I was in the drive thru and was face-timing my ex-wife so I couldn’t be that courteous to the drive thru attendant. He was very VERY patient with me while the darn ex-wife and I were mid-argument! Best service ever. Five stars HANDS DOWN. Will be coming again to give that lad a tip. He even gave me extra horsey sauce since he knew how IT IS with the ex-wives. No matter how much extra horsey sauce I get they never GO AWAY! But extra sauce certainly does help a MAN in distress. Man to man, he deserves a raise. 😎😎😎🤫

My son & I were out doing errands when we saw Arby's. I was so excited to see they had Gyros, since I hadn't had one since I lived outside of Cleveland. Well, it was not even close to what I was expecting and just couldn't get it down. HOWEVER, the young man behind the counter was probably the most sweet and polite young man I had ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. He offered to refund my meal which I declined. I just asked to exchange it for a normal Arby's roast beef and that was very good. I think it just surprised me that the employee was so nice to me and my son. He offered to get us anything we needed. It was a very pleasant experience and I think that Arby's should give that young man a raise! Employees like that are hard to find!

I love that this location is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It's located on a trucking route next to a large well lit truck stop, so even late at night it was fairly busy and our food was very fresh. Our order was correct, it was done in a timely manner, and it was delicious! This location is easy to get to since it's right next to the freeway exit as well. I won't hesitate to go to this location any time!

Arby's has went down over the years so I stopped eating there. I decided to go back and give it a try. I went to the location on San Jose Blvd Jacksonville FL and was surprised. The service, roast beef meal and cleanliness of this location was top notch! I'll be coming back to this location.

This is my go to chain for fast food. This location is super fast on service and the employees actually seem to be in a good mood when you visit. I have never had a problem with an order, and they seem to be fine when I ask for extra sauce or napkins.

This is one of the better Arby's in Duval. Though, not updated, the service here is top-notch and the food has always been tasty. Chains like this are given very little wiggle room to move outside of their standards. But, I believe that the attention that the staff gives to its customers, this branch would benefit from allowing their staff to incorporate their own ideas into the business.

We only got food to go. They were very kind to let is come in and order food and would have let us dine in even though they were closing the dining room in 20 minutes. We chose to take the food to go to not hold them up. Everything tasted great! The new fried mac & cheese balls were yummy! Thank you!

Hey guys. People who follow my reviews know i usually only post good reviews. This time I am going to have to say something negative. Tried the bacon cheese burger. Was disappointed. The burger tasted like it has been sitting under the warmer to long. I have woken up twice due to indigestion. I think the team might need to do a refresher course on food safety. I look forward to seeing a return to the great food and experience next time I visit.

Read the Arby's Is Delicious quote on your excellent beverage's body. When I was served tonight it was definitely Refreshing and Delightful. This was truly a wonderful experience. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious. The customer service was superior. In comparison to some horrible experience we had at a McDonald's down the street earlier this evening. Arby's is delicious, delightful, and very professional. Thank you for feeding me and my family and making the whole Arby's experience very delightful. I have been happy with this location each and every time me and my family visit. Keep up the excellence :)

This location is clean and the staff are super friendly. I had the 2 Gyros for $6 and I was pleasantly surprised at how good they were. Almost as good as the authentic Gyros where they carve it off the rack. The bread was soft and warm and the ratio of meat to toppings was excellent. The staff are super friendly. After each person ordered, the cashier would say "excellent choice" like we were in a fine dining restaurant. It was hilarious. We ate in, and during the hour or so we were there almost everybody rang the bell on the way out as an indicator of being happy with their experience. I wasn't surprised. I rang the bell myself on the way out.

A1+ Customer Service. I would give 10 stars to this Arby's location. As we ALL know, professional customer care experiences are at an ALL TIME LOW especially since living through the COVID pandemic. I went through Drive-Thru for lunch. The announcer was professional, welcoming, and used a very warm and pleasant tone of voice to greet me. As I placed my order he confirmed my order and politely announced my total and asked me to pull forward to pay for my order. He then greeted me with a warm smile, confirmed my total again and encouraged me to have a great day. I explained that I would return because I needed to get lunch for my coworker. Minutes later after I returned, I was greeted AGAIN with another professional, polite, and welcoming tone of voice. She also confirmed my order and asked me to pull forward. Once again I was greeted with a smile from the previous employee that serviced me the first time. I was so elated to receive such AWESOME service, I asked to speak with the manager. When the manager approached the window, I learned that she was the second professional, polite, and welcoming voice I heard. I had to commend them on SUCH AWESOME CUSTOMER CARE! I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO visit this location JUST FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE ALONE. TO ADD TO the experience, my food was HOT, FRESH, AND ACCURATE and I had enough napkins with the desired condiments. COVID DID NOT CHANGE PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER CARE AT THIS ARBYS LOCATION!! KUDOS TO THIS AMAZING TEAM! JOB WELL DONE!

