Its very strange that beings i live in Salinas i have 100's of different mexican food places to choose from. And let me tell you that evry single one has a specialty. But for some reason taco bell is just so yummy despite the fact that nothing there is homeade. Yet taco bell is by far the busiest restaurant in Salinas. Very ironic i think.

Great service, patient as you order in the drive thru but quick service and always greeted with a smile.

Bean and rice burritos for like less than 2$ no jalapeño cheese sauce or whatever just beans and rice for the win. Also bless the cinnamon twists and try the Cinnabon bon delight

Went there on a Friday night at dinner rush. Food was served quickly, and was good! We ate in the dining room, and it was clean.

Fast, accurate, and at 3 am, that's about all you can ask for. If you like taco bell, they have the nicest late night staff around. 💐

Live door dash order. Kodos to the lead lady working Rn who made eye contact with me approached me and asked if O had a pick up and got the delivery order started right away. That’s beino on your game. There’s negative talk about long delivery times and this right here is what prevents that. Wish I could get her name

Placed an order for pick up, everything was there. Gotta check sometimes they forget things but if you get home and find out they messed up they are a phone call away and will offer a reasonable replacement or refund. Save your receipt tho.

Love it. I always go through drive thru. People seem nice. Wish they stuck utensils in bag because my mom gets the salad but still overally food is good and drive thru is fast. They move swiftly and great prices. Tacos are sooo good. I will be returning

I ordered online using the mobile app and drove right up to the speaker when I arrived 10 minutes later and told them my name and they said pull forward. I didnt have to show them the card I entered online to pay for order which was convenient because I didnt have the physical card with me. In fact, it was extra handy because I was able to get dinner for my bf and I late might night (around 10 pm) without him even having to be there to pay! It expedited our already late evening as it was since my bf got off of work in gilroy late.. Saved him from having to stop after a long day! Plus anytime I am hungry and he has all the money I can just order online and pick up- no questions asked!!! :)

This taco bell super chill AND they do the food right. Ngl ive either gotten hot lettuce and tomato or cold meat and tortilla. This the first place that’s gotten it all correct.

Taco Bell easy and simple When you get the bean burritos always ask and make sure their are no onions. For me personally I can't stand onions in a bean burrito or any burritos for that matter.

I really like everything about this Taco Bell except them occasionally putting tomatoes when I say no tomatoes and thier drinks thier fountain drinks taste disgusting. I dont know if it's the ice or if they dont clean the lines for the soda but its gross.

Good food but sometimes get the sides wrong. Would like to see more quality assurance from workers. Food is consistant and mexican pizzas are crunchy! We usually go about 4x a week.

Really like their mango freeze! I'm eating less now and and don't want something with to many topping so one of their cheap crunchy tacos and a bean and cheese burritos does the trick and very tasty!

This is Taco Bell. If you're familiar with this chain, here, you will get what you expect. Its that familiar comfort zone. I like TB, and this restaurant doesn't let you down. I dined in. So, i used their new walk up screen to place my order. Something i enjoy about this fast food eatery. I had no negative issues with place. I recommend it.

Always a long line in the drive thru, maybe using the first drive-up window for paying would speed things up. A lot of other restaurants do that, which seems much more efficient

My chicken soft tacos were all lettuce. Basically, I paid for a lettuce taco. I just threw it all away.

They have horrible Drive-through service. Some asian chicks that rush you. They are bad at hearing. They don't give you the right order many times, I ask for 5 tacos and they give me 4. I ask for straws because they forgot they back talk me. I asked for sauce they didn't give me sauce.

Decent quality food when they get it right. At least for the drive thru, good luck getting through there in a timely manner. The people running the drive through 80% of the time are stupidly slow, and in the evenings it gets particularly bad. Worse, in the evenings their frequency of screwing up orders goes through the roof. If you have the patience, they're alright. Just make sure you check your bags before going home.

Came here with my son at around 9 pm. The female that helped me had a dull attitude. When our order came out it was not even announced, we had to find out ourself that our food was ready by looking at the counter top to only noticed our tacos and nachos were waiting for us. A typical taco bell, Free refills, room available from regular chairs and seats to cushion seats. Plenty of light. Although there were some sketchy characters hang about. The food was generic as all other taco bells. I have been to good taco bells , the one on East Alisal is not one of them.

Don’t use DoorDash through the Taco Bell app. We live across the street and it took about an hour to deliver and we didn’t get the sauces we ordered. The food was cold, the ice was completely melted, and there’s no way to complain. I can’t even get the tip we gave back.
