Fresh chicken every visit. They always seem to have a steady line of customers. Thankful that they kept this location open it's the best one around. Love all of the items. Will be back frequently.

I love churchs chicken. Never had a piece i didn't enjoy. Flavorful and the sides are smashing the competition. Servers are fair and sometimes give you extra.

This is the most wonderful chicken, we eat it all the time. In fact, we first learned of Church's chicken in Gulf Shores Alabama. That was in the winter of 2000 is the first time to eat it. There honey biscuits are the best, finest mashed potatoes/gravy and coleslaw. Every where, we travel definitely look for Church's chicken.

The cooks don’t wear hair nerd,, was there the other day someone sneezed in their hands and didn’t wash their hands,they and continue to serve the public, they don’t wear gloves .,they handle the cash register and serve the food to you,,That’s not sanitary..

I got the feed the family of 6-8 deal. Not only did my family stuff itself but some cold pieces for breakfast next day. Actually worth the trip.

I wish there was a Church's closer to my house. They were all over the place when I lived down south but when I came back to Michigan they are few and far between. The people that work there are great I love them. Love the chicken and particularly love their fried okra.

We had a great visit to this Church’s with friendly staff who went the extra mile. We were fresh off a bad experience at KFC, and the employees were so nice and refreshing. The tenders were on par with KFC, which isn’t saying much, but their fries were fantastic. I would very much recommend this location instead of the KFC up the street.

Always great and worth the wait! Super fresh, great staff and even though it take a while to get your food it's always fresh and they often give a little extra in portions for patience! Totally recommend.

Last time I went the person taking the order said to "hold please" so I held, waiting for her to let me know when she was ready to take my order. Kept talking to other workers and just laughing. Someone told her she had a customer. "Yeah waiting on them, their taking up there own time" If I wasn't feeding a big family at 8 pm I would of just left. Very rude, while the boss was sitting on her phone. We need more locations for church's.

The food is perfect. The customer service is horrible everytime I visit and it's always the same lady. It's the middle eastern lady that is so rude, she never puts napkins in the bag, I never get a regular receipt with the itemized meal charges on it, she slams the window closed before I pull off..causing me to honk the horn to get her to come back to the window and they never put enough honey butter on the biscuits but that damn chicken is so good 👍 😏 😋 yummiest, so I go there any time I go to flint.

New Year's Eve night 2019, the Lady who took our orders was awesome! She was patient with us, very pleasant @ all times! And it was extremely busy! But, she got All our orders correctly & the food was delicious, plus "Hot"! God Bless her and her family!

The taste was excellent. But the chicken parts were a bit to big for my liking. But my family really enjoyed it. And the young lady who waited on me was the best at serving us!2/7/2019. She is a very good server.

Very friendly service. Order was done correctly. Not sure of gentlemen name that took my order, he as taking order for drive thru and counter. Polite and always takes my order and every time Jerome so, it's correct. And always like it cause when I request fresh chicken, always done cause cause son got to eat food fresh were it won't harm him cause he had immune disorder so bacteria doesn't get into his body. The people are always friendly and courteous, the food tastes amazing which means thier friers are CLEAN. WISH we had 1 closer but this is like a treat now so ordering 1 of everything is hard not to do. Gotta say I don't like they added Texas to the name.

I was told that it was a 10-minute wait on chicken and I actually sit outside waiting on my food for about 40 minutes and then was taken care of when I received my food the chicken was amazing but my potatoes barely had any gravy my coleslaw was dry my biscuits didn't come with the honey I asked for no napkins and my okra was completely burnt I paid $9 for a little McDonald's fry when I usually get a box so yeah churches wasn't good tonight

Was in the mood for fried 🐔 chicken. Chicken was piping hot, biscuits were just out of the oven, mash potatoes and gravy were instant, but still good....and coleslaw was ice cold and crunchy and very delicious 😋. First time at a church's chicken and definitely not the last. Prices were much better than KFC TOO. 10 STARS

I went there for a quick bite to eat. I asked the clerk how much for a breast. He asked someone and nobody helped him. I was teasing and said "must be free!". He actually gave me a free pc of chicken!!! I love their Cajun dirty rice. Its EXCELLENT. Great customer service, good food. Didn't have to wait in long line! And it was 5pm. Super happy!

1st time eating there and the food was excellent.

I actually prefer Church's over KFC any day. Sometimes you have to wait about 20mins, but it's well worth it. The employees are pretty friendly and hardworking.

I got an 8 piece dark meat. I requested all thighs and it was no problem. Food was hot and good.

Only drive thru not cool I like to see how clean a place is inside. I've seen it before when it was open a few years ago and it was liked owners lived there. There was so much stuff inside soon it was only drive thru.