I always love Arby's and it seems as if every location is always on point. They needed a little tidying up around the drink machine area but that location is so busy I wouldn't be surprised if they had just survived a rush prior to me coming in. They are definitely one of the best food options in Mandarin. Keep up the great work!

This is the first Arby's I've been on that looks so nice! I'm impressed! Even the floor was wooded. It kinda looked like a country type of restaurant 🛞. It was a bit chilly though which may explain why there were no other customers dining in. Let's get customers back to "Dining In". Please adjust the air to "Cool" and not "Cold". 😋

Lauren is AMAZING! So friendly and Customer Service oriented. The other night while working late I was closer to Phillips highway location, but they could not give me a salad. So, I drove to my favorite Arby's on San Jose. AND sure enough, Lauren went beyond the call of duty and made me the most delicious fresh salad! Chicken roasted, white cheese, add bacon...yummy!!!! In a day and age where everything's going out the window, from blinkers, to kindness, to communication, to good old customer service, it''s so refreshing to still encounter people who have the 101 on Customer Service Skills. Thank you Lauren and Renee, and all the staff at Arby's San Jose. Y'all are the best! 👌

Stopped in around 8pm. We were only ones there. Ordered and had our food with in minutes. Sandwiches were delicious but fries and potato cakes had been "recooked" to heat them back up. So if you go in late ask for fresh fries..otherwise perfect.

Best late night fast food experience Ive had in years. Hot, fresh Meat and 3 box. Guy at the window, not terribly friendly. But that dude got it done, got me my food and even made sure sauces were in the box. Cant ask for more these days. Arby’s is still kicking ass. Give em a chance.

Like most post-pandemic places, this location is a bit messy and dirty. Friendly staff and good food. Needs a better custodian or management needs to cares about the look of the soda and condiments area.

We have never eaten at any Arby's, so this was a new experience, but when one has a husband who has decided he is starving you find food fast. Staff was great, service surprisingly fast. Our sandwiches (we're both opted for the latest special bourbon bbq) were actually quite tasty and the fries were surprisingly good and actually hot.

Arby's almost ALWAYS seems to get it right. I've never really had a bad experience at an Arby's. This is the first visit inside a fast food restaurant I've had in well over a year. It was very clean and kind of reminded me of going into a Chick-fil-A, which is a great thing. Excellent food (Roast Beef and Cheese, Curly Fries and a Coke Zero which was actually properly mixed for once)

Went on a quiet sunday so we went in to enjoy Wagyu Meal offer. Though store was nice tidy, staff quick service well enough our burgers were dry and very well done. Size of burger was amazing and combo affordable if you stick to small size. But dry.

Gotta give credit where credit is due. This is a good Arbys and probably the best late-nite option in a few mile radius. Why? Solid store culture. Employees keep a smile on their faces and try to serve you decent food. None of that moody attitude you get at other places where the cashiers act like you’re interrupting them. Decided I would give their new item or try so I popped in and ask for two of those bourbon BBQ rib sliders, with no pickles, and I have to say it was actually pretty tasty meat was very tender and the barbecue sauce that they used was very flavorful. Of course the curly fries are always on point

Drive through was a bit slow. My fish on a bun was excellent, however I ordered crispy chicken🤭, my wife really enjoyed the roast beef sandwich which I ordered extra horsey sauce because she really really likes it. However she got rodeo raspberry or something, not so much….. The curly fries are the best!! Just pay more attention to what’s ordered please.

Clean dining room, friendly service, good portion of crinkle cut fries. Service was professional and observant to customers. Customer service reminded by asking did I wand any sauces. I will return this Arby's again. Food star was deducted a star, because roast beef was was not evenly placed on the Roast beef sandwich.

