I have been to this Denny's several times before and have never really had a good server. Today our server was Maria O and she was great! Super nice, friendly very courteous and patient even when some customers were not being too nice. Thanks Maria! We appreciate your service. I really hope management appreciates and keeps employees like her. What a great asset to Denny's she is.

Went in during Brunch and it was beyond packed. I was going to turn around but was greeted by the nicest man. Not only did he seat us quick but he personally got our drinks and took our order. My server Stephanie is always a delight. I’ve been going there for about 25 years and she has waited on me more times than I can count. Never once have I had a bad experience when she takes care of me and my family, even when she is busy. She is very professional and very friendly. I enjoy the conversations we have had over the years and look forward to many more.

This Morning the service was just amazing. The host greeted us with a smile and kind words and sat us down immediately. Went for a late dinner- and ordered breakfast items. We got mini-slams? I think that's what it is called. The buttermilk pancakes were so good! Light and fluffy, as they should be. My scrambled eggs were not overcooked or dry. My aunt had pancakes as well and over-medium eggs. They were perfect. Our server was brand new. She was really sweet, helpful, and attentive. It got pretty busy but she handled it like a pro. I think she is going to to really well. I hadn't been into this location in a several years. The remodel is really nice. More tables, more roomy. The location was very clean. We were talking about the breakfast the next morning, it was so good!

They allowed my Baby Bella to come in and eat with us. The food was great the waitress was wonderful and we didn't have to wait for anything. Love this Denny's and all he employees are just a complete joy!

I love this place, but they really should do intense cleaning when patrons aren't present. Moving metal chairs around on tile ruins the eating experience. This time, our food came out so delicious and fast! The 9 grain pancakes were really flat though, more like crepes than cakes. The Santa Cruz Dennis had really tall fluffy 9 grain pancakes. But loved our staff this morning. Friendly and spritely for breakfast!

My only observation is, I think they need one more waitress. The ones that work here work very hard, but sometimes are overwhelmed with too many customers at once. But you can tell they are definitely trying their very best .

Our server Martha was tentative and quick to serve. She was great and would definitely come to this location again.

This is hands down the best Denny's I have ever been to. The waitress are top notch friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean. The coffee was hot and delicious and kept coming. It didn't take long for my food to come and it was so good. Hot tasty fluffy pancakes, scrambled egg whites, savory sausage. Usually at Denny's my food starts out hot but then it gets cold. At this Denny's my food remained hot through out the entire meal and I cleaned my plate . I highly recommend this Denny's

Very satisfied with the service and quality of food I received, aside from it being a busy friday night. All the waitresses were busy and the manager(fines) stepped up to the plate, he saw my party waiting in the front, sat us down and made sure we were getting our food in a timely manner.

Food was excellent and Maria was one of the best workers here she was a good employee that need to be in every restaurant and store!!!

Our group today was a bit loud and sometimes obnoxious but Kattie handled us so professionally. Our food arrived on time and she assisted us perfectly. I hope she gets promoted soon, she deserves it.

Eduardo was our waiter/host for today. I have to say, I love coming in Monday afternoons because his service is always too notch!!! He is very attentive and asks us if we would like refills, memorized our favorite meals that we often have at Denny's, and always greeta us with a smile. Stephanie was the only waitress working and she handled the dinner "rush" like a pro. She refilled our drinks with out us asking, she brought our food out quickly, shout out to the kitchen staff for being so quick, and she checked on us regularly. I was impressed and grateful for the service after a long day. I'll return again because of the great service. Oh, and the Cinnamon Roll pancakes were amazing!

My experience could differ from others but the outdoor seating isn't ideal. I'm not one to complain much but the atmosphere felt less like a Denny's and more like a party. The plastic fold out tables and chairs aren't ideal but I can complain because I know it's tough right now for indoor seating. Staff wasn't the most active as me and my date were standing for a good 10 minutes. No clear indicators of where to stand or sit. Our food did come out as we ordered. Other than that, decent service.

It appears that Prices have increased a little bit on breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Further disappointed that even though the restaurant appeared to have only one other party dining at the time, the hostess forgot about us. Nevertheless, when we did get a waitress, we couldn't have been more pleased with her attentiveness and her going beyond the norm to make sure the rest of our dining experience was great. We were pleasantly surprised when our waitress provided us with the poor man's best friend, the beloved value menu. Biscuits smothered with gravy and a stack of hot cakes was tasty, filling and won't hurt anyone's wallet at $4.

