We were in the area and my kids wanted something sweet so we stopped by for a dozen donuts. First of all, the area was safe so it wasn't a problem to bring little ones. Once we got in, the staff was friendly and gave us a warm greeting. About the donuts, I think they have a wider selection and some unique creations from what I've seen elsewhere. We got our dozen donuts and the kids enjoyed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we'll definitely come back for more.
Doughnut Bliss When I walked in my intention was to buy a coffee and maybe a pastry on the side. Immediately I noticed the sign near the doughnut case that had besides other items Vietnamese coffee. This was an instant sell. I hadn’t had authentic Vietnamese coffee in years. Personally, I enjoy it far more then any corporate, popular coffee brands out there. Next, I had to choose a pastry, which normally I would not choose at the corporate coffee houses, but the choices here don’t make it easy to pass on. This choice was obvious to me when I noticed the customer who arrived before me was still choosing his dozen and a half. While I was browsing the case of delightful treats, I was greeted by every employee in the house. That in itself is a rarity. It felt like coming home. Feeling comfortable to ask any questions, I did. They did everything to make me feel welcomed. I picked a pink heart shaped and a bacon covered maple bar as pastries to accompany the large Vietnamese coffee I ordered. Despite spending more then I intended to when I walked in, I walked out happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this place. Please support this before choosing a corporate coffee house. This place felt more like home, then another cold, corporate coffee house. Thank you to the staff at Natomas Donuts. You made my day special.

Natomas Donuts has a nice gourmet type feel. The donuts are definitely top-tier! Everything was so good. Everyone wanted to know where I found them. I recommended this place to all my friends. They're very nice. It's clean and yummy. I would definitely go back!
It said 24hrs and it was open past midnight and has been open as early as 4 am so they do deliver on open hours. Best of all is they have good fresh donuts and pastries in those hours, unlike others the pastries and donuts are fresh and not just leftovers. Will be back at any hour a donut calls to be eaten.
Very Delicious! My first time going there and the red velvet donuts are AWESOME! I wish they were bigger 🖤
Ordered some late night donuts! I assume they were out of most of the donuts I had put on my order since I was missing a couple that I had ordered, but they were kind enough to throw in three extra donuts on an order that was originally just six donuts to make up for it. The gesture truly made my day. Such a small, thoughtful action, but it speaks volumes to their customer service and business as a whole.
My favorite treat spot 🤍 The whipped cream with strawberry donuts are so good and the Vietnamese coffee is amazing every single time ☺️
5 Stars! This donut shop is a hidden gem! The donuts are always fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet—every bite melts in your mouth. They have a great variety of flavors, from classic glazed to unique creations that change weekly. The coffee pairs perfectly, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back every morning. Highly recommend for any donut lover!
A great place to get a donut. I loved their donut with the maple and bacon, an interesting flavor. Some sour and sweet was amazing. An apple fritter was amazing and I got a chocolate filled pastry and that one was amazing too. Came a bit light so the flavor was all there. I would suggest to come in the mornings but I came in the evening. Not the best time.
Natomas Donut is hands-down my favorite donut place. The donuts are always fresh, soft, and delicious—honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. Even though I work in Woodland, I still make the trip, and my coworkers love them just as much as I do. I even DoorDash from here about every two weeks because the quality is always worth it. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the selection is great. Whether you’re grabbing a quick treat or ordering for a group, you really can’t go wrong with Natomas Donut. Highly recommend!
Natomas Donuts is our favorite local spot any time of day! Their donuts are always fresh and delicious in the morning, and in the afternoon I love stopping by for their amazing iced salted caramel mocha. The breakfast croissants are also super tasty and filling. Friendly staff, great prices, and a cozy neighborhood feel — can’t beat it!

Very fast. Good selection. Take my kids there early on weekends. Helps their mom sleep. But not after the kids eat the donuts. Then they transform into raving crazy cave children. Use with caution.