We used to be Arby’s regulars but became disappointed when the roast beef came out wet and tasteless and the restaurant seemed poorly staffed and poorly maintained. Maybe the after effect of the cooties, I don’t know. Be that as it may, we decided to go back after a couple of years. Prices have noticeably increased. But we had coupons. We went for a weekday lunch just before noon. The parking lot had space where in the old days it would be packed. The counter person was polite and efficient. Our order was correct and the wait was acceptable. The drink and condiment station needed attention. It had drink residue all over and one of the ice bins was already empty. The dining room was clean. Like many restaurants there were some uneven tables. Why restaurants won’t fix these is beyond me and I have even called to let them know. Our order was good. The produce on a chicken bacon swiss was iffy but produce in Jacksonville restaurants is always hit or miss. The fries were good. Most important the roast beef was not wet and squishy and bland. Saints be praised! So overall we will put this location back in our rotation.

We went there late at night to get some food. The weird thing was we went there for cheese sticks and we ordered a six piece of cheese sticks. We had four full size sticks and two half size sticks that kind of makes five pieces to us but I guess they counted it is six. The weird thing was we were asked to pull forward there's no one in their drive-thru but everybody was being pulled forward because they were, "working on their time." So everyone in drive-thru is asked to pull around to the other side of the building. Just kind of doesn't make sense to me when you basically park everybody and drive through. But that's what they did food was okay wasn't great The service was okay wasn't great. I guess we would go there again. Not sure if I would recommit it to you..

Nice employees but for what, food was cold and for no apparent reason. Am I eating a pre-made beef and cheddar here? I stopped by @4 which used to be happy hour, and eating a cold sandwich, if you hate your job so much go get another one. I’m dissatisfied, won’t be back, I’m writing this review instead of eating my sandwich.

This is the third time we have gone up to eat in the lobby, and it says closed, because they are short of help. Well, you need to take your sign down outside saying the dining room is open. Cannot eat in the car, either. Ridiculous! I saw the same girl that takes our order inside the dining room through the window at the drive thru. I think they just don’t want to clean the tables. Losing a regular customer. It has been over three weeks now.

After 4 or 5 visits, I have yet to get my sandwich the way they're supposed to make it by their menu! Sauce on the side, doesn't mean to change the bread or give less meat! I did go last week & stated I 'd like to get the sandwich like you fix it only with the sauce on the side, & was finally able to taste the sandwich the way it was made. But, the shake machine was down so, ya gotta work on this guys!

I’ve always loved this location! I’ve been coming back here for over 10 years! I am a big fan of Arby’s so I am definitely a frequent flyer when it comes to the king of roast beef! However, for the past several months I’ve noticed a dip on the customer service, particularly in the evenings! Sometimes the staff is very unpleasant and somewhat snappy while I’m trying to place my order! What really enraged me one evening is when my brother and I were placing a order and the employee who was taking our order was very aggressively rude, but my brother and I don’t like confrontation so we excused it and waited patiently for our food. Upon the employee shoving our order over to my brother aggressively, he made a comment about the Bronco berry dipping sauce that comes with the jalapeno poppers, last time he visited this location they forgot to place it with his order, so he playfully asks the employee “is the bronco sauce in the bag ma’am, last y’all accidentally forgot it” , and she screams, “it’s in the bag!!” We were disgusted and horrified, so we just checked once we pulled out of line, and thankfully it was , but the service is really dodgy, especially in the evening. I sure hope the staff feels better so we can have a better experience at our favorite roast beef sandwich restaurant.

Food always seems thrown together, also I'm always asked to pull around to the front on the restaurant to receive my food, which is fine if A. The wait is short or B. The food is piping hot. This last time neither was the case, waited almost 10 minutes for luke warm food. Turnovers were good though.

It's hit and miss on service and food. I like Arby's in general but sometimes the stuff is not as fresh as it should be and when you ask for something to be made a certain way they don't always follow through with that. Overall not enough to make me stop eating their completely.

Please hire more staff. This is the slowest Arby's I've been to on the regular. The person ahead of me in the drive through just gave up and left and your poor employee is scrambling doing front and side service.

I stopped in tonight to get a sandwich. There was only two cars ahead of me in line. It took them eight minutes just to process the orders for the two cars ahead of me and then when I got to the window to order, they were out of stock on what I wanted. So I went across the street to Chick-fil-A and in that same 8 minutes I had my food and was leaving. Chick-fil-A probably process 8-10 cars in the amount of time it took Arby's to do two

What is happening with this location? This used to be a reliable and consistent Arby's, but things seem to have taken a turn for the worse. I went the other night and there was a sign saying the restaurant was closed due to plumbing issues. Things happen, that is understandable, but I went there again today and they had no roast beef. That is literally their signature item. How does an Arby's run out of roast beef?

