I've only had breakfast here so far. Very good food here though. The menudo is great! They put a lot of meat in it in big bowls. The dinner menu looks great! All kinds of seafood dishes. I can't wait to have dinner here.

Food was really good. Service was lacking. Will visit again to see if service has improved. Could be that is a brand new restaurant.

It was late and since my husband and I hadn't had dinner, yet, we decided to try this little taqueria, close to our hotel. When we went in, I almost immediately left; the sound was so loud, it was hurting my ears. Karaoke night. But I was hungry. We ordered, got our drinks and, soon had chips and salsa--the best thing there. I got nachos, my husband got carne asada. The food was adequate, not great. Everything needed salt. The rice was sub par compared to other Mexican restaurants. The decor was ocean themed, and appeared fairly clean throughout. I don't know about the restroom, because I didn't use their facilities. Handicapped persons could probably be accommodated, and handicapped parking was available, outside. Prices were reasonable. Even so, I doubt I would come back here, again.

Food was mediocre, not very flavorful. The Chicken meat in the Chicken fajitas, was not grilled. Appeared to be boiled, then sauce added. Refried beans were bland, and very pale in color (white beans ?). Atmosphere was decent, service was decent. Overall not a bad experience, just bland food. Looks like a good place to grab a beer with friends and watch a game.

This place from the inside looked very nice and somewhat clean but the service was terrible we didn’t get seated and when we did it took them another 10 minutes to take our orders. The food was tasteless everything needed salt. We also ordered a 7 mares wich also came with someone’s HAIR. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

I ordered the carne asada plate for lunch. I had requested my steak to be prepared medium rare. What I got instead was pieces of a steak that was sliced as thin, if not thinner, that sandwich meats. Of course, being that thin, there was 0% chance of getting anything medium rare. The meat was tough and had ZERO flavor. This kind of review would normally merit a 1 star but the server was very attentive and pleasant. After speaking to friends who have been here and really like it, they said that their strength is seafood. I will come back once more and hope to update this review after a seafood dinner.

We waited about 10 minutes before anybody even greeted us and then when they finally did we where told to seat ourselves. We waited another 10 minutes to get someone to take our order. We waited about 45 minutes food get our food. Once we got ready to pay the bill we waited and we waited and we waited at the register and no one showed up for the next five minutes. Only two of the waitresses were helping customers at all and one just kept walking around and saw her on the phone maybe three or five times the whole entire time we were there when we were getting our food another customer walked and he sat there the waitress saw him and never said anything he waited for about 15 minutes until he finally left and not once did she say anything to him. Unfortunately I have to say it was bad service customer wise. They should get more staff. It wasn't even busy when we went. Too bad.

The best part of living in Salinas is all the amazing Mexican Restaurants. There is no shortage of excellent Mexican food here. That being said, don't ignore your customers. One other person sitting at the bar, and maybe 5 people sitting at booths. I really wanted to try the food here, but the one thing I can't stand is being ignored. Maybe I was on the wrong side of the tracks, maybe I wasn't Mexican enough, maybe my broken Spanish sucked. Whatever the issue was, I will never be going here again and I will make sure to tell everyone not to go here. There are plenty of other restaurants in Salinas that are friendly and are happy to take my money.

We were sitting there for a while wondering who was going to help us. I got up and asked for the menus. The server got one of my friend’s drink and was leaving without taking all of our drinks. I said we are all ready if you could please take all of the drinks please. I ordered 1/2 a dozen of oysters 2 horchatas and a lemonade the sever left and came back saying we don't have those oysters anymore only the 3- 6 and 8 and I said yes 1/2 a dozen is the 6 so i didn’t understand her question and she got upset because I said 1/2 a dozen is 6. She left mad and got the drinks exempt for the lemonade once again we were sitting here wondering about the lemonade and we asked about the lemonade after 6 min of waiting and she came mad to the table and said we don't have lemonade if you see the menu you can see that we don't have it. I said okay thank you but you could have said that when we ordered it. But okay and at this point shes all mad and said if you don’t like the service you all can go ahead and leave or i can get my aunt so you can complain so yeah we paid the drinks and left. I was not going to argue with her. The food here is great but the server was rude to us. My friends, family and myself will not come here again until their service improves. Thank you.

I couldn’t pronounce something and I saw the waitress laugh and the food was ABSOLUTELY unseasoned! I wouldn’t recommend come here EVER! The m&m’s they had were EXPIRED and tasted NASTY!

Everything I tried to order they were out of.. no blts.. no Phylli cheese steak no sandwichs at all... Then i ordered a chef salad picked up my order and they had no cheese, no turkey no boiled egg... Then charged me 13.00 dollars for a chef salad.. no thank you.. got my money back on salad.. then tried to only refund my salad and not the taxes I paid... Finally got my money back.. first and last time I will ever go here to get any food... Absolutely ridiculous..
