Mr. Pickle's

We came as a group of seven after a weekend outing, and the staff handled us seamlessly. Orders came out together, hot and exactly as requested. I had the steak and cheese, which was packed with flavor and gooey goodness. The shop was buzzing with energy, casual music, and laughter, making it a great spot for groups without feeling cramped.

Super friendly crew. Even under pressure they never lose their cool. Awesome sandwiches! Always a pleasure going there.

Mr. Pickles is a great place to grab a fresh, mouthwatering sandwich made to perfection. Considering today's economy, prices are reasonable. The individuals who work at Mr. Pickles are kind, helpful, and friendly. In short, it's a convenient location, excellent customer service, and the foods and beverages served at Mr. Pickles will tantalize your taste buds. I tip my hat to Mr. Pickles!

We were visiting Sacramento and decided to stop in to grab sandwiches for our trip back home and were extremely happy that we came here! Priya the Owner was extremely helpful and very friendly. Sandwiches were fresh, delicious, and had plenty of meat. Prices were very reasonable and the store was very clean. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning next time we visit Sacramento.

Don’t be deceived by the exterior- this is no Subway. A little pricey, but they make a mean sandwich. Ingredients are fresh and flavor combinations thoughtful. Really good chocolate chip cookies too. “The Hot T” is a winner.

I hate the write this, but I will no longer be coming to Mr.Pickles. It's sad for the employees, but this is more so a review for the management - the self check out kiosks were a terrible call. They are horribly slow, and on top of already having to do what was previously a service provided (navigate the order menu to place order), they try to default an 18% tip into your order. Sorry, but $17.80 for a turkey sandwich that I have to work through the computer to order and then go pour my own drink only to have a tip request defaulted into my order is silly. It isn't just "changing times and prices" because you can go down the street to Corti Bros and get a better sandwich for nearly half the price. When the friendly staff used to take your order verbally in about 20 seconds, it was still expensive, but at least you felt like you weren't doing employee work.

They are rude overpriced , avoid this spot they charge way to much for what little they serve you , I got a Mr pickle sandwich and it barely had chicken on half the thing , I brought it to the guys attention and d he offered to remake is correctly then didn’t and just looked at me . I guess he only does customer service half way . I told I would like a refund instead he tried to tell me he can’t do anything for me . So I got kinda angry that this jerk just stole my money and told him I won’t leave without a refund , luckily he made the right decision and gave me the refund . Haven’t been to a pickle in maybe 10-15 years . I didn’t know it’s gotten this bad . I’m sure they will send me a message saying this isn’t how it should be and they strive to be better but they seem to say this every week in the reviews and it hasn’t changed . So guessing AI is handling the customer portion for them . Guess I will hold off another 10-15 years before returning if this is the quality and service they strive for .

Foods good but the place just smells like a broke ac walked in and asked if it can live there and they said yes also a youngster was in there as i was ordering and had a red bag with him which i assume he was obviously doordashing or one of the delivery apps anyways they just completely ignored the kid for a coold 5 minutes till he finally asked for the order i understand that its also on the kid to speak up but come on you guys see him with a giant red bag its common sense also my 3rd time eating here the foods wonderful but the service again horrible not just for the kid who was picking up an order but in general staff are very rude and short asked for some extra napkins etc. and they were very short with me