Want in on 12/7. Waited behind 1 car in drive through 11 minutes before they spoke to him! Then they took our order and had us park to wait. From 1 car in front to getting our order 29 minutes-- that's NOT fast food! Dude had major attitude also. Got our food out and the market sandwiches which usually have a thick amount of meat had 1 slice on each! Wth Arby's! Dude told us 3 times sauce and salts in bag....none there. Not okay!

I ordered a double roast beef special. And it was absolutely terrible. The bun was soggy because of the melted cheese so when you went to grab the sandwich it was so much she really couldn't hold it all together therefore I had to wait to get home and use regular bread to eat the sandwich and still had a lot of cheese left over on the meat for it not to miss anything

I am not against the place as a whole, but I had a frustrating moment with the staff. I ordered the jalapeño poppers for 2.99 from Trinity. She was sweet and helpful. Before the order came out, I found out that I had forgotten to use a coupon that made the jalapeno poppers 1.99. Not a big difference, but I might as well use the coupon. I went and waited till the only person in line finished their order, and asked for the shift manager, Emma, a tall girl with a condescending look about her. I said that I made a mistake, and asked if I could apply the coupon. She said that, "No, we won't do that." and turned away to talk with someone standing nearby. I said that the food hadn't even come out yet, and she glanced at me, glance back, grabbed a tray, and handed it to me. "Here's your food." and walked away. It was one dollar. I don't care about one dollar. I threw away the remaining coupons, finished my food, then took my family out of the restaurant. We will not be coming back.

I have a limited amount of time allotted for my lunch break during my long work day. I chose Arby's because it is conveniently located near my workplace and the Grand Turkey Club is one of my favorite sandwiches of all time. I placed my order (Grand Turkey Club) at the drive-thru and the person who took my order was very pleasant. I arrived back at work with 10 minutes left with which to eat my sandwich. As soon as I took the first bite of my sandwich a large amount of mayonnaise plopped into my lap and the sandwich almost completely fell apart because of the extremely excessive amount of mayonnaise on my sandwich. It was literally all I could taste from that point out. Having no other recourse but to eat my sandwich or go hungry for the remainder of the day, I did manage to finish eating it. However, it was extremely difficult as the sandwich continued to come undone and I could not take a bite without the fillings falling out, after which I would have to reconstruct the sandwich again and again. In addition to the horrible excess of mayo, there was very little lettuce as well as a complete lack of Swiss cheese and bacon. Over the past year or two I have kept coming back to Arby's a few times a month for this sandwich despite the fact that the quality of the Grand Turkey Club has declined (dwindling turkey portions, leaf lettuce being replaced with shredded) because I love it so much. Today's experience was unacceptable and it may have been my last one at any Arby's.

Sent me away because they weren't open. It was five minutes past their open time. Good food when they serve you though. 3/8/24 forgot the cheese sauce and Arby's sauce on my beef and cheddar, last star removed :/

Went to Arby's located at 10477 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32257. Ordered a number 1 meal, a medium fry, and 2 fried cheese bites...guy with black hair, glasses brings out 1 bag with just the sandwich and 2 cheese bites along with the meal drink...we circle back due to no fries in the bag...guy brings out only 1 fry in a bag......noticed once we got home...very disappointed in this location and the service. Never again

This restaurant has had terrible service for the last two months and tonight they got my order totally wrong along with cold curly fries. They also forgot to give me my three piece chicken tenders that I paid for and never got. The person who handed me my food was incredibly rude and disrespectful and had very bad posture which tells me he wanted to go home and didn’t care about anything. I tried calling three times about getting a refund and no one answered and my call was declined. I will be speaking with the manager hopefully tomorrow because this is totally unacceptable on this restaurant’s part and not refunding me on the food I didn’t get is unacceptable.

Waited in drive through line tonight for over 30 minutes to order, just for the employees to not place any of the four sandwiches (2 roast beef & 2 beef/cheddar) that we ordered in the bag. They literally gave us half the order, which was an order of three small fries and one order of mozzarella sticks. How do you forget to give a customer all of the sandwiches they ordered?! My husband should have checked the bag before he drove off, but this is 100% total negligence on the Arby’s employee. I asked my husband for the receipt and to no surprise the employee never gave him one! I tried to call four times to notify the store of the issue, and request that our name be placed on a list so that they have to honor the entire order on a future date, but of course after letting it ring for several minutes each time no one to picked up. Absolutely ridiculous and no excuse. The store manager or owner needs to reach out to me please!!!

