I recently went to Velly Pizza, and it was amazing! The service was super friendly, and everyone there made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. The workers were fast, polite, and really cared about making sure everything was perfect. The pizza was delicious — the crust was crispy, the cheese was melted perfectly, and the toppings tasted really fresh. The whole place felt clean and comfortable, and the people working there went above and beyond to make sure customers were happy. I definitely recommend this pizza place to anyone who wants great food and even better customer service!

Worst Customer service experience ever they are not even 1 star. I would give negative if possible. we ordered a malai paneer pizza, I specified I am allergy to bell peppers. Upon receiving it there were small pieces of bell peppers. We called and spoke with the manager Gill and stated that we had asked for the pizza without bell peppers and he asked for pictures of the pizza, I should not have to justify what I see on the pizza especially when I have an allergy. Gill offered a 10% discount next time and stated if it’s an allergy to be specify so gloves and knives can be changed. Other pizza places would have offered another remake especially being that it’s an allergy and mistakes do happen. I will not recommend this franchise to anyone cause one location is an image of the entire franchise.

I just ordered naan , chaat , kadhai panner , specially kadhai panner was the worst gravy is not good its like they mixed it with water and bell pepper size was big moreover than that i call them back just to give the review the guy over the call started talking rude i told him i just called u to give a review as we were regular customers but i really don’t recommend this place its not worth . Employees are rude im attaching pics as well. The food was not worth .

I’ve been a loyal customer, but I’m really disappointed with how things have been lately. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. One time they charged me more than the menu price, and when I pointed it out, they just said “sorry” and gave me my change back — no explanation or proper customer service. Another time, I got a terrible quality pizza, but I let it go. This time again, I ordered a cheese pizza, and they sent me a cold, sloppy pepperoni pizza that looked like it had been sitting out for hours — maybe even from the day before. I tried reaching out with photos and gave them a chance to fix it, but they didn’t respond at all. That’s not how you treat your customers, especially regular ones. This kind of service is not okay. I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless they seriously improve how they handle their food and their customers.

I was highly disappointed in my order from this establishment. My order of Garlic Nan was completely burnt and unedible. I hope they will establish better quality control for future orders also will check order before leaving the store. I live in the area and was looking forward to this place being really good I hope that will be the case.

It was my first time coming here and I received bad customer service. I asked for a ranch and was asked to pay $0.50. Please do not come here because they are over charging for a little portion of ranch that is supposed to be free with my order.

I visited first time this restaurant, very bad experience with food I ordered kradhi chicken very oily, not worth it . worst quality plastic container they use for food packaging everything melting in food , not recommended 😭😭

Her attitude made us feel unwelcome, and it definitely affected our overall impression of the place. It's unfortunate because we were looking forward to enjoying a nice meal, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Terrible customer service. I was sitting at a table drinking a beer and when my food was ready, rather than bringing me my order, the order bearded man left my order at the counter and left. The young girl working finally gave me my food after 5 minutes, but unimpressed with the man with the turban and beard. Do better.

When this page was Chicago's pizza and curry it was really good. I ordered 2 medium pizzas for $52 after tax. I figured well they do make good pizza. But when I got home it looked and tasted just like truck stop pizza. The kind you get at a gas station. The quality was bad. The people working there don't care much. They just want to Charge high prices for bad food. I figured maybe they'd throw me a 2 liter for buying over $50 of pizza. I was wrong they charged me $5.75 for a 2 liter. I was already there and didn't want to go somewhere else so I just bought it. But I will never go back there. This place used to be so good. Now it's just bad. I would avoid until they get better or lower the price. Not that good

I’ve given this place multiple chances, and every single time, they’ve messed up my order in a different way. First time, I ordered lunch with garlic naan paid for it, expected it, but when I opened the box, there was no naan at all. No explanation, no apology, just missing food. Next time, I ordered their tandoori chicken pasta at first they claimed it didn’t exist on their menu, only to call me later and say it actually does. When I went to pick it up, they handed me regular tandoori chicken, not the pasta I ordered. Zero attention to detail and clearly poor communication between staff. And today was the final straw. I ordered paronthas and specifically asked for them to be made crispy. Not only did they ignore my request, but the paronthas were soggy and limp and this isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s like they just don’t care what the customer asks for. Bottom line this place is consistently unreliable. If you care about getting what you actually ordered or expect even the most basic quality, skip this restaurant.
