Super loaded bowls, very fast service and they were very kind. Definitely recommend for a quick stop. There was a bit of a line but it went by fast.
My wife loves coming here. The food is ok. It is not a Mexican restaurant so don't expect to get Mexican food here. It's more like a tex-mex style. There are vegetarian choices. Guacamole is always fresh and delicious.

We ordered online. When we arrived there was a very long line to order food. I was greeted and given our food right away. Everything was correct in our order.

I ordered a quesadilla but when i opened it up the cheese was not melted at all. They remade it, but then I found plastic in my quesadilla and all the manager had to say was “i’m sorry” ☹️ i would also like to add that it was the fingertip of a glove, meaning that someone’s hand was also in my food
New location for me, but having had Chipotle from several locations in Colorado and California alike, I think I know what to expect. Whatever distractions were engaging the staff, their focus was definitely elsewhere. Love the food, but not watching it cool while the cashier plays phone messenger for a coworker in the back. Maybe it's policy that nobody else could step up and fill the void, but to a customer it makes it seem like the other staff doesn't care to complete the order and take the customer's money. Still...the FOOD! So at least a second or even third chance because it's the only Chipotle here. But it's certainly not the only burrito-source available. So...strike one. ADDENDUM: Still a rave about the food...mostly. Chipotle makes the only guacamole I like better than my own, and this was the best guac I've had at any Chipotle. Burrito was made exactly as I asked, and was as delicious as usual. Just one rant about the chewy, underdone chips. They still worked as a guacamole delivery device. But someone was in a rush to get them bagged, I think. (If I were to guess, I would check with whomever thinks the cashier is their social secretary. Of course, having said that, I can imagine all sorts of family emergencies that could have been the source of the distractions the evening. So take my rant just as I took the underdone chips: with an extra grain of salt...or two. And still just "Strike One." The guacamole was truly that superb.) FINAL ADDENDUM FOR THIS LOCATION (I.E., WE'RE DONE): This is what we sent in response to the feedback our receipt invited: "We were charged $8.40 for a half-filled bowl of rice (nothing but white rice) as 'Veggie 3 Pointer' when our granddaughter's fuller bowl is usually under $4. We questioned the charge and it was noted that the cashier was following the directive of an aggressively demanding male crew member. This was the same crew member who had been bullying (no other word adequately describes his treatment of her) a clearly inexperienced female crew member whom he had relieved at the tortilla steamer and then addressed disparagingly enough that she was too flustered to double-wrap the burrito in the proper direction."
1. This place is a mess, where half the tables haven't been cleaned, and trash is thrown on the ground. 2. The employees will literally put salsa on your food even if you ask for it on the side. 3. The employees are not friendly at all, I said thank you at checkout, and got a blank stare.

this place has only one person making the food others are walking around they have a long line nobody even offers to even help .to make the customer doid it's 715 and all they doing is walking to the kitchen bad service here
My wife and I were traveling through the area. I guess I'm just not that big of a fan of Chipotle to begin with because of bad experiences at other locations, but my wife wanted a salad bowl, so we went in This one was just as dirty as the others, and most of the ingredients were not prepared or missing. The music coming out of the kitchen area was so loud that it was difficult to communicate with the server. There were also frequent screams coming from the cooks. It sounded like they were fighting, but I think they were just fooling around. I don't understand what happened to this business chain. I went to Chick-fil-A for my food.
Horrible online order experience twice in a row now. First time they added close to none of my meat of choice. Second order I made sure to order ‘extra carnitas’, payed extra and I got pure meat close to no rice or beans mind you the small amount of rice wasn’t even the white rice I picked it was brown. I couldn’t even taste or feel the small amount of rice since there was just an extreme amount of meat. It tasted old and had this weird brown liquid that I have never seen before as I always get the same thing when I’m there. I couldn’t even eat a fourth of the plate and just threw the rest away. So disappointing that I can’t get an equal amount of proportions. If it’s not one thing it’s another. At this point it’s making me believe they do it on purpose especially on online orders.

Ordered online got there they said they're out of meat. Here again 2 years later. Still disappointed, sucks this is to one close to home. Onions and bell peppers were empty. Asked the girl when there would be out she said a couple minutes. Waited 15 asked again then the guy decided to make some. While waiting a woman tried to order a vegetary burrito they started making it and then got to the vegetables and said we're out we don't have any she was pretty upset and just did not order any food. I still eat here I just put up with it. If the wife was not stuck on eating a Chipotle bowl I would eat somewhere else.
Food was great! Service was on the slow side with one person serving while multiple people in the back doing nothing. Floor was very dirty in the dinning area, there is one seat that is ripped and needs to be replaced. Drink area with utensils was very dirty, entire counter looked like it needed to be disinfected. Monitors for mobile orders looked very dirty. Grill looked very dirty, employee took grease catcher, dumped grease and then placed back under grill very dirty, not expecting it to be so clean you can it off it, but whipping it down with a rag or spraying off the chunks of grease and food would of been nice. Hood was very dirty. Kitchen walls were very dirty with some strong grease stains. Restrooms needed a lot of attention, looks like some type of flooding going on in one restroom, walls look like they haven’t been wiped down in months.

If you don't have enough food, put out the closed banner first and then let the customer's know that the shop is closed . You can't have them in queue and then ask to leave . It's very unprofessional. 4. They said there is no food but look at the picture and see what they mentioned . Overall the service was pathetic.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Salinas Chipotle. I ordered a steak quesadilla and was given a poorly made one—with no steak at all. It was careless and half-hearted. When I drove 15 minutes back to have it fixed, the employee who made it, Ashley, saw me walk in and laughed instead of acknowledging the mistake. She avoided taking responsibility entirely. If someone’s unhappy working there, that attitude ends up affecting customers—and it clearly did. Management should seriously reevaluate the kind of service being provided. It’s unacceptable to waste a customer’s time like this.

So we didn't eat or order. The service here is horrible. At 4:30pm there was a line and there was not 1 person sitting eating. Only 1 employee serving food. She was trying to help an elderly couple, but there was no sense of urgency by any of the other employees to help her. 2 employees doing online orders and 1 in the kitchen. After waiting 20mins and the line not moving at all (yes she spent 20mins helping the elderly couple) we decided to leave and go across the street to Panda Express where we were severed within 5mins. This place has not improved in years. This was our 2nd attempt to eat here, even after our 1st attempt failed as well a couple years ago. Oh...and before you reply Chipotle. I've already contacted your experience link that you add to every single review. Get it together Chipotle!
Placed an order through the app, went and had my husband go in to get it.... 35 min later he comes out with no order when i asked what happened he told me the girl asked for the name on the order her told her mine and proceeded to make other peoples orders before telling my husband 35 minutes later they had no steak. They made him wait the whole time knowing they didnt have some of the items instead of offering a different option or refund like a normal business would but no instead they had him stand there to tell him oh sorry we cant do your order. When he asked for a "manager" the woman refused to give a refund and gave him a phone number to call instead because they cant issue refunds from THEIR own app because its a third party even though its their app... what an absolute joke