I have never had such poor quality food from a restaurant. I was not able to eat it. The bun was soggy. The roast beef was rubbery. The roast beef texture seemed like it was microwaved for an extended time and I can't imagine why the bun was soggy on a regular roast beef sandwich. I was there on the night before Thanksgiving around 7 PM.

I was trying to place an online order. I kept receiving an error please try again, which is what it kept saying everytime I tried to check out. I had a $3.00 off coupon applied .I went into the store showed the manager asked if she'd honor the coupon she said no. It's on their end ... WHAT IS THAT. Insanity I'll NEVER EAT HERE EVER AGAIN. Ordered at 1023 on 9/23 pm French dip combo and chicken bacon Swiss got home no Au jus everything cold and old definitely could tell it was microwaved went back and got nothing but disrespectful employees I know it was kinda late but all we wanted was dinner we were working down the road I've eaten at this location for over 10 years never had service like this.

I try to come every couple of months, usually when I get coupons in the mail, to give it another chance as I do like most of the food. However, without fail, the drive thru takes over 20 minutes. Is Arby's not supposed to be fast food anymore? While spending over 20 minutes in the drive thru, 2 employees were outside for over 10 minutes. Today was my last try on Arby's as "fast food". I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru line, but THEN I was told "system down", and they can't process orders for anyone. I'll pick one of the other 20 places to eat in the neighborhood in the future.

I placed an order for a small roast beef and they asked some question I didn’t understand and a lady came on the speaker yelling classic so I told them to keep their roast beef and that I didn’t appreciate being yelled at. Haven’t been back and will not be going back. Terrible customer service

Messed up my wifes order and mine. Had 4 cars waiting out front. To top it all off they were out of roast beef, again. This is the last time I will be going here. The workers were polite and trying their best even though there was only the 2 of them running the window and cooking.

Order taker needs work on customer service. Had to ask a few times what did I say. She was not paying attention to me. Was too busy watching other customers throwing their trash away. I got home and my order was not right. Don’t eat cheese. I ask for a traditional roast beef sandwich. It had cheese all on it. Tried to call the store~ after lunch hours no one answered. No wonder I don’t go there very often! ! ! ! Disappointing.

At 1132 pm, I arrived to pick up a simple roast beef sandwich and was told by a young man that he would prefer if I didn't order so he could get his online orders straight, as he admitted he was confused and overwhelmed. He said he could take the order, but I was looking at a long wait. It's Friday night. Why would you advertise you're open if you don't have the staff? Or maybe turn off the online ordering until you catch up? Geez, I just wanted a roast beef sandwich! Arbys the young man is certainly overworked. Let's hire this man some help!

Short younger female manager with the black hair was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. She needs to learn how to speak to customers that spend their hard earned money there. I will never eat at this location ever again, absolutely disgusting how she treated me.

I order the special 4 roast beef f $10 & 2 cups of cheddar sauce get home there is only 3 sandwiches and one of the cups of cheddar lid was not closed so it spilled In the bag it says store closes at 12a its 9pm I have called atleast 10 times and no one is answering the phone they must be enjoying my sandwich I paid for but did not receive

The Arby's on San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville, FL is absolutely the worst location I've ever been to. The employees are incredibly rude and always have the worst attitudes. Shift manager Gabriel Reyes and Catherine are especially incompetent and have no idea what they're doing. These people can never get my order right and the food at this location always tastes off. Overall just terrible people and food!

Food was covered in blood, slapped uncooked meat on a bun and called it a day. The woman at the window was going 90mph rushing us and just couldn’t control herself, was also out back on our way to return the food strapping on a bullet proof vest… not sure what’s up with this restaurant but they’ll never see my face again. Management was great though, gave me my refund and apologized sincerely about the experience. It was one for the books that’s for sure.

Customerr service is awful. The drive thru agent was very rude last weekend. He didn't speak. He just took my order, my money and left to do another job. Shouldn't customer service be friendly? I see why other locations have closed down. Keep this up and I wouldn't be shocked you all would be next? Get your stuff together and treat customers with respect.