Good donuts here and very good coffee (depends on what you put into it). The only slight problem is the closing time. They close early on the weekends 😿😭. 2pm

Donuts are pretty good places very clean although the service isn’t too inviting.when mentioning This is your first time being here they offer no recommendations no Conversation about what goes to a It dozen, cost or how much more the upgrades would be. So note to self bring glasses so you can read everything and be prepared to spend $$$

We've been going here for over a year only because there are not many donut shops in the Natomas area and they are just OK. They could definitely improve the ambience of the interior, not a very inviting or welcome feeling. My wife always gets the glazed donuts and she is pretty happy with those. I however, always get chocolate old fashioned's...it's the donut I use to judge all other donut shops by. These are just mediocre donuts. The chocolate covering is sparse and has a waxy taste to it. The donut itself should have an exterior crispiness, light and fluffy on the inside which these are neither. I'm guessing they're using the cheapest of ingredients for higher profit and it shows.
Definitely not 24 hours they are closed at 1:00 a.m. and there dozens are not $12 like on site they're $23.
I really wanted to like this place, but $15 for six completely basic donuts is honestly shocking. These aren’t specialty donuts. No unique flavors, no elevated textures, no standout freshness. They taste on par with Safeway donuts, which would be fine if they were priced like Safeway. Instead, the pricing is straight-up boutique level for non-boutique donuts. What makes it worse is that there is literally a Safeway right next door where you can get the same quality for a fraction of the price. Paying $2.50 per donut might make sense for artisan brioche or creative fillings. It does not make sense for standard, forgettable donuts. I understand costs have gone up everywhere, but this feels less like inflation and more like price gouging. When the product does not justify the price, it breaks trust. Unfortunately, this is a one-and-done stop for me. Supporting local is important, but value still matters.

This place smelled bad upon entry, I should’ve left after that, but I decided to give it a chance and only got a croissant. I bite into it and to my surprise there’s some egg on the bottom. The croissant was pretty good until I bit into egg, it seems like they mixed the batter wrong? Overall it was gross but the service was kind. $4 for this too.

This place has never felt clean and now there's news of over 200 rat droppings found, even in the food. If you look at the most recent reviews, written right after the news dropped, there's multiple 5 star reviews that look to be AI written, and come up as 100% AI generated when put into detectors. Specifically the ones written by Rattana Long and Chan Kosal. The one written by Chan even still has the quotes around it as if it was sent to them to post. Highly suspicious behavior and I would not ever trust this place again.
Absolutely Disgusting – Shut Down for Rodents! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This donut shop was not just dirty—it was downright gross. The health inspectors had to shut it down after finding over 200 rodent droppings throughout the place. That’s not just a small issue—it’s a full-blown infestation. It’s disturbing to think people were eating from a kitchen crawling with that kind of filth. Floors, shelves, even areas near the food prep stations were contaminated. How this place stayed open as long as it did is beyond me. Health and safety clearly meant nothing to them, and it’s honestly unacceptable. I hope they stay shut down unless they can completely clean up their act—literally. Don’t waste your time or risk your health here.
I stopped by Natomas Donut expecting a simple breakfast, but I was immediately hit with a foul odor-a mix between rotting carcass and bug spray. It was so bad I almost turned around and left. Unfortunately, I decided to stick it out, which turned out to be a mistake. The prices here are insanely high for what you get. A ham and cheese croissant set me back $9, which is outrageous for a basic pastry. And for that price, you'd expect something amazing, but nope-it was just average at best. Between the disgusting smell and the ridiculous prices, I won't be coming back. Save your money and your nose-there are much better places to grab a donut or breakfast in the area. 1/5 Would not recommend.
Bad customer service and nasty donuts… the girl at the counter gave me the wrong donut and was on the phone the whole time taking our order while we were the only customers in. The donut was gross and I could tell had been sitting out for a while. Def not coming back here and do not recommend.
Overpriced. "custard" was liquidy not at all custard. It's vanilla pudding. Dozen donuts+dozen donut holes was $34. Lady was meh like she didn't even care. Jacks on Northgate taste way better and better priced. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Your donuts are mediocore at best. Think that grocery next door donuts.

We went to check this place out from out of town. It extremely disappointed. Everything that was showed online was out and when I asked to order was told they stopped making them for the day. Isn’t this a 24 hour donut shop? It was 2pm when we went. Most of the donuts were flat and dented in or looked old. The bathrooms had no paper towels to dry me or my grandbabies hands and it was so quiet in there you could hear a pin drop. Not what I was expecting at all. I wasted $20 in my opinion and won’t be back.
