MOD Pizza

I’m a picky Italian from Napoli but in this place I felt so good! Carolina is excellent in her job fulfilling of joy and kindness the whole place and making everything so special!

Love it! The tables and restrooms could be cleaner but love the Calliflower crust, pesto veggie options. They are pretty friendly and go over and above with service. Oh, the MOD cake is all that, umm umm good.

So far this place is great, customer service is amazing. Staff was so friendly and my girls loved each one of there own special pizzas. Atmosphere was energetic, loved the way it looks in there.

We didn't eat here. We ate next door. But, this place looks very nice.

In my opinion hands down best pizza in Jacksonville. I was super stoked to find out we had one after visiting a buddy and going to the one in Atlanta. Create your own Mod pizza, cauliflower crust and load toppings. Thank me later.

Me and my husband came here after our friend told us about how good the pizza was and were absolutely amazed at how amazing our pizzas were. The no names and the cinna slices were so good as well. Mods pizza has became our favorite pizza place and it only took us one visit to be sure of that.

Great little spot for a quick bite. Cudtom, made to order pizza. The pizza was just the right size, and fill of flavor. If you go, get the no name cake in strawberry and lemon. You will thank me for that.

Best pizza in Jax. Very thin and crispy crust and perfect toppings. I ordered the Caspian and it was 10/10. We ordered two 11” pizzas and 2 drinks and it was around $30. Love the fact you can fully customize a pizza and there are no limits and extra charges for toppings.

Good service. Reasonable price. Unique concept, at least in my experience. They build the pizza while you watch, kind of like Subway builds a sandwich for you. Price is reasonable. Crust is a hand tossed style. Medium thin. They aren't trying to fill you up with a thick gummy crust like some pizza joints do. Service was civil. Perfectly adequate. I'll go to this place again.

Customer service is always superb. Pizza is so good with all the options available. Cauliflower crust is so flavorful. Tons of toppings available to your liking.

Recently several "Make Your Own" pizza joints have opened up in town such as Pieology, Your Pie and more, so I thought I'd give Mod a try. I have to say I thought the pizza was great. They offer 3 sizes (6", 11" and 11" double crust) and each size has unlimited toppings for one set price. The crust is thin and crispy and they definitely don't skimp on toppings. The staff is also very friendly and the prices in my opinion are very reasonable, at the time of this review around $8.00 and change for the 11" and around $6.00 and change for the 6". If you happen to be in the area, definitely give it a try! The next time I go, I am definitely trying the cinnamon strips!

I decided to try them because unlike most pizzerias, they offer a vegan meat option and a wide array of veggie toppings. The pizza is delicious and the service provided by Nicole was fantastic! The price is right and the flavor is on point...can't wait to come back!!

Amazing staff. Super friendly and passionate about their jobs. I got a free pizza with a card I got from the GM. I ordered the “Mad Dog.” I served in the Marines and “Mad Dog” was General James Mattis’s nickname he was the former Secretary of Defense so I found it very fitting to eat this pizza. Thanks a lot for the hospitality and being awesome. Thanks Crystle and Adriana are awesome.

Indoor/outdoor seating.

That's on me though, I came in pretty hungry and should've ordered the double thick crust. All in all, it’s a good spot if you're looking for friendly service. :)

Double thick dough is way too thick and doughy. It was way too thick, almost like stale bread. It was incredibly disappointing. I couldn’t believe how poor it tasted. It was unbelievable that they thought someone would want to consume it. The dough was like jerky.

Definitely no where near as good as Blaze! And they barely sprinkle any cheese even when you ask for more. The cinnamon sticks are a joke - paper thin dough baked and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, I layered three together to get a decent bite.

I am sitting here in the lobby with my family. We were not greeted when we arrived. Which is ok. But the attitudes we were giving from the staff is horrible. The mother of my children told them what to put on the pizza. She did not say oregano because she did not know. I usually order the pizza. I asked the young lady to add oregano. She just looked at me. So I said it again. She said in a snarky tone "I asked her". Then she put it. Then rolled her eyes at me. They barely put toppings on the pizza. I kept having to ask for more. Then I tried to say to the lady why my party did not say oregano because I usually order thee pizza. She rolled her eyes and turned her back. On Google you can find my five star review. Not to Karen up. But I have been a weekly customer for almost 2 years. We drive pass two blaze pizzas 50 minutes each way to come here. Because my children ask for it by name. After today we are less likely to support a this shop. I am disappointe

I did an online order for pickup at 7:42pm. When I walked in at 7:50pm I was told it would be 5 more minutes. I was THE ONLY ONE there. Another customer walks in about 8:00pm and orders two pizzas which were made within 10 minutes and he left before me with his food. Then another persons name is called who is not even there … then I’m asked what my name was and my food was READY SITTING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SHELF. If the FOUR of them weren’t so busy talking and focusing on work then they would have handed me my food hot and fresh. Instead I got cold and soggy along with a 30+ min wait time. I will NOT recommend this location and I will not be returning.

Dry, flavorless, and disappointing. Worst pizza I’ve ever had.