Went through the drive-thru drove my 15 minute ride home only to taste my roast beef sandwiches and have them meat be bad drove back up got a refund it was told to meat wasn't bad. Laughable clearly something wrong with the meat tasted horrible.

I had an unpleasant experience at this Arby’s on 10/27/2024 around 6:15 pm. The customer service, particularly at the drive-through, was poor. The person taking my order seemed uninterested and even disrespectful. As I was ordering, I could hear frustrated sounds from the employee, as if they were annoyed by my order. It was uncomfortable, and rather than completing my order, I ended up just leaving. I understand that everyone can have a rough day, but it shouldn’t be taken out on customers. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this location. The staff’s attitude consistently feels unwelcoming. I hope management can address these issues because respectful service should be a standard, not a rarity.

So disappointed. I went during lunch time, there were a few other cars in the line so I expected to have hot, fresh food! Nope! Premium nuggets and curly fries were both old. I wish I would’ve checked before I drove off, but I eat Arby’s often (Butler Blvd) and have not had any issues like this. Food wasn’t even edible. Spent almost $12, just to have to go elsewhere and spend another $15.

I went to the Drive thru. I did not get 2 fries nor my receipt, when I tried calling the line was constantly busy. The store was not busy so no reason to not fulfill the order correctly.

Let me explain my experience at Arby’s today. First of all, we went through the drivethru and got greeted with a very rude tone, getting asked “what do you want”. We tried asking for a second and he seemed very impatient, even though they had no other customers. We then told him what we wanted and pulled to the window met with another attitude. After we paid, we waited 30 minutes simply for 2 5 piece tender meals. We saw multiple employees walking around, and wondering what is going on. We then got our food after waiting an abysmal time, and the food was lukewarm, not even fresh after waiting that long. I have never gone to this Arby’s, and I will never be coming back after this experience. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! -10/10 EXPERIENCE

Order was wrong and unable to eat my food due to ingredients. Was not given a copy of a receipt which seems to be a common occurrence here. Some soft drinks were not available and neither were some sizes. Was rushed through my order and never offered sauce choices and window. At this point this location should probably be shut down or the manager / franchise owner fired for their lack of care in managing the restaurant.

Went through the drive thru tonight around 8 PM and had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an Arby’s. The drive thru employee with black curly hair was extremely rude from the start. They were out of Coke, so I asked for a Sprite. When we got it, it tasted like straight carbonated water. I let him know and he said he could not take the cup back. I rolled my window down and poured the drink out on the passenger side, away from his window, and he snapped at me saying, “Did you really have to dump that out in MY drive thru?” I was honestly confused by the attitude. On top of that, our order was still wrong even after repeating it several times. Between the rude employee, incorrect food, terrible drinks, and the run down condition of the place, this was an awful experience. This is exactly why people stop going to Arby’s. We will not be back.

Horrible customer service. Wouldn't give us a receipt so we can't even call to complain. Didn't listen to our order. Walked away while we were talking to him. Order was wrong. Messy drinks with syrup all over the cup. Fries just thrown in the bag. Service was horrid to say the very least. Whoever was working tonight needs to be spoken to about how to interact with other human beings.

A real joke of a restaurant. I have never gotten anything right from the store I don't vothere anymore everything's wrong cold they don't give you the sauces napkins straws etcetera etcetera shame on the management and the horrible employees who stsff the store. I'm pretty sure and I've gotten sick from this food being uncooked properly.

The place looked abandoned on the outside but there was another car in drive thru so I decided to go thru anyway. The person who took my order sounded annoyed and impatient, so instead of checking to see if there was anything new i would have liked to try, I just quickly ordered my usual. No smile from the crew member when I got to t the widow. I got my food and drove away. As I started to eat my fries, I bit into one that was hard as a rock. I thought maybe it was just that one. It turned out to be over half of my fries. It was as if I were given the fries that fell out of the fryer and sat there for hours out in the open because they didn't have enough fries to fill up the box. I will never go back. I should have took the hint when the place looked abandoned.

Went there tonight for the first time in a few weeks. Never been an amazing experience but at least okay enough to return. But tonight I went there, got my food, and went home. Once I got home, I immediately noticed the fries were only halfway full. The I was eating my sandwich and bit into something plastic. Checked the sandwich and it was the plastic tag for the buns. I’m sorry, but that’s the last straw for me. Something like that can injure someone.
