Securing a table was effortless, and the restaurant’s stylish interior immediately impressed. The service was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive. My drink was consistently refilled, and empty plates were promptly cleared, keeping the table tidy. Best of all, the food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.

Finally a chinese japanese spot i can return to over and over! I thoroughly enjoyed the lo mein and wonton soup. It was fresh and just delicious. I am planning my return to try the sushi varieties. The staff is just so flipping great, very attentive, and have great recommendations. The restaurant surprised me when I walked in it looked small feom the outside but expanded when I walked in. I met a long time patron and was ensured all the dishes are all pretty great.

One of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been too. I highly recommend the chicken with egg plant (not pictured). It's one of the best dishes I've had and I'm not a big egg plant fan normally. The Orange beef was really good but I recommend it as a family style dish. The spicy dumplings and noodles were both good appetizers. The art work and design for this restaurant are incredible. One of the best designed interiors I have even seen. The service was very good and professional. I definitely will be back.

I give 5 stars but I would give 10. My mom wanted to eat fried rice and after looking at thousand places on Google Maps we decided to go to Cafe Ginger. it was the best decision!!!! It was delicious. Food was amazing but it wouldn’t have been the same without Nick! He made an excellent job, so nice, attentive he even said couple of words in spanish to my mom when he realized she didn’t speak english. And the lady at the door didn’t hesitate to fulfill our request where we wanted to be seated. In general everybody work so hard and high quality there!

Wow the Chinese food is fantastic on the lunch menu! Even with todays inflation the prices are fair considering the quality and quantity of food you get. Good soups, quality ingredients, top notch customer service from the staff and a wonderful atmosphere! I rarely consider eating Japanese food at a restaurant like this but I will likely do that next time! Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area!

Always such a great dining experience. Fun to enjoy in the evening to truly appreciate the effects that the lighting has on all of the unique decor that was carefully detailed for this restaurant. The service is excellent and always consistent. The food is absolutely delicious. Perfect flavors and portions. A must try!

What a gem of a place. The service was top-notch, and the food was good overall, though a bit on the mild side. We ordered sushi, orange chicken, house lo mein, and soup, all of which were prepared well. Toward the end of our meal, however, we did feel slightly rushed as tables around us were being cleared. Overall, it’s a lovely spot with excellent service, and just a small opportunity to improve the dining pace.

Great food. Flavors are spot on. I ordered it super spicy and it was perfect for me (barely broke a sweat). The picture is the peppered beef and I would order it again and again. Great portion! You certainly get your moneys worth! Loved it. Great location and food in the city.

The food wasn’t bad. The older lady with the nice blazer greeted me with a warm smile. Eating solo and was sat at a bar table. My waitress didn’t come around much. When I went to pay, she ran up to the register to assist me- the bartender was helping but he wasn’t too friendly either. Anyway, she apologized and told me the table I was seated at was too small. I guess that’s the reason for her not being present? Not sure. But others around me were being serviced just fine.

Solid 3…. It was packed… we saw the reviews and were excited however the food was average. We got the calamari which was soggy and chewy and not crispy. The sauce was like bottle marinara with jalapeños slices floating in it. The schezuan noodles were essentially spaghetti with mince chicken. We also got the lettuce wraps which were nice and warm, and appreciated that they served in two plates. The tiger eye sushi was basic! I like the H‑E‑B better. Hence solid 3.

Have been coming here for lunch often bc The food is really good. The restaurant is nice, looks clean but doesn't smell clean. Our table smelled like they used the same rags from the bathroom to clean the tables. It smells like bathroom and fabuloso together but at the table. Gross. The service is the worst. The servers act like you're eating for free. Lack of awareness, careless, knowledge of how to be of service to the client...unless you're white.. then you have their respect. They have a bad attitude and rush you to leave unless you're white. I wouldn't recommend dining in, take out might be better. For me, I'm not coming back again.

I had high hopes about this place after reading the reviews but as an Asian, I have to say the food was bland. Even my husband agreed. But looking around on a Saturday evening there were barely any Asian customers so I think this restaurant caters more to the majority and it works for them because it was super busy. Service, decor, presentation was great however. The sushi was basic nothing to rave about. The sauces for our entrees was laden with salt but husband developed a headache from salt overload. This was basically like an elevated panda express . We won’t be back.

The waiter Franklin was impatient and rude. I paid with my phone, he had to take it away from the table and declined an important incoming call and didn’t mention it to me. He seemed to rush away from the table and began walking away as we were still ordering. The food was mid at best. I checked with several people in my party and only a few liked their food. Multiple people had headaches and didn’t feel well after the food. The overall experience was disappointing and less than mid.