I love them bomers and the food is good to bad it isn't more locations. Customer service needs more work though. I understand the stress of not having enough food because the owner dosent order the right amounts which pisses customers off and its hard for every1. Also the building needs fixing

Only one problem I had , I ordered a 2 piece and got home ate it , then realized I should've gotten the 3 piece . Seriously there are good days and bad days I'm learning alot has to do with the individuals working in the fast food chain. But normally a good place with great pricing.

Not too impressive, just chicken. It's very comparable to Popeyes chicken, with exception that Church's is very well seasoned. But the sweet buttered biscuits by far deserve a rating of their own, amazing indeed. Great hospitable service too. I'm not into greasy foods so good for a first and last.

I love church’s but their service isn’t so great and if ordering online you should call first to check and make sure if they are out of something because it won’t tell you and they don’t either until you check ur bag and see it’s missing

First time ordering from this location. The chicken tenders were good but rather small. The regular chicken pieces could have been a little more seasoned. The cole slaw was excellent! The spicy rice tasted and looked like dressing. It appeared it had been prepared for some time. The biscuits and Dr. Pepper drinks were good. This review is based on 3 pieces of chicken and 3 chicken tenders both with 2 sides. A little pricey ($24.87)!

Chicken was good, unfortunately there was waiting involved. Spent about 15 minutes waiting for food it was during dinner hour. Suppose management should staff for the peak times of service. Staff was very courteous snd friendly despite how busy they were.

The food was very good but staff has an attitude and staring problem at the Corunna rd location. The prices are pretty good. A little more expensive than McDonald’s but I think you get more for your money.

Chicken is good. I typically go twice a month. The last time I was there I was overcharged. I questioned the cost too.

Really enjoyed service and new fair ground cookies. However really didn't appreciate receiving cold okra. I just don't appreciate paying for something I have to warm up before I can enjoy.

The teller was very rude. She did not wear her mask appropriately not to mention her co-worker didn't wear a mask at all. 3 stars because I just tasted the chicken and fries and they are delicious!!! Work on better customer service and I'll be there every week! I'll return for the food but will need to be starving and really in the mood for Church's if I'm going to deal with the rudeness....

Not like how I remembered it, which is sad cuz it used to be my favorite. This was my 2nd visit and both times I got grease soaked dried out chicken, like it'd been sitting there for a long time. The shrimp was terrible. I had one and tossed the rest out. The people were nice, but Iprobably won't be back, unless it's just for the okra.

The worker told me, "we just opened up yall trying to take all the chicken we got." I politely said, "ok, never mind, thank you." Then he said "no we have the chicken up, " i responded."That's ok, thank you." It sounds like he might have had a few big orders before mines but there is just a way you say things to the customers patronizing a business you work at.

I got 8 pieces of chicken. I don't eat the skin on fast food chicken, because they don't clean the chicken. The meat was seasoned even without the skin. It had a nice flavor. There was fat on the chicken after removing the skin and fully fried feathers. That was my first time eating Church's and I won't go back.

They forgot my biscuits I paid for and then wouldn’t answer the phone. I couldn’t even let them no of their mistake. I called for 2 days straight.

This location is supposed to have spicy chicken, but they always claim to be out. The last two times they said they have spicy chicken, they still served me original. Why do I even come here? Do your job and be prepared...

This location doesn't allow online ordering (doesn't show up on website), and doesn't answer the phone if you try to call. Got very upset when I tried to order a large order in person... Was told I couldn't get the family buckets with sides and biscuits as advertised on the website, instead had to pay for things individually, and then only got about half of the food I ordered and paid for. Pretty disappointed.

Good food. Expensive af for chicken. This time around, I was charged for mixed and given all dark. Maybe pay more attention to customer order fulfillment than your own gossipy conversations. I called to notify and woman argued with me and said I ordered all dark. I had the receipt and pointed out the correct order and charge was listed, the execution was what failed. So, she agreed to provide the white pieces "tomorrow." Sidenote: I hate that they did that. I didn't graduate from law school to have you breach an agreement and misconstrue my actions. I am a person who will drop a summons and complaint faster than God blinks. Went back the next day and was given 3 white pieces. And they were dry and tasteless. They had clearly sat oit all day. Called in to find out why 3 pieces and one breast and was told the box is no longer split evenly. She claims that now in a 16-piece, you only get 1 breast, 2 wings, and the remaining 13 pieces are 7 drumsticks and 6 thighs. I won't be back. I can cook a pack of drumsticks my damned self. If I find out she lied, I will determine if I want to take matters further. It's not about the money, it is about the lesson. Fraud is not acceptable, nor is bait and switch advertising. Behaviors change when people are held accountable. So, hold them accountable.

