🤩FRESH🤩 We finally got a chance to go! Thanks to #FOF for letting us know they are open and ready for us😁 First gotta start out with what a cool place to enjoy dinner 💯 The place looks amazing and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Annie our server gave us the best service ever. We started with the Cheese and Charcuterie Board which was delicious. My husband got the Lamb Burger which was perfectly cooked and the seasoning was spot on. But his favorite part was the red wine reduction that was on it he wanted to even dip the fries in it🤣 I got the Veal Mushroom Schnitzel which was a homerun. The Veal was so crisp and perfect and the sauce was out of this world! We got lucky and sat at the bar right where they bring the food out.... everything looked so good. I can never say no to carrot cake and I'm glad I didn't. It was moist and not too sweet. Absolutely yummy 🤗 If y'all get a chance get on in there! Highly recommended you will not be disappointed 👍

I dined at this beautiful place a few weeks ago and loved it! Wonderful scenery both inside and out. It's an aiport/restaurant! If you have a chance to sit by a window, you can see the run way of where planes would take off and land. Very exciting! Food was delicious and service was impeccable! It was my boyfriend's birthday and they surprised him with a slice of strawberry cheese cake with a candle lit (complimentary). LOVED IT EVEN MORE! Great for any evening dining or outing. Highly recommend.

Only negative was seen wilted plants hanging or decorating, Sad look, even dead flowers on the table. Service, view and food was great. I had the Crispy Brussels salad and husband and kid had the chicken sandwich. Good portions and great flavor! Calamari great. The apple pie dessert was ok, too much cinnamon I think.

We were not planning on dining here tonight. Tried to get to St Augustine for the night of lights but it was too crowded! WE couldn't get there. So Last minute we made a reservation online @ 7:15 for 7:30. perfect! Saved the night ! We had a great great waiter loved the atmosphere and the dinner was superb. The purple soup of the day! Octopus appetizer and salmon dinner were both excellent! thank you we will be back!

First time traveling that far into St Augustine, nice location and the restaurant was classy.

My bf and I had lunch there today. I'm afraid the restaurant that was there before didn't have a great reputation, but we were willing to give Hangar One a try. The space was very clean, modern and inviting. We requested a seat by the windows to enjoy the view of the activity at the airport. My bf ordered the Wagyu burger, medium with a fried yucca side, and I ordered the blackened Mahi sandwich with a side salad. Our waitress Shelby was attentive, professional and friendly. They didn't have any iced tea, yet. Apparently, it's in the works. We both ordered water. Our food took maybe 15 mins? It was a reasonable amount of time. The presentation was nice and the food was really good! The burger was supposed to be medium, but ended up being well done. That was forgivable since the flavor and tenderness were near perfect. The burger came with two huge strips of crispy bacon and a fried egg on a brioche bun. He got 4 chunks of fried yucca, as his side choice, that were delish and perfectly golden and crispy. My Mahi sandwich consisted of a generous chunk of fish with pickled red onion on top and coleslaw underneath, all served on a fresh brioche bun. It was absolutely delicious! My side choice was a small salad. The salad was made fresh to order and was really tasty! No wilted or brown leaves here, a perfect accompaniment. Brand new restaurants have a tough time when they first open, trying to get things streamlined etc. It wasn't too busy on this Wednesday lunch and the service and food were great. I think they'll do better and better as time goes on. They're definitely on the right track with their freshly prepared food and friendly waitstaff. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Wow what a hidden little gem of a restaurant. Sitting beside private jets and eating a very delicious savory hearty meal makes me feel like I was in a James Bond movie. The drinks will make you feel like you are flying in a plane. Don’t get a meal without a side of onion rings trust me.

We each enjoyed POLISH POTATO PANCAKE w/BEEF STEW. It was just phenomenal many flavors and textures blended well with the mushrooms and beef!

Excellent meal. The presentation was as amazing as the flavor. We started our evening with a beautiful window view of the airstrip. We ordered a local beer, Galleon Golden Ale, and a Brazilian Caipirinha. Both were very good. I highly recommend the Caipirinha. For our starter, we ordered the stuffed mushroom. It was a large mushroom with an abundance of artichokes, feta cheese, greens, and deliciousness! Plenty for two people to share. We ordered the Stroganoff and the Shrimp Bobo for our entrees. The stroganoff deserves an award! Rich and full of flavor, with chicken that was tender and filling. The sauce was incredible. The Shrimp Bobo was perfectly cooked, with a sauce that screamed Latin flare! The plantains were a delicious sweet side. For dessert we chose the Cannoli Cake. The cake was unique with a soft and sweet finish. The density was just right! Our service was wonderful. Perfect way to celebrate!

Great place to see the St. Augustine airport and have a spectacular meal! Our service was quick but not rushed. I had a special, whole fried red snapper with asparagus and potatoes while my husband had the lamb. Both were cooked perfectly. If you can, make a reservation on the inside patio which has tables right by the windows so you can watch the planes come and go. Do not leave without getting a dessert! The black forest cake is amazing! I definitely recommend for a date night.

