Definitely check your bag before you drive off from the drive thru if after 12am…. They forgot an item which could be a common thing I’m sure.

If I could rate it NEGATIVE stars, I would!! I ordered a cheesy gordita box, that was supposed to come with a 5 layer burrito and a Doritos Loco taco!!!! I was hungry as I had a long day at work and I was really lon looking forward to it and craving it.. once I get home ready to eat and watch tv before bed, SURPRISE…:. I open the first thing and it’s a fricking chalupa!!!!!!! I don’t like them!!!! So I get disappointed!! Neeeeext, I open one of the other two cause I’m like “whatta, why are they both soft? Did they give me two burritos??” And it said on the wrapper Doritos tacos! I opened it and it was a soft regular taco!!!!! And to begin with I had asked for no ice on my soda! She put ice!! I should have took that as a signal to check all my food right away!!!!! So literally my whole order was wrong!!! I didn’t even eat it!! Because I didn’t get what I ordered!!!! Ridiculous!!! Idk how you can get everything wrong in the same order. I’m definitely never going back to Taco Bell anymore!!! Horrible order taker and horrible team. The girl had me repeating everything like 7 times!!! So idk how she still got that job or still has it and was rude.

I went there 2 times this week during the week during happier hour and the freeze machine is never working. Do not got to this taco bell they don't want to sell freeze since they are on sale during 2-5pm.

I order black bean Crunchwrap with potato Pay extra they don't put potatoes give me normal black beans crunch wrap no potato inside i waste my 80cent extra stuff even not attention who is coming in side the store . No customer service also 😞

Tasted like cardboard. Tacos were dry. Something was just off the last two times we went (had to give second chance for fairness). They also put the wrong meat in the Burritos. So you now have to open each item to check their work? Really? No.

They tell me 15 minutes into being in line to tell me they can’t take my order, with that effort might of well just take my order. It was mobile order too. Having mobile order available is very misleading when you say you are closed.

Don’t use DoorDash through the Taco Bell app. We live across the street and it took about an hour to deliver and we didn’t get the sauces we ordered. The food was cold, the ice was completely melted, and there’s no way to complain. I can’t even get the tip we gave back.