Churches chicken. The food is not seasoned it's very plain no taste. The chicken had more fat then meat on it. They just don't make good like they used to. The building needs to be updated you can tell it's very old and they need more workers.

Rated two stars because the food is amazing but the service is terrible. The service was terrible. My grandson and I came in at 2:40 on July 3 to two gentlemen who completely ignored our presences until one walked past and I asked what the $4 meal box came with. He seemed to be in a rush and mumbled somethings without slowing down. After that we stood there for probably five more minutes until we finally just left and headed down the street to eat at Mega Classic Diner and strangly we were greeted when we came in and we're served right away.

Chicken was crunchy, but there was NO seasoning. Gravy on mashed potatoes was congealed. Service was horrible. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, but the person at the drive thru windiw said she only heard 1. Said we had to get back in the drive-thru line to get another. She acted very bored. Won't be back

I ordered a large okra & a wing. This is what I got a wing ding & Some okra. I was so disappointed when I got home & opened my box. I won't be going back.

The mashed potatoes had NO GRAVY and they gave us the wrong type of chicken! Plus the strawberry fanta was nasty because it needed to be changed.

Rude and slow. Gave me spicy when i wanted regular. Gave me breast when I wanted all dark meat. Woman working the drive window has no business working in fast food business.

Over 45 minutes for drive-thru. 10 pieces. After over a half hour they had us park for "7 minutes more" turned into another 15. Then gave us incorrect change. The chicken was then different from the regular recipe. Very bland. Unbelievable.

I'm completely discussed with the rude behavior. My daughters went there and waited a decent amount of time to even be greeted at the speaker then asked for another minute to look at the menu. Then the guy said ok I'll be right back with you. Upon deciding what they wanted and talking amongst themselves the person at the speaker became very rude shouting hello through the speaker they apologized because they thought he was still with another customer and they got an attitude saying no we've been listening to you conversate for ten minutes. This is very unprofessional behavior. No one working with the public should EVER treat thier customers like this!!!!!!! NEVER EVER!!!!!

I brought chicken back because they sell cannibalized Breasts they use for tenders... when i brought the food back 2 days later they said they couldn't resell it because i brought it back so late.. If i had known they resold chicken that had already left the store i never would have ordered any food from them in the 1st place

Tried getting food here once, sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes without so much as a "welcome" message. Drove around the store to make sure they were open. Three workers inside looked at me, so I drove back around to the intercom again, still no service. Drove off and got my chicken fill from Popeyes on Miller Rd. Won't be back at Church's.

My husband and I waited in the drive thru (at the speaker) for about 3 minutes before the lady even said anything. Then she said, "I'll be with you in a minute." Then a few seconds later she said, "Ok, what do you want?" so we started to order and then she very rudely said, "sir, sir, I said I'd help you in a minute, ok..." So we waited for another five minutes and then she asked, "what do you want???" after we ordered, it probably took another fifteen minutes to get our food, and we ordered extra biscuits and they were missing. Food was actually really good, but they need to work on their customer service and preparation skills. We will not be returning.

The service is horrible and they are very unprofessional. We went in yesterday and my mom ordered a wing. Yes only a single wing. They had us wait 30 minutes in drive through then told us after we waited that they forgot they didn't have any wings. Others in the community have been complaining about them as well. I know someone who waited 17 minutes in drive through for a simple order.

Cashier and Owner did not wear a mask. The cashier handles the money and without washer her hands she went over to the food and handle items and then went back to the cash register. Went flint mi. .Chicken was greasy warm and old. Wasted over 30$ and end up with a stomach ache with eating one biscuit and a half of chicken leg .the cole slaw was not good the potatoes were decent this was our first and. Last time going will never go there again Smh all right

I guess people who run a businesses don't believe in courtesy and professionalism. Church's Chicken on Corunna Rd. In Flint, MI won't get my business anymore. They cut corners knowing what we ordered was not done correctly...how do 3 wings get mistaken for 3 breasts?????? Had to go back to have them correct it.... waste of 30 minutes 🤦🏽‍♀️ simply asked for a refund and the meal done right and I guess my being inconvenienced isn't worth anything. Add them to my list of businesses to avoid , service and how customers are handled is just as important as food quality.

This by far the WORSE Church's Chicken I've ever been to in my entire life. The food was super greasy & TASTELESS. The service was worse than the food. The cashier didn't even wanna take our order cause she was getting off in 10 minutes & had to count her drawer, On top of waiting 20 minutes for our food to not even have any spicy chicken. When that was my first question. I won't be coming back.

The food used to be good, I don’t know what happened. I almost died tonight. The chicken was so hard I almost broke a tooth…. all the food was nasty…..please hire a new staff!