I'm so glad to have experienced this "$100 hamburger". (Aviators know what I mean) Although I did not order the house hamburger, it still was worth the mouth watering delight that we experienced. The Rabbit pappardelle was absolutely amazing!!! I could not NOT eat the entire dish. Large portion was served and could have easily been great leftovers (my mouth is watering still after two days). The Rubbed Pork chop my sweetheart ordered was as equally delicious. Great window seating view of the FBO parking apron and all the action. Thursdays is live music. The guitarist is very personable and entertaining. Great fly-in date night.

Fun location and fabulous food and service. The Pierogis were delicious, 3 meat filled and 3 potato filled. We all loved our meals, prices were fair and got to watch the private airplanes at the airstrip. Great experience

This is a must visit in Saint Augustine! I had the most amazing Mahi steak on apple slaw. The service was good and the view is beautiful. The interior design is wonderful and it’s a delight to watch the private jets and small planes take off and land.

Compliments to J-No, Shelby, Vito and Staff! Friendly staff, professional accomodating and courteous. Dishes arrived Fresh, hot and delicious! Brie cheese and cracker appetizer was excellent! Bone in Pork chop and Veal Schnitzel Superb! Well prepared, excellent flavor and cooked to order. Needless to say we enjoyed our dinners! See you soon.

Best brunch experience I've ever had. I had a really nice view of the whole airport. The mimosas were astounding (and endless), and the salmon and capers bagel was the best bagel I've had in my whole life. Service was fantastic as well. Can't wait to come back here!

This place is definitely recommended. I went with my dad and son after a day in St. Augustine. They had a blast looking at the airplanes. The food was beyond incredible and perfect for various occasions. I will be going back for date night! Liam, our server, was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable. The only weird vibe I received was from the hostess. I don't know if I caught her on an off day, but she didn't seem thrilled to be there (she was training a new hostess who was extremely friendly and had a big smile). Overall, the experience was wonderful, and I thank everyone for a wonderful time.

Amazing restaurant! If you haven’t had authentic pierogies before, you’re missing out and you need to try Hangar One! It’s a hidden gem. Great staff, great food, and always a great time. Love it here!

This restaurant offers quite the dining experience in a unique locale. The food was tasty, the service was friendly and the ambiance of it all made for wonderful memories shared by friends.

Hanger One does not disappoint. It's a unique experience to eat dinner and watch the planes coming and going. The food is fantastic and they have a full bar. This dinner was a seafood medley over pasta. The flavor was spectacular and it was loaded with shrimp, scallops and mussels

Concise and creative menu. Great drinks and the food was delicious. Server was enthusiastic and attentive. Had fun watching the private jets and looking up their tail numbers to find out all kinds of interesting information

I had a wonderful experience. My 22nd anniversary was yesterday and when I got there we had a table for two with the best view and a bottle of prosecco with 2 glasses already served . We ordered the shrimp cocktail and the batard bread. The bread was delicious!! They serve it hot, with garlic butter and oil. The customer service was perfect, everyone was very inviting and our waiter was the best. Definitely recommend, will be back soon

Wow is all i can say! After living in St Augustine for many years and now a regular visitor i was so happy to discover this restaurant. St Augustine for a long time was just a chain food restaurant town with a few good local places and alot of long term tourist traps but i love all the new places that have popped up in the last 5+ years. Back to Hanger One, the food was phenomenal and polish dishes the highlight. Our group had stuffed cabbage, grouper, salmon, shrimp cocktails, perogis, beet salad , apple pie and chocolate mousse ! Outstanding, priced great wonderful service from the waiter and a very cool atmosphere overlooking the airport. Helicopters flying in all night , truly a memorable dinner. We spoke with the owner I assume on the way out and were so impressed. You have got to go, make reservations and spend a special evening there.

It is not too expensive bust expect $80-100 for 2 people. It's a great date place. The menu changes every few months which keeps it feeling fresh and new.

The food is delicious and made with finesse. Subtleties of multiple flavors blended perfectly. Appetizer, dinner, desert and drinks were high quality and perfect. The service was friendly and on point. Great experience. We didn't do the Polish side of the menu this time but will be back to try that.

Stopped in for dinner on our way down from Northeast Ohio on the 22nd and boy - so glad we did! Delicious food and great atmosphere! Will definitely stop again and try to make the time to see the Christmas lights!

Amazing food in a really cool location overlooking the St. Augustine airport. Really special atmosphere after dark with planes coming and going. Great selection of Polish dishes.

This was our first time at The Hanger One Bar and Bistro, why we haven’t been here earlier is beyond me! It was absolutely delicious!! The Hangover burger was amazing and the mimosas’s were so tasty!!

This place is so cute; love the decor! Despite the occasional whiff of jet fuel, the ambiance is great. We had the beet salad and hangar steak entree. Both were tasty, though the entree should have been hotter. Pumpkin pie and apple pie a la mode for dessert were the perfect ending. Wonderful, friendly service from Pawel!

