Nice casual eatery where you order up front. There is a decent amount of toppings for each ramen bowl, which is nice and substantial. Their broth is decent. Especially for the price of around $12.50 a bowl (May 2022), can't really beat getting a whole softboiled ramen egg included. The char siu was great as well. The tantan mian is also delicious twist with lots of ground meat. Would come again when in the area.
The food was really great so was the service! I saw an IG post about this restaurant being in the top 100 ramen bars in California and thought we'd give it a try. Happy we did!
First time here. You order at the counter and then take a number. The server was great and the food arrived under 5 minutes later. The ramen was delicious. The broth was so good. The noodles were not too great. But maybe I need to change it up next time. The potstickers were good. The only thing I would add is that I was not stoked on getting water in a styrofoam cup. I like a glass and I hate styrofoam.
Great ramen, delicious. Quick service. Friendly staff. Everything you need for good dinner
Great spot for a quick ramen fix. Grateful that they have chicken broth and vegetarian broth available here. Personal favorites are the Chicken Ramen and the Chicken Tan Tan Ramen. I think the portions are good and very filling. Their service is quick also. I’ve been here more than five times and I’ve never had any issues. Highly recommend!
Nice new Ramen place near my neighborhood. Ramen was very good and all the choices were about on par for what a Ramen place should be. The Grilled Whole Squid was delicious as was the Tokoyaki, we order multiple different Ramen's and all were very good. Looking forward to visiting often.
Chicken with mushrooms ramen…comforting and satisfying bowl. Highly recommend!
Always hits the spot. From the starters, the rice bowls and the ramen bowls. So many delicious choices. The tonkotsu ramen and the shoyu ramen are our favorites. But even the seafood, chicken and the black garlic are noteworthy too. The rice bowls are great. The spam musubi, prawn tempura & vegetable tempura are good choices to start with. Friendly service all the time and food comes out promptly. Plenty of parking nearby.
My Ramen was so good very fresh broth was perfectly seasoned. Also got the spicy edamame which had awesome spicy garlic flavor, they were amazing.

So this was some of the best ramen broth I’ve had anywhere. I was a little disappointed because the UberEats picture showed an egg in the garlic ramen….but there was no egg (later read the description and it wasn’t included) but it tasted soooo good. The packaging for it to be delivered/to go is perfect too!!! Perfect spice level!
Their food is consistently very good. I would come here every day if I could. It's a clean restaurant and the wait times aren't bad at all.
I knew the moment I walked in I was going to get yummy food. The smell of various seasons filled my nostrils and bought happy tears to my eyes . As someone from the south it’s been hard to find well seasoned and flavorful food in Northern California , but this place made me do a happy dance and the food was superb! I had the Tontokso Ramen.
Our first time today at Koshi Ramen Bar. Nice outside setting, very welcoming as we entered, with all the choices on great photos 📸 and description of the dishes. And the staff person who greeted us was very helpful. We ordered for starters the 🦀 crab ragoons, the curry chicken rice bowl, and the roasted pork Ramen. We were both very happy with our meals. **Great place before or after a movie, just a few step down the walkway. #justhavingfun
Good ramen. We really enjoy all their appetizers: Geso Fry, crab rangoons, lumpia, spam masubi. Restaurant is clean. Fast service.
We had geso fry(squid fry), donkotsu ramen and chicken ramen spicy. Geso fry is crispy and chewy squid legs. It is perfect for appetizer. Donkotsu broth are rich and savory. You can feel the deep pork smell and flavor. 2chashu, 1boiled egg, 3-4 kikurage mushroom, 1roasted seaweed, some bamboo shoot and bean sprouts are served as basic. Chashues are tendered and soft, boiled eggs have runny egg yolk with tendered white part. Mushrooms also chewy and fresh. I enjoyed donkotsu ramen more than chicken ramen. Chicken ramen is like tantanmen. My husband said noodles are undercooked and broth are too salty. I tried it and it’s way too salty compared to mine. When you get into the restaurant, they asked you to order and pay. Then they give you a number for serving foods. It’s a little ridiculous to tip as soon as I got there. Water doesn't come first until you ask for it.

I went twice in one week for the vegetarian ramen, the first time tasted better than the second which was "fine". In most bowls the egg is extra. The shoyu ramen, gyoza and chicken curry were enjoyed by my companions but no one raved about it. Not much for vegetarians. I would go again because it's convenient and there's plenty of parking.
Amazing flavors. This is now becoming our favorite ramen spot, even though the prices are up there. $16 soups and $10 appetizers. Not cheap, but it appears to be the going rate for soup these days. Definitely going back and it's a highly recommended soup place.

My husband and kids love Ramen. Based on the 4.5 stars, we decided to drive 40 minutes to try this famous over rated Ramen place in Natomas. At this Ramen place, you have to pay before sitting down. We ordered Chicken soup base Ramen for the kids. The soup included grilled chicken, boiled egg, kikurage mushrooms, bamboo shoots, greens. My kids didn't like the mushrooms. They liked the broth and noodles. My daughter didn't like the boiled egg.. I ordered the seafood Ramen. It had two shrimps, 3 fish cake, boiled egg, bamboo shoots, 3 scallop, green onions, sprouts, corn, seaweed. The corns were hard and the soup was luke warm. I was hoping for hot broth. I was dissatisfied with their Ramen. My husband got the black garlic Ramen which was $11.99. It had roasted garlic and chicken broth base. Toppings: roasted pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, fried garlic. My husband rated he's ramen 2.5. He said it lacked salt. I told him we have salt on the side so just add. I should get the sweetest wife award for offering and looking out for hubby..lol For the appetizers, we ordered the fried octopus ball called Takoyaki. My husband thought it was OK. That's one of their popular dishes. Koshi Ramen is located in the Walmart shopping complex on truxel. They have a shared parking lot with other business. Plenty of parking. Not sure what the situation is like on black Friday since Walmart is in the same complex.
Staff are friendly, ordered Ramen black and was quickly served hot. Restrooms for both gender are kept cleaned. Waiting time is minimal even though place was crowded. Well lighted eating area, outside tables are available. Generally, the atmosphere is acceptable.

The restaurant itself is nice. The staff are nice and helpful, plenty of seating, etc. However, the ramen itself was very underwhelming. My eggs were ice cold and the dish itself was very mid. I was very hopeful seeing the other good reviews. The potato croquettes were great though! Maybe stick to their appetizers :)

Ive been sick over the last few days, I love ramen. I love eating broths, soups and ramen when sick. This was my worst experience, It was the worst ramen I've tasted. The chicken pieces were raw, the portion of everything was small, the noodles were hard as a brick. The soy egg is one of my fav parts of ramen, that was still raw, so runny like over easy eggs. I wouldn't order this again or eat here again. I almost threw up.
