I came to this place after a long time and ordered Chicken Karahi, but what they served looked more like Chicken Qorma with vegetables. I was very disappointed with the order, and their chai had no taste at all — extremely disappointing.

I came to this restaurant a few years ago and did not have a great experience. I never came back. I met a colleague for lunch today and decided to give it another try, hoping things would have changed. The customer service was horrible, as there was no greetings, no smiles, no one checked if we needed anything while we were eating. And as we finished our food, no one came to take the plates. It was simply despicable experience from service standpoint. From atmosphere…in the middle of the kitchen, there’s a bucket does collecting a dripping leak from the ceiling. This was visible to all the customers. My chair had a hole in it, and it was just a dirty place. I will not be giving it a 3rd try.

The location is EXCELLENT with great accessibility and parking. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seatings. The menu has a lot of items. The actual menu has been printed on a very large sheet. The food quantity may be misleading because they use 16 (sixteen) OZ by weight (refer to the posted photos). The price is hefty for the quantity and quality.

My overall experience with this restaurant was not nice at all… service was poor… boy who served us completely unprofessional… he ask us to go and grab your plates and water yourself ‘ and told us we do not serve it… so we requested him politely and he made faces .. even though restaurant was empty, no customer were there and every worker was on phone.. and still they were not happy to serve the customer… food was ok.. but the behaviour they showed spoils our mood… I do not recommend such unprofessional restaurant…

Below average food, thought its a fremont shalimar franchise but its not. Food was below average with worst customer service. Never visit again, waste of time and money.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered breakfast, but the food was terrible. They served me stale halwa right in front of me — it was hard and clearly not fresh. I told them multiple times, but the staff was completely careless. All three of the waiters were busy on their phones, laughing and talking among themselves, not paying attention to the customers. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place earned it—for all the wrong reasons. From the moment we walked in, the experience was uncomfortable. The person at the front gave my lady friend an inappropriate, up-and-down stare that immediately set the wrong tone. Customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered—everyone we interacted with seemed rude, dismissive, and like they didn’t want to be there. Even worse, there was a water leak from the ceiling dripping right in the middle of the counter, directly in front of the kitchen. We pointed it out to our server, and they casually brushed it off with, “Yeah, it’s leaking.” No concern, no attempt to address it—nothing. I don’t understand how they can ignore what’s clearly a health hazard. When the food finally arrived, it was just as disappointing—bland, flavorless, and forgettable. This place failed in atmosphere, service, cleanliness, and taste. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered 2 butter chickens and 4 garlic naans, and specifically asked for room temperature water due to personal preference. However, the waiter brought cold water, and when I politely mentioned the mistake, he insisted I asked for cold and even started raising his voice at me. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in a customer service setting. The food was fine, but the attitude and disrespect from the staff completely ruined the experience. I expected a pleasant meal, not to be argued with and yelled at for a simple request. I won’t be returning, and I do not recommend this place if you value respectful service.

Ordered Butter chicken and Onion Kulcha to go and when brought food home, kulchas were smelling really really bad, when called the restaurant, they said they are closed and also added these are onions that smell Like this. We use Onions everyday at home and also order from outside, never have had such BAD smell. And he added I can pick up tomorrow these kulchas. Thanks for Spoiling our evening. Do NOT recommend at all.

It is a nice restaurant. They have nice food . But this time they gave us uneatable burned food. i called them and Complained they said okay We will give you another one for it next time . So today when I came in again and showed them the pictures they said like Oh we can't do anything it is what it is. The washed chops are like this. I have taken washed lamb chops many times but they never were like this. And it wasnt just the lamb chops also the chicken. And they ignored it like as its nothing. So that why I am posting this review. .
