good besides the fact that the manager during this time @2pm on Dec 9 was extremely disrespectful to his employees and was yelling at one completely uncalled for and extremely rude on the line in front of the customers. It was extremely distasteful to do infront of guest and any manager that speaks to his employees that way should not be managing. I honestly feel for the girls working there.

I ordered on DoorDash and had my food delivered. The fajita veggies are not cooked at all and aren’t cut how they usually are, they are very thick pieces. The bowl has a weird taste as well, not sure what it is. Overall not satisfied with the food and I paid quite a bit for it to be nasty.

It’s the worst. I have a pickup order at 10:30. Everyone is cleaning. The guy said it’s not ready yet. But yet no one is cooking so when will it be ready?!?! This place is a joke it’s always something everytime.

Food is great but I feel management is lazy at this location. Most chipotle locations I have visited, I am able to go at peak times and get in and out quick. Today however, is not the case. Having one person working the line while 2 managers/supervisors watch him is poor management. I have been standing in line for 10 minutes and still am not at the front. No discredit to the gentleman working the line. He is doing the best he can but between 5pm and 7pm, he shouldn’t be working the line alone.

Really unsure how this place has 4*… this was undoubtedly the worst chipotle we have ever been too. Trash overflowing, no clean tables. No spot to throw away trash inside so all jumbled outside in a pile. Half of the stuff on menu wasn’t available. Worker making food was super unfriendly. This place is a joke. They skimp on portions of protein. They do not have enough steak to sustain one lunch rush. They let you wait in line before they tell you what they don’t have. To go orders always take 40 minutes+ on simple orders. This is an everyday occurrence. If they worked more and talked less things could run way smoother. Especially when the inside is absolutely dead .

10 1825. I came to eat feeling weak from the gym excited about eating chipotle. I’ve been eating chipotle for years which I love and there was a pregnant lady and the prep lady that did my burrito gave me a wet burrito and I asked her if she can change my tortilla and gave me attitude and the other pregnant lady too. I felt really bad. I didn’t wanna make a big deal so I just bought my food, but I really felt like telling them a lot of things like I felt it was unfair. The way they were felt treated in the moment and I was really hungry, but the customer service here is really bad. I wish somebody Can change the way they treat clients. I feel so unfair. It’s like why they treat you like that when you’re just trying to have a good time and eat why they give you attitude like nobody wants a wet burrito from chipotle it’s not a small burrito. I loved and didn’t make a big deal at the moment. I did ask to change the tortilla and they just look at me like I’m crazy. I hope things change here. I would like to talk to a manager. I would like for things to get better at this place.

This place is horrible, mind you I’m a teenager and these grown adults gave me the dirtiest looks- I was with my little sisters and they felt very unwelcome- especially the Hispanic serving- so rude and has a nasty attitude with everyone. Absolutely will not be coming back and the place itself is disappointing. You would think since it’s new it would be clean but wrong- the table look as if they haven’t wipe them down since they opened. The attitude they gave us for the code for the bathroom was so unnecessary. The lady even rolled her eyes when I asked her again for the code. I am buying not begging for her to serve me. These people made me feel like I was bothering them. 0/10 don’t recommend anyone to go.

Has got to be the worst chipotle location out there. The place is gross. The parking lot is full of garbage, garbage cans overflowing, trash everywhere throughout the store. The counters are gross. The employees are rude, inefficient, and just don’t care. Really makes me not want to eat at this or any chipotle location.

I've had to pleasure of visiting many Chipotle locations over the years. I won't hesitate to say this location is by far the worst I've visited. By worst, I'm talking about service and leadership. Don't waste your time ordering online, drive through, or take out. Look at the recent reviews for yourself and filter out the misleading local guide, generic 5-star ratings. The employees don't care, and take their time. To give you an idea, there was a line of 12 people ahead of us and the line moved down to 9 people after over 30 minutes, reason being that they were trying to fill some online orders in between each customer. Many people waiting from all aspects. One delivery driver complained he waited over an HOUR for an order which was placed over an hour and a half earlier, and had to leave because he will miss his night classes. During this same experience another guy complained that they messed up his online order for the second time! There is no good example of leadership, and the GM is lazy, always giving excuses, and not helping where help is needed - he is just looking around, wandering like he's doing something important, and taking care of menial tasks. It didn't always use to be like this. It was always clean, but now there's cross- contamination and supplies were out. Nothing is managed well, and even the food quality is bad with small portions. Rice is hardly ever fully cooked. This is a bad reflection on leadership. Don't come here if you don't want to have your patience tested.