Today I ordered Church's, a three piece meal through DoorDash. The meal arrived on time, early. The food was subpar. One piece looked unrecognizable and very small. It was also not done. This is the second time that I have ordered a three piece meal and did not receive three full pieces. I will not be spending my money or time with them again! I spent way more than I should have for that meal. It was cold also. I could tell nothing was fresh at least had sat for an hour or longer. The biscuit was hard, okra cold and chicken slightly warm. I was charged along with DoorDash $25 for a $12 meal that really wasn't worth it. They can also be sometimes rude to customers in drive-thru line.

This was my last visit. 😒 I use to love the crunch of their chicken, it was always hot, seasoned just right and they always had what I wanted. For a few months leading up to this visit, I was disappointed several times in a row. "We don't have that today" ""sorry we no longer carry honey packets" "The chicken sandwich is not coming back". Service slowly became lax, the chicken was not tasting the same. My flavor bulb went out.

This is the worst Churches Chicken location I have ever been to, the staff has a lazy attitude, they always claim to be out of what ever I want, and they are slow. I ordered a 7 piece meal from a coupon and the chicken was cold, the biscuits were dry and cold, and the side was undercooked. I tried to call the manager but no one answered the phone, I will never eat here again. I actually threw away my food from here and went to Kroger and got better service and food in their hot food area. This place would get negative Star if there were such a rating! Disgusting, lazy and slow!

I spent $29.69 on 2 meals and extra sides. That was the only meal I ate and I have food poisoning symptoms. I didn’t go in drive through only. I was one car before me and it still took 15-17 mins before I got my food. Will not come back.

Today I received my order and the mashed potatoes had burned through the paper bag. The entire large container fell on me and the car. I was burned. The manager refused to do anything about it and verbally assaulted me. It is sad when other cultures exploit and take advantage of black customers. They take the green dollar and disrespect the person. I just wanted my food and my car, which was just detailed, to be cleaned. I wanted to go vote but my clothes were doused in mashed potatoes.

Uprofessional and rude! I took a coupon that was printed in the newspaper advertising 10 pieces and 2 sides for $20. Got there, they took my coupon and stated that it was a misprint, charged me almost $27 for 14 pieces and 3 sides-to smooth things over...did not put any condiments, biscuits or peppers in my bag and rushed me off!

I placed an order with their app. Went to pick it up and they were closed. Ordered at 7pm. The apps shows they are open until 945. The app took my money but ive not been able to pick up my order. The phone number is a cellular number that doesn’t work. Avoid this thief.

One of the worst Church’s chicken I’ve been to. Chicken was very obviously old and freezer burnt plus it was cold and breading was soggy even though we were told we had to wait for our order to finish cooking. I love Church’s Chicken and I never do reviews to complain but this was straight up disgusting. You also can only order in drive thru. They will not open the door if you need anything. $50 worth of food was thrown out in the end.

My first experience was tonight, I had 2 orders, which I stated before ordering. The girl who took my order didn't listen and put the two orders together, I corrected her so the orders were separated, however you couldn't understand what she was saying but apparently she repeated my order back and I said it was correct, which I didn't I said that was my complete order. We pull up to the window, she was friendly when asking for the first order total, however we realized the food given was incorrect and I told her that I didn't order two items I had ordered two different items she immediately got an attitude and was just rude saying "well it's not my fault I asked if it was correct and you said yes" I told her don't get an attitude and she claims she didn't have one (mind you she was snotty while saying it). This was a COMPLETE turn off and I will NEVER return to this place. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere and NEVER try their food!! If you don't like people with attitudes I highly suggest NOT going here!!

Ordered a large coke with my buffalo wing meal. Once I got to the bottom of my drink, I opened the lid to have some ice until I saw a fruit fly lying in it. Disgusting. I’m pregnant so I really hope I don’t get sick from having drank the whole thing! Besides the fly, the buffalo wings were so mid. Hardly covered in any sauce and half of them looked weird. At least they’re cheap I guess? Gonna notify the health department about the fly.

Used app to order ahead, waited over 20 past time it said. That was not the issue , we noticed first we were missing a 1/2 jug of tea. Leaked all over my car(didn’t seal properly or faulty bag). The order was missing 10pc of chicken, are large sides were small. The mashed potatoes were like water! Mac and cheese wasn’t very good, couldn’t tell the difference between spicy and original in both bone chicken and the tenders. One bag of biscuits were just crumbs. I was so excited to have my family try Church’s food. I had just tried for the first time down in Enterprise, Alabama. The food was amazing !!!!!! Everything. The Corunna rd flint location food was shit! I tried calling several times and was always busy. So disappointed . I thought I would be ordering way too often. not now!