Great food and a fun, unique atmosphere overlooking the runway. Everything we ordered was delicious and well done. Our server Victoria was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend Hangar One Bistro!

Wonderful date night place that over looks the runway at St Augustine airport. We went for an early Valentine's Day couple group dinner with a party of 12 or six couples. Very unique drink and signature appetizers and meals from your traditional steak to off the beaten path rabbit - which both were delicious by the way. Will definitely visit this place again but disappointed that they had to separate our group into 2 six seater tables but we were close enough to converse across. Regardless it was a great time. Staff was wonderful and very attentive. Why not 5 stars? Rather expensive for 2 people, but then again the ambiance is on the upper scale. Still super cool place.

Visiting from out of town and had a great dinner here! The food was delicious and it’s cool to get a view of the planes on the runway. • I shared the parmesan oysters to start. Anything with cheese is tasty, and I liked the tomato sauce it came with. • The meat in the hangar one jet burger is great quality - very tender and juicy. FYI, this is a big burger! it comes with lots of fries too. • I had some of the crawfish & shrimp sliders (they’re more like bruschetta not mini burgers). not my favourite but I’m also not a fan of crawfish • The ghost flower cocktail was delicious and not too sweet. asked for less alcohol and loved it! Would come back to try the rabbit pappardelle which sounds yummy and I heard it’s good. Overall had a good experience here ✈️

A fun & unique experience - dining at an airport! What we had for brunch: Belgian Waffles with berries & peanut butter, Steak Tacos, Chorizo Hoagie, Smoked Ham Sandwich, Yuca Fries, Bottomless Mimosas, Smoked Old Fashioned

Great place with romantic ambiance! Service was great and view was cool. Pictured is Charred Hangar Steak which was delicious. Prawn and shrimp sliders were good and smoked Old Fashioned's made with local St. Augustine Bourbon. Great experience!

Great atmosphere, watched planes taxi, takeoff and land. The staff were attentive and nice. The only weekday they are open for lunch is Friday and a brunch menu is offered. My beet salad was beautiful and delicious, the salmon on my husband’s salmon sandwich was thick cut and juicy. Glad we came and we will make the 40 minute drive again.

Has changed owners again. It was ok, just not the same. If I owned it, I would train the servers, and the kitchen staff. If they want to charge upper level prices, their food quality/portions and service need to be up to par. Again, it was good, not great. I like the place, I hope they get it together.

I really wanted to enjoy this experience but found it quite underwhelming. Service was slow and also rushed at the same time, not a big deal especially if they were new. The water is served in a beautiful glass container but is obviously unfiltered and tasted horrible. The bread was $8 for a hard tiny piece. My perogies were burnt and basically just mushy mashed potatoes with way too much black pepper inside. 19$ for 7 (I understand they are scratch made but it was disappointing nonetheless.) The burger and fries were pretty great and my dragon fruit marg was decent (after squeezing 3 limes in it myself and waiting 20 minutes for it.) The paper towel holder in the women's bathroom came off the wall and almost hit me right square in my eye...flying ants in the bathroom as well. I stood by the bar for 2 minutes to let them know the bathroom fixture was broken and the person behind the bar just ignored me and walked away. Overall just a really odd dining experience. It's frustrating to spend so much money for so little accomodations. The space is beautiful and well decorated, just needs some boosts in food and friendliness.

A bit disappointed, the music was too loud for nice conversations, the place smelled musty, even though the restaurant was empty at 5 PM a party was seated at a table very close to us, arugula on my fish was old & some was even yellow. I wish they could take better care of their plants. The location & views are excellent & could make for a better ambiance.

Whet here for father's day with another couple. We ordered the calamari appetizer, it was not good very salty and the calamari was chewy. My friend order the pork shank and it was extremely dry and flavorless, he did enjoy the gnocchi. They replaced his pork shank with the veal schnitzel, it was much better. I had the seafood pasta which was pretty good. The clams, scallops and shrimp were not overcooked and tasted fresh. My fiancé had the salmon and she liked it well enough. The salmon was cooked to her liking. My friends wife ordered the potato and cheese pierogi, they are probably the biggest pierogi I've ever seen but she enjoyed them. The server was not very knowledgeable about the menu, couldn't answer so.e simple questions and the water boy kept spilling water all over the table every time he gave us more water. When he went to clean up a spill he picked up the battery operated candle and dripped water all over my friends plate. I don't think I'll be going back.

I was so excited to try the hanger bistro in Saint Augustine…. Save your time and your money. It was honestly one of the worst meals I have ever had! Even the desert was disgusting! All looks, no flavor! That chocolate muffin was suppose to be a lava cake! Ha! What a joke! The risotto was bland with no flavor and my husbands steak was over cooked. Sad because the venue was so cool but damn this was so disappointing! 2/10 ⭐️ Service was great!