Went for a late breakfast. I realize they were busy but after being seated, it took another 30 minutes for them to take our order. The food did arrive fairly soon afterwards. It was okay. The bacon was paper thin. I don't know how they did that. Its been a couple of years since I've eaten there. I don't think I'll go back.

Going inside is great to eat but the on demand is very poor food quality, just because it's "to go" shouldn't mean the quality can drop ,step it up chefs

I did an order for pick up through the Denny’s app and when I got there, they said that Uber already picked up my order which doesn’t make sense at all if I ordered it for pick up through the Denny’s app. She put it in for them to make the food again, but when she gave it to me, she told me with attitude “Next time, make sure that doesn’t happen again and put it for pick up.” She didn’t even ask me to show her the proof of my order and I even had it prepared and ready to show her just in case. I am not that type of person to do that stuff on purpose to get free food. Her not asking for proof just shows that she gave some random person possibly claiming to be Uber, my food. So if you ever order from here through the Denny’s app, be careful.

If I could give no starts that’s what I would put but here’s why . When I went there last was a date with my husband we thought we could enjoy our morning together at a place was close to home and would be nice without our kids like every married couple but when our waitress brought our food and we started eating found hair in our food in all our plates when we told the waitress she did nothing and told the manager he did nothing I don’t recommend you ever come here because they will make you pay full price for disgusting food that will be filled with hair.

A waitress by the name Maria Ortiz gave me horrible service and a had disgusting attitude during my visit. She took a very very long time to even ask me what drinks me and my grandma wanted and took even longer to bring our food when other waitresses at other tables were doing it swiftly. She also spit A LOT while she was talking which I saw a drop go in my water and when I asked her to replace it with a clean cup, it came back with a bubbly surface which looked to be saliva. I am reporting this to the health department as well as to corporate and I am sad that this one experience has caused me to never want to come back to Denny's. She should be fired period. P.s. I like how the owner only responds to good reviews and doesn't even egknowlege the bad ones, great management👍

Low staff; waited for 25min and we were not even welcomed. They were 5 people behind me awaiting for a table. Nobody arrived to assign us a table. They do have a label stating to wait to be seated for the host. I left after 25min-wait, and Dennys staff doesn't even noticed it.

Horrible, DONT DO IT!!! Dennys is my go to, I always order the same dish "Crazy Spicy Skillet w/5 eggs over medium"". It's 2:45 on a Tuesday and you can shoot an arrow through the place, and now I know why! The server started out very nice taking my order. The first time she came back it was with scrambled eggs, the second time the dish did not have chicken or the queso sauce. Now my tortillas are cold. The sever argued with me that the Santa Fe dish does not come with chicken and sauce. I had to reminder her that it was a Crazy Spicy Skillet, then she remembered. I've been sitting in an empty Dennys now for an hour and just got my food. Will never come to this Dennys again!!! Adding this... as I was leaving, a customer put a dollar in the machine where you can win a toy. The machine ate the customer's dollar and when she complained she was told that the machine was broken and she would have to call the number to get her money back. (If you know the machine is broken, wouldn't you put a sign on it or something?) Worse service ever!!!

Giving one star because I've been here many times this year and every single time I go the servers are struggling slammed with tables and the "manager" just walks back and forth acting like she's busy, doesn't offer to help, make drinks, absolutely useless and that's me being nice. Management has no reason to be running out of product constantly. This place has went to **it, I feel bad for the owners since they invested their money towards a very lazy management team. On the other hand all my regular SERVERS have done the best they can, props to them for holding down the fort alone. Recommend hiring a better manager, guaranteed the place would flourish and sales will go up. Pull the weeds before you ruin the roses that you have.🌹

If I could give a zero rating I would. DO NOT order online - they will miss items (but you'll get charged) you can try to call and they will hang up without talking to you - you can try going through their call center, but they will only transfer you to the store, who will then hang up on you without talking to you. This is the 3rd time I've gone in this cycle with them, so this isnt a one-off - it's policy. Absolute crap when it comes to attention to detail and no recourse for getting the situation handled. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review, I'm trying to warn you : don't use their online ordering, you'll get ripped off (an entire meal in this case) and won't have a path to fix it.

stone cold breakfast. Everything, the eggs, crepes, hash browns and sausages. Like it was precooked and chilling on a counter somewhere. Too bad I didn't notice early enough, I was starving. The hash browns were partly raw still, not well fried and cold. Orange juice not good for 5 bucks. Cutlery stained from dishwasher. Strawberries on crepes on verge of being bad. Staff were nice, but I was there for the food.
